My advisor was very helpful and got my car in and out as quickly and painlessly as possible. The work was done very well and with new parts
Service and Used Car Sales - Carl Krause
Service is great at Huffines I also dealt with Michael Lewis in collision. The damage was fixed to my satisfaction and in a timely matter. The one great thing was the use of a loaner car while we were getting our collision work done as well as the problems we were having at service.
Don't get me wrong, Michael, Brain O'Connor in service and later Allen Moore, went above and beyond in helping me. Include Pete Krygsman in that and the Sales Manager. Had I realized earlier the problem with my car was going to be so costly I would have probably done things differently.
Cars being what they are, don't always agree with your pocket book. When I finally talked with Allen Moore he was able to help me get into a newer car that was cost effective. I wasn't expecting to walk out with a car payment, but we got a car that is definitely more reliable, with fewer miles and a great extended warranty at what I would consider a fair price.
All things considered, I think things worked out quite well.

Ask for Alex! - Blindf8th
Alex Medina does it right. Initial process to get my Ford F150 repaired was smooth and Alex kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He was professional, courteous, and he has the right demeanor for the job. After picking up my repaired truck I noticed a slight rattle noise whenever the door closed over the next several weeks. It wasn't until approximately 1.5 months later where I was able to give them a call to inquire about my options to have it looked into since it began after the door was replaced. I was told to swing on by whenever I had time so an estimator could take a look.
I showed up and Alex came out to meet me and I asked him to listen to my concerns. He did and 30 minutes later I was out of there with a fixed door. I was extremely pleased with what I initially thought might be a challenge after that much time had passed. It wasn't.
I'll save my opinion for the customer satisfaction 5 star approach and random survey for another day. Just wanted to share my experience with this dealership. Take care of this guy Lute Riley!

Great service. Clean service center. Expected my car to be there for a week or two, got it back several days later. Wouldn’t change a thing about how they do business.
Stay away if you have warranty work - Ericmd
I have taken my truck to the shop over 10 times for warranty issues and they always deny my claim until I persist. They told me my engine was fine until I insisted it was not. They eventually admitted that it was shedding pieces of metal and they replaced some internal parts instead of replacing the engine. 2000 miles later I bring it to the shop because every time I check the oil there are 5 to 10 metal slivers on the dipstick. They admitted that my engine was shedding pieces of metal and had major issues but also told me that they can’t do anything until the engine seizes up on me or fails completely. I have a baby on the way and I do not want to be stuck on the freeway with a seized up engine. I only have 25,000 miles on the truck and it is only three years old. They should’ve replaced my engine 3000 miles ago rather than just replace some of the internal parts that had the most damage. They also admitted that my steering wheel is clicking when I turn the corner but said there is nothing they can do. They will always pretend you’re crazy and your vehicle is fine if you request a repair under warranty
Service department does not serve. - kthigpen
Brought the car in (2014 Chevy Cruze) to have headlight bulb changed. Was told it needed new wiring harness?? Contacted another dealership about same issue. They informed me that it doesn't require changing harness, only changing part of the wiring where the bulb is located. $45 fix versus $900 wiring harness change. Beware, sounds like to me they are taking advantage of hard working individuals with nonsense. My daughter brought the car in. She was taken advantage of.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICE HERE!!! - Vy
We had the worst experience EVER at Toyota Freeman. My father dropped his BRAND NEW car with only 3,000 miles off - one he has worked really hard for - for a simple oil change. We were told that once the car was ready, we would be notified but days went by and the company failed to notify us of any status on the vehicle. Growing impatient after numerous phone calls, since this car is my father's only method of transportation, we called Freeman only to be notified that due to their mishandling and neglect towards my father's car it was now damaged. Freeman's employee was irresponsible and negligent causing him to crash my father's car into a structure of some sort. The amount of loss is unimaginable. His new car is damaged and requires extensive repair. We contacted the dealership and got a hold of the service manager Tom, who then connected us to their insurance agent who had the audacity to yell at us and was completely rude to us. THEY damaged our car. THEY caused us to suffer emotional distress and yet, here we are being yelled at.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They will not own up to their mistakes.
Repairs - Nanax3
Had my vehicle towed there cuz it wouldn't start 3 days ago. Brad called to give me estimate of 780.00 for diagnostic, corroded cable and new battery plus labor. I said wow that's expensive and he said replacing corroded battery cable is labor intensive then quickly said we'll get it done asap. I called back in 10 min to tell him not to replace cable. His reply was, I'll run to shop and tell them but it may already be done ! So much for labor intensive !! He gave me senior discount of $67.00. total bill $701.41. coworker said he could've changed battery and cable for $115.00. I was charged $400. In labor with senior discount ! Never again !!!
Bad experience with Jupiter Chevrolet - Annette Miller
My experience with Jupiter Chevrole has not been good. I took my car in to be serviced on 9-13-17. The check engine light was on,service air bag light was on, my car was making a ticking noise by engine. I was told they did a diagnostic and it was the timing chain. I go to pick up my car 9-26-17. Drive off. I barely get out the parking lot. Still hear ticking noise by engine, checK engine light comes back on. Plus when I look under the hood of the car. I could see where a piece may have been fixed, but the broken piece was still under the hood. Car still dirty and not vacuumed out. Even after my waranty company paid over two thousand dollars for the work on my car and I paid a three hundred dollar deductible. Just poor service point blank. I've very appalled and disappointed.
Service department leaves a lot to be desired - CReily61
My daughter took her vehicle to the dealership in Denton. They kept the car overnight (and used nearly a 1/2 tank of gas in the process) to try and find the problem. The only solution they had to her car stalling was to replace the negative battery cable. The very next day the problem occurred again but they were unable to fit her in. I called another dealership several hours away and they quickly scheduled her in and identified the problem within an hour.
Poor workmanship - Toyota owner
I took my 2002 Camry in for minor scratches on the passenger door and fender. When I was called to pick it up and arrived you could see from 20 feet away the poor paint job on the door. I told them this was not acceptable. I was never called regarding imperfections in the door. When I got the car back there were dents in the car that were not there before, which they denied with a heated argument. They told me basically don't come back and did not charge me and did not warranty the work. They told me to take it to the dealer to fix the door. This could have been avoided if I was called regarding the imperfections in the door with a new quote for repairs instead of painting over the imperfections. I would not recommend Service King for any repairs or painting.
Loaner Dept is Rude and No Loaner - Signal27
I will not waste my time with the Service Dept T Friendly due to the Rude and unhelpful Loaner Car Dept. I had a loaner scheduled and they did not give me a loaner. They tried to use the excuse that my insurance would not cover the loaner. I set there and listened to them tell other customers that Friendly’s insurance has $1000 deductible and that applies even if your insurance deductible is lower. Then, they try to sell the customer $14/day coverage to waive the deductible. So if they’re using their insurance, then why do they deny me a loaner. They come up with excuses why not to give you a loaner. Loaner dept also sets there and bashes customers behind their back, as I set there and listened to them. Very unprofessional, both the girl and the guy! Definitely, will take my car elsewhere for service. The free 100k mile oil change and rotation is a good deal, but not worth the hassle of waiting a long time. On a positive note, John Ballard, service advisor, was very nice!
DISHONEST/HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT!! - Lacey C.
This place is a JOKE! Do not waste ur time with the service department....Steve Ellason (the so called Service director) is the biggest xxxxxxxx I have ever encountered! I made an online appointment 2 weeks prior to the planned service repairs, I listed all over that appointment a loaner vehicle would be required. When my husband arrives at 10:15am for a 10:30am appointment-all the loaners are gone! I call Darrell, had a few choice words for him and he promises one that AFTERNOON when one came in! At 4:00pm I still had not heard from Darrell so I called to follow up since their department closed at 6pm-he was "busy" so I held for him and conveniently he was just about to call me b/c someone had just returned the loaner....my husband picks up the loaner (let me mind u, it only had 6 miles on it-which tells me whoever had that vehicle before us didn't go very far!! LOL) He lied to me-he straight up forgot about us! I let that slide....went to pick up our vehicle the next day, met with the cashier informed her what I was there for. When I reviewed the print out of services completed I noticed the coupon we presented was not applied to the charges-I asked the associate if she could handle that while I return the vehicle to the loaner Dept. she said Steve would have to do it-I suggested she could handle that and I will try and locate the loaner guy. I walked all around that place looking for the "loaner guy" to return the vehicle-found him: he said our vehicle showed that it was already checked in-explained to him that I went to the cashier first (maybe she did it) he said "No! That isn't her department" Ok, well I don't know what to tell ya-he looks in a file cabinet and says "Why didn't u sign a contact?" I informed him my husband dropped the vehicle off, not sure if he did or not. He asked "who gave us that vehicle?" I informed him Darrell did....needless to say we did the walk around-done with that! Walked BACK TO THE CASHIER only to discover my coupon will not be applied b/c the services rendered at the dealership are already discontinued!!! Bahaha 😂 I ask to speak with Steve b/c I don't see on BLACK AND WHITE where these discounts are located. After multiple overhead pages and phone call attempts (a good 10-15min) I kindly explain to him the ordeal and just asked to see where my savings are exactly....he is condescending, rude, and appeared completely on the defense when I asked (which leads me to believe he is a scam artist, robbing consumers BLIND and Lord for bid, u ask to use a coupon for 10% off services that HE admitted he put on their website himself) he will attempt to bully u into believing that using a coupon would be combining the discount with other special offers! Haha This dude was comical!!! It gets better, he applied my 10% coupon off my total of $1,726.00 (which should have been about $130-$170-for the MECHANICAL repairs) but he only agreed to $79.00, but I was charged an additional $15.00 for "supplies" when that coupon was applied!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! Never again! Don't do it!
DO NOT buy from Graff Chevrolet!! - Tammy
I bought a new car from them 10 months and a week ago, it’s been in their shop twice for a total of ten weeks-same issue. Currently it’s DAY 57 in the shop!!!
I won't go back - Joe
Had my stalling vehicle towed there, They said needs tune up, 6cyl. P/U. $600 with tax, I said ok, Cause I needed it back asap, when it was done, they said its good we tested 30 miles, Picked it up and made it two blocks then needed another tow home stalled, no start, I fixed it myself, I called, They admitted not testing the fix 30 miles or even close, manager said he would take better care next time, Took it back for a scheduled state inspection a week later, Not only did they not do anything for causing me much grief, They said they can't inspect the vehicle that day. beause a couple small things needed fixed, They did however remind me that it would be expensive if I chose to wait. If you find a good place with fare prices, you'll likey never return to this place. Their warranty fixers in my view. Computer wiz types not workers.
Worst place to deal with - Not taking my car there anymore
The worst place to have a car serviced, they don't call and update I have to call them to find out what's going on with my car, and after 12 days they still didn't know what was wrong with the ac and the best fix is basically to replace the whole ac which will coast me over 2400, I don't think so.
