Fantastic experience! I keep coming back to this dealership; for sales, financing, and service. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Classic. The people here really do make the experience. Josh Spring, in sales, was easy, and even fun to work with. Personable man who did his best to help us choose between products, and get the vehicle we wanted at an affordable price. Also took the better part of an hour to help us set up all the cool technology and phone pairing in our Challenger, and Eco diesel.
Josh Purser, in finance, really made the difference in our final deal. Outgoing and funny man; real pleasure to work with. He found us a loan at a much lower interest rate than our previous loans, plus set us up with extended warranty and service packages built into our agreement, and still at a comfortable final price. With his help, we received much more value for our money than just the vehicle.
My service experiences have all been good at Classic. They are quick to get you scheduled, and have always completed my services in the amount of time they specified.

He is extremely knowledgeable about his products, answered every question we had, and after the test drive simply asked if we would consider him if we decided to purchase a Pacifica. Absolutely no hard sales pitch - it was just a fantastic experience!
After our test drive, we decided if we were to puchase a Pacifica, we would definitely return to Huffines and ask for Adam. His no-pressure sales attitude is what sold us!

This dealership is under new management. I dropped in just after the new group took over. Having purchased dozens of vehicles over the years, I have to say, these guys are great! Every person from sales, to finance, to management was right there to make this easy. The GM took time to make sure I was taken care of and they have followed up with me several times after I purchased the vehicle. Service department was great as well. A few minor issues were immediately resolved and they put me in the same vehicle while they had mine. A rare treat to purchase a vehicle without feeling like I was conned.

Run Just Run - TDSMD
This is a private owned dealership. There claim is to be home of the Lifetime Drive Train Warranty. This warranty is not handled, nor provided by this dealership, but rather a third party. This warranty was the sole reason i purchased my vehicle from this location. This dealer gets a kick back from the warranty company for each one that they can get voided. This is why there is not an oil change stick on the windshield when you purchase the vehicle. So if your vehicle has been on the lot for one month and you then drive it the first six month and do not drive over 7500 miles. then you have voided your Lifetime Drive Train Warranty- for you did not get the oil change before the six month life span of your oil has passed. Other possible way. The Service adviser does not try to sell you an engine air filter at 20,000 miles, and if you do not have a receipt or have installed a K&N air filter. Your Lifetime Drive Train Warranty has been voided.
I could go on with all the other issues with this establishment, but i will end with this warning avoid this location you can get the same deal if not better from many other places. The DFW area does not have a shortage of automobile dealerships.
