Great customer service! I contacted John Cutler about a "New" vehicle & even though he works in the "Pre-Certified" area he helped me with all my questions & found me a truck. I only made one trip to the dealership & when I got there the truck was ready for me to test drive, the application was ready to be filled out & even the finance person was understanding & worked with me to get my monthly payments exactly where I wanted them to be. I cannot remember the guy's name that showed me how to work all the gadgets in my car but he was awesome!

I went into this dealership open to buying a car. Upon arrival someone greeted me immediately and took me to the car I requested. They allowed me to take the rims off of another 2018 Camaro I spotted with out a second thought. Negotiating the price of the car was not exhausting or painful at all (unlike my previous car buying experience). The used car sales manager (Robert) ensured that I was comfortable and taken care of the entire time even physically spot cleaning the front seats to my expectations. He was great and veryyyy personable. He made my experience one of a kind and I appreciate it.

Worst experience i've ever had with a GM dealer ever! The lack of follow up on simple emails or phone calls is unbelievable to me. Told my salesperson from the beginning i wanted to buy the car today. Spent the day waiting on him and then when i'm getting ready to drive over there he emails me saying they sold the car?! really! Maybe if Juan would have answered the phone when my credit union called they could have sent over the drafting instructions at the end of the day, had them rushing because of his lack of follow up.

Make sure you cover everything about your vehicle with your sales person, if you dont Classic will leave you high and dry. I bought a truck thinking is was just another Silverado but after the paper was signed I noticed on the tailgate it said efficiency series and I asked my sales man what that was and he said it is something new that I don't know about. So I left with the truck because of it being 9 o'clock having a baby with me and over a 2 hour drive home. Trying to get use to the truck shutting off at red lights and finding I didn't like it I took it to my local Chevrolet dealer to ask them to shut off the auto stop. They said they couldn't because that truck was built to California emissions laws. Plus I could not turn off the Hybrid part because the truck won't run without it. I asked Classic to help me get out of it and all they want to do is sale me another truck with more money down and higher payments. And don't try to contact the GM he will not return your calls. And don't get Ricky Moss for a salesman he will lie to your face.

I've always bought used cars privately. I thought there were benefits to buying a newer used car from a dealer, so took the step. Not only have I had terrible experiences with working with the dealer, but I've asked no less than 10 times to get off of their call list.
They call me almost weekly to tell me they want to buy the car I purchased from them. They couldn't even tell me what car it was most of the time. I've begged and pleaded to get off their call list.
I would not recommend this company or the people that work there.
Promises, promises, promises...... - Unhappy buyer
Purchased a used CPO 2017 Chevy Express van on 2/20/18 paying cash. Window sticker said the vehicle had a remote keyless entry. There was no remote key fob according to the salesperson, Josh. But he said he would get one for me and mail it (we live in AL and bought the van in Dallas). After several ignored emails I sent Josh requesting an update I finally bought a remote fob online and had it programmed (total cost $57.95). I contacted the General Manager on 6/1/18 and the next business day Josh emails me and asks me to send him the receipts for the purchase and I would be reimbursed. I sent those as attachments via email on 6/4 but still 2 months later have no reimbursement. During that time I made two more attempts to contact Josh for an update, but those were ignored as well.
Bottom line : You will be treated well and promised what you want to hear before the sale. Afterwards....don't hold your breath for any promises made and please don't expect to have any response to your attempts to contact them.

Purchased a used vehicle from here less than 2 months ago and the person who assisted me did a tremendous job, so that I am grateful for. However, the [Anti]Service Department has made this review a 1 star instead of 5-star.
Simply put, I turned the heater on for the passenger side only to find out it doesn't work. Due to the extreme heat when I first purchased it, I didn't check it but was informed by the service department that they had performed a 120-point inspection, which could not have been [successfully] completed since checking the heater overall is part of it. Because I didn't purchase their warranty, they refuse to fix the problem, even with the Service Director being notified. Now I am left with having to write a bad review and most likely having to get BBB & CA involved due to their falsified inspection when I first purchased the vehicle. I should've known something wasn't right given how quickly they performed this so called "inspection".

I took my truck here for a front end noise. They said they fixed it, sure enough the next day the noise is back. They kept it for several days and said before it was fixed. Then I started having s problem with exhaust. I made an appointment they 4 days before I wanted to bring it in and made sure they could look at it that day, they said yes for sure. I got off work early the day before and decided to drop it off so they had extra time. No one mentioned there is no shuttle on a Saturday which is what day my truck would be ready so I paid Lyft to take me there right before they closed. Once I get there I was informed they never even looked at my truck, but they could hurry and put a mirror on that I was going to buy separate from the exhaust issue- so here they are quick to sale me something but don’t want to handle a warranty problem. They never once called Friday or Saturday and never said anything when I called to ask service about a shuttle. So basically my truck just sat there then I had to pay to pick it up. The service advisor could have cared less. I will never return to this dealer and will not ecommend them to anyone.
