My wife and I have were reluctant stepping into another dealership but from the very first moment we stepped into 5 Star Ford dealership Juan Hernandez was straight forward and very helpful and isn’t just about making a sale but helping others. Which was refreshing and made this experience an enjoyable one. I am comfortable recommending this dealership because of my experience with Mr. Hernandez and although the other staff working there were helpful and kind Mr. Hernandez really made us feel special I drove off the lot with a new car and I am beyond grateful for Mr. Hernandez’s time and patience. The Service Department (without an appointment) quickly determined my Mark C's rear rumble was not wheel bearings but slightly cupped rear tires (15,000 miles without rotation, my fault). They rotated and balanced the tires (even though I forgot to put the wheel lock key where they could see it). Rumble is now fading and I am a happy customer.

This is the second car I bought from Blake Utter Ford in the last year and a day. BECKY was the sales rep for first purchase which was a cash transaction. Everything went great so when I needed another car I asked for Becky. Only problem, this time CHAD was involved. He said we did not qualify for 0%. But if we would agree to an insurance policy for $10 extra per month, he could get us 0%interest. I said maybe we need to visit the credit union. He immediately lowered it to $5 per month and we agreed. When we reviewed the Buyers order after leaving we discovered he had added $499 and $565 for two additional insurance policies in addition to the extra $5 per month, and had not credited the dealership discount of $1393 discussed with Becky. The Buyers Order was provided in an envelope given to us at the conclusion of the meeting. It was not shown during the meeting. We returned to the dealership the next day. Their position was, "you signed a contract." If you go to this Dealership ask for Becky, she is a great sales rep. but pay cash or arrange you own financing. If you deal with CHAD bring your accountant and your attorney.

Just a number at this place. While looking at trucks and trying to decide on a color the sales manager takes the keys and puts the truck back on the line. Guess he didn't like where I parked it. Had to take salesman to shop so he could get jumper because truck wouldn't start. Price was not as described online. I had to ask about available rebates as they were not supportive in helping find all available rebates. Didn't get all incentives as described on Ford advertising. Can not get calls return after sale. Never met service department. No communication after sale from this place. I am only a number with them. Will not be back.

Place is a JOKE - JSoulek
I drove 4.5 hours from Oklahoma to look at a used 2014 Silverado they had for sale. After getting there they pull out the bare keys. I asked where the key fobs were. They tell me they don’t have them. I ask how do you use the remote start with no fobs. They tell me it doesn’t have remote start. The ad on Autotrader listed remote start. She goes and talks to someone and they agree to add remote start. I tell them if the truck has navigation, it came with remote start, they just need the fobs. They go to the truck and bring in the original sticker from when it was new. Plainly written on the sticker “Remote start”! I shoulda turned around and left! They disappear again and comeback with one fob. I asked where they found it, they say it was in someone’s desk drawer. They proceed to start the truck and it sounds like it has no exhaust at all. I test drive it, we get back and they asked what I thought. I told them it was too loud. They agree to reimburse me to fix the exhaust( which they did 3 weeks later). After I get the exhaust fixed I notice a vibration which I thought was the exhaust being dumped in front of the axle. I take it in to get the tires balanced. I notice it still has a vibration. I take it back to the people who balanced the first time. They do a road force balance and discover two of the tires are bad. I’ve since called my salesman and they told me to talk to Don Bailey, which I have left 3 voicemails for and has yet to call me back! I’ve called numerous other times to only be transferred to someone else’s voicemail, with no return calls!! I did finally talk to someone named Steve whose response was to me “Did you make it home”! Not a place that sounds like they take care of their customers. All this after their 125 point inspection!
My advice is to NEVER step foot inside any Autonation dealership!!!
I’m now in the process of taking the truck to a GM dealership to have the rough idle looked at. I’m hoping the Powertrain warranty will cover that.
This has been $1,000 out of my pocket and I haven’t even owned the truck a month. Their 125 point inspection is a joke!
