Our salesman was not aggressive and was very helpful! Out of anyone’s control, my driver side turning signal went out literally 20 miles into my drive home. I don’t live close by, so when I came back the next morning, he topped off my gas tank and wiped my car down! I’ve already recommended him to a few people!

My husband and I needed to buy a car fairly quickly since someone hit mine. We went to amortize to look at the SUVs, I was on and off about getting one. We met Dwight Fountain and he showed us a few, then we looked a bit at the Soul, nice but needed a bigger trunk space. Dwight then wanted to show me a car he himself drives, the Cadenza. It was luxury! Went for a test drive and immediately knew I wanted it. Dwight really worked with us to get it in my payment range and succeeded! Through in a couple of other nice things. Catherine was very welcoming, gracious and helpful. We first contacted her online and she invited us to come into the dealership. She was waiting for us when we arrived and greeted us warmly. We had many questions that she knowledgeably answered. When we exhausted our questions she offered information about the vehicle we were interested in.
While we were taking a test drive she continued to give us information about the car. Upon returning to the dealership we can began to talk to her about purchase procedures. As she went back and forth between speaking with us and her manager she was very warm and courteous.
After we agreed to a purchase the vehicle she continued to touch base with us through each phase of the contract process. She continued to make us feel important.
There was a special, unique situation which prevented us from immediately taking possession of the car and she made accommodations for us.

I was very depressed upon entering due to the upset received from Clay Cooley, whom I’d been financing my car through for 3 years and they wouldn’t let me upgrade. I worked with Jesus Delira, whom was very joyful, calm and more hopeful than I. He tried everything to get my guards down but the continuous smile and generosity helped. He reassured me so many times that things will be okay. As my patience drew down, he uplifted my burden of having to drive off in that 2011 Kia Soul, I was driving off in a 2020 Kia Soul. I will be doing business with him and Southwest Kia from here on out. I love you guys!

Battery Troubles - Mememe
My battery decided to die yesterday afternoon in south Dallas, after a jump from the 3 gracious construction guys across the street, I drive straight to the dealer of which I bought my Subaru 2 years ago (already placed a call to my Bosco service tech). Even visited with Brent Kelly guy who sold me my Subaru. When I arrived 48 mins later Bosco was ready to take vehicle to find problem. Within 10 mins battery was completely dead, new one installed & diagnostics performed, vehicle washed & I was on my way back home.

I did not read any of the reviews about this dealership before driving from Conroe, Texas to Arlington, Texas to see about purchasing a used 2018 Kia Candenza and trading in my 2016 Kia Sedona. It was probably one of my better experiences in buying a used vehicle - and I'm 74 years old so I have experience at buying used cars. Of course, after the test drive we sat down to discuss price. Yes, there were a few hiccups in the beginning but time worked everything out and over all I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and understanding and willing to work with me they all were. My salesman, Faisel Hossain and all the managers did a great job making sure that all went well. Yes the almost 300 mile drive was worth it.

We knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in, easiest sale they could ever make. The problems started in Finance. We were offered a deal and accepted it. A few days later, we were told that deal "fell through" but they could offer another deal, at a higher interest rate. Fine, we took that deal. Two weeks later, yep, that deal also "fell through." Finally a third deal was offered, at an even higher interest rate. We had this vehicle for over three weeks before the deal was actually finalized. This dealership is an absolute joke, I wouldn't recommend that anyone go there for any reason, even to make a u-turn in the parking lot.

The salesperson was great and patient. He listened and delivered. I was almost ready to sign when the finance guy ruined it all. I needed to upgrade my car for business purposes and told the dealer several times how much I loved my car and how much i didn't want to trade it in. It was my dream car that I wanted for years and last year I made it happen. While working on the final deal with finance I mentioned maybe I should hold off until i can pay down my car a bit more and he said "You mean the VW... that piece of crap?" I walked out right then and there. I love my car. Not a single ding. Perfect condition. Well taken care of. It truly is beautiful but I need a 4 door for work. I can't believe those words even came out of his mouth. Sorry to the sales person who spent 4 hours with me, was wonderful, and just lost his commission because of a rude person in finance!
