We have had a couple of Jeeps serviced here over the years, most recently a 2007 Commander with 202,000 miles. It was starting to show its age and with their guidance we went through several service procedures to correct some drive train issues. The overall improvements were achieved, but I decided it was time for a new vehicle.
I spoke with Thomas Bronte, Service Manager, and explained my thoughts and plans. Again, he was very supportive as he was during the entire repair process. He connected me with the Subaru team, as we have been looking at the new Ascent since it came out. This was another great experience which had me driving away with a 2020 Ascent. This is a great Service Department and working with Bill Buckley, Will Merck, Thomas and all of the support staff was a pleasure. I highly recommend this dealership!

Initially I spoke to Will by phone who set up an appointment for Saturday, Jan 18th. Although he had to be out of the office for a personal emergency, he responded to my text messages on Saturday, which I appreciated. My son and I worked with Sean Kilgore (Sales Mgr), Josh (Sales) and Alan (Finance). I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the car buying process at Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Richardson. I have not dealt with many dealerships having been a long term customer of Mitsubishi, but I am giving Dodge some thought on my next car purchase.
From the beginning, Sean was a pleasure to work with. He made the car buying process not seem like an endless chore that was stressful and time consuming. He approached my son (and I) with options while being totally transparent and clear on the expectations. He was not at all, a pushy sales person, out to close a fast deal - leaving out pertinent details. Sean also extended an offer of lunch while we wait and although we declined - it was really thoughtful. I appreciated Josh stepping in to assist and he has a great communicative style (Congratulations again....Josh knows..). Alan in Finance was great as well, made the endless paperwork not seem so endless. He approached our deal with professionalism and kindness. Talked us through the entire process quickly, but accurately.
In this day and time, I think it is important to not just sell a car, but rather give a memorable experience that will keep a customer like me returning and/or telling others of my awesome experience. Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Richardson, definitely did that for us on Saturday! THANK YOU AGAIN!

Looked at all vehicles inside, outside, no one talked to me, sales people sitting at counter inside front door. Called twice to set up a sales appointment, asked to talk to sales person on website and got hung up on, called again and asked for another person on the website, they would not put me through, just keep saying. ( I can answer your questions ) no lobby or phone educate.

Listen very carefully. I already did the work for you. There is no reason to come here. I already got treated poorly for everybody before me. Please do not make my terrible experience worth nothing. If you come here looking to buy a car, It means that everything I went through was for nothing. Buying a car should be really simple and goals should be met or get a customer as close to that goal as possible. This place wants to ream you and leave you paying the most they can possibly get you. I was at $42K on a 2019 scat pack (stars and stripes) 7.39% email was sent on that invoice that I need to be under $40K and we have a deal. With $20K cash down on the vehicle and there is no way im doing that apr as well. sales rep sent me an email stating. I was able to get the price to $41,750. I did not reply to that email for 2hrs and a second email was sent stating I also negotiated an additional $1K off of the price do we have a deal. The answer is yes please send the Invoice. The invoice was sent for $42,461.44 at 6% Called the sales manager Jay and he was a xxxxx who did not want to sell this car to me because he knew at that point he would not be able to xxxx me on the car. The car has been sitting at that lot for over a year. My offer was fair 5% 20K down 72 months $39,999 OTD. My business credit was pulled and I did not sign a Credit app for that and I will be moving forward with an investigation on that. The app for Business was forged.

add $1500 warranty to the Fiat 500 I bought without my acknowledgement. It's been a painful experience to ask for a refund. Had to go there multiple times and they just wouldn't do it until I left google review and threaten with my attorney.

This dealership is a complete joke when it comes to actually getting a good deal especially if you're disabled combat veteran. I wasted a complete hour just to be insulted by the new car staff trying to take advantage of me. They were trying to double their profits on my trade-in and the new vehicle I was looking at. It was so bad that not even a manager would take the time to try and help me out. The ownership and management team, I can personally say are the worst I've ever seen. I thought they would go the extra mile to help out I disabled combat veteran but that was the complete opposite. what really irritates me and is completely disrespectful is when a business establishment falsely claims they go the extra mile for combat veterans. this dealership did what they can to see how much money they can take away from a disabled combat veteran. I wasn't even welcomed when I arrived at their dealership I had to go and look for a staff member. When I told them I was going to write bad reviews they gave me a very evil look and that's the type of treatment that a disabled combat veteran receives in today's world.
