I recently was shopping for a new vehicle. I received a reply from Justin Holbrook at Gunn Nissan of Denton. We exchanged numerous emails. He was the most professional and helpful sales associate I have ever dealt with. He’s a straight shooter. At Gunn, they don’t play games with your money. Unfortunately, they did not have the exact car and model that I wanted so I did not purchase a car there. But Justin was very willing to work a deal to make me happy on their available cars. Just had my heart set on a particular car.

We purchased a Nissan Rogue in September and were assured the plated would be mailed. Now after not mailing and no contact our kid has been pulled over twice for expired plates. Called and internet manager told my wife it was up to her. She thought of course it is up to the customer to make sure Nissan of Rockwall does their job. She won’t shop here any more. They assured her they would be overnighted but failed again. I guess we will drive an hour an do the work for them again.

For such a big dealership I can't believe that they would bring themselves down so low! I just bought a car a month ago from David McDavid Acura in Plano and I wish they had the car that I was looking for because I would reccomend this dealership a million times more! This Nissan did not honor what they agreed upon! I went to this dealer to check a Suburban, I test drived it and came down to an agreed upon price with tax, title, and reconditioning. The next day, we were going to stop by and bring the check. They said that they did not agree upon that price we had agreed upon. I was actually trying to negotiate to get it lower. And I have text recipts of this promise of theirs to back it up! So, I don't know what to say except that this is a dealership full of lies! Additionally, I talked to 2 different sales people for the same car. And don't ask to finance through someone else because there will be a total change in attitude. I will not recommend going here to anybody. I haven't even had someone call to see how everything went. By far the worst experiance!

I purchased a car from Courtsey Nissan and 3 months later I still don't have plates, I called an spoke to Jose the finance director and just got the run around, I then ask to speak to the GM and he will not return my calls or speak to me. If you are looking for a new Nissan don't buy it here.

i change my cars every year or 2 years. i go through my autonavigator already approved when i walk in. the dealer had one price advertised online and everywhere but when i got there with the deal, the price was different and of course higher. i showed them the error and asked if they honor their own offer, they said no. it was only a 4k discount they needed to give me so i can walk out with the car. completely disinterested, they said plainly no after an hour. the cars i was looking at, 3, none worked and the battery was dead on all so i could not test drive them. 2018 model sitting in the parking lot for pathfinders. and still no deal for 4k.i have never encountered a finance manager like that. even in his system overnight the internet changed the price and matched what the website had and he still had to call IT in front of me to verify why.....i will never go back there for as long as i buy cars.

These guys will lie and lie to you again and again! They are selling hail damaged vehicles as new. They won't even tell you unless you ask for a report stating there has not been any damage to the vehicle.
We are talking about NEW vehicles with 25 miles on them. But they have had extensive glass breakage and hail dent repairs.
They will not tell you unless you ask for a printed statement stating whether there has been damage.
I highly encourage you to buy elsewhere! BEWARE!!!!!!
