Easy and Fair Deal on 2019 Outback - Denton Resident
Worked with John Mosqueda for purchase of a 2019 Outback Limited 3.6R. We started communicating via internet in March, and John was helpful and responsive in sending me details including pricing, sticker, of the cars I was interested in---low pressure. Stopped by dealership in mid-April to get a price on a potential trade-in, and set in an Outback while there. Came the next day and traded in two cars, test drove the Outback, and purchased the car. I liked the low pressure vibe in the dealership. Also, they have a great snack bar area for customers (to use while car is being serviced), and their shop looks really clean and immaculate. It was the easiest new car purchasing transaction I've ever done.

Have trouble with RAB? The service department is trained to lie about this topic. They can't keep it from randomly stopping the car and snapping your neck, they can't fix it because Subaru won't correct the problem, Subaru will not recall their cars no matter what. With 13,000 miles I would gladly dump the car but because I am a little more honest than they are I can't in good conscience pass it off as being worth the money I should get for it. Stay away from Sewell, just the usual car dealer bull.
