When I purchased my 2017 Outback from Sam it was a fantastic experience. I greatly enjoy this vehicle. I now wondered, "How will they treat me in the Service Department"? I came in for my oil change and tire rotation today. The Service Manager, DC, examined my vehicle and Cory took it to the service bay with no time wasted. Service Consultant, Stephen was the ultimate gem of my visit. He treated me with great respect and I watched him handle other service appointments. He also was very personable with these customers. I am a bit finicky with my vehicle and Stephen answered all of my questions. To my surprise, he also had the service team change my interior air filter to make sure that the airflow stayed consistent in this extremely hot weather.
This is what the Randall Noe group should continue to do...hire people like Stephen! Thanks again, Mr. Noe. I would love to offer this type of testimony on one of your upcoming marketing projects and media spots.

Spent a total of 8 hours for car color I didn’t want,I figure if I’m making payments, I should be able to choose my color.
I was told the color I wanted wasnt in a 500 mile radius.
I found my color at Courtesy Nissan ,but it was too late.
I took the word of a salesman,big mistake.

Spent a full week working with a sales guy named josh, jumped through every hoop he asked for and on my deadline to have a car for the week ahead was told it was a no. Asked several times if it looked like an issue he had me add my husband and pinged his credit just to stall and have another app in. This is not an honest company or a solid choice for second chance loans. I’m sure if the reviews checked were researched they would be either friends or employees.

Avoid these people like the plague. I gave them a deposit for a purchase and come to find out they raised the online "sale price" by almost $5000 saying it was an "acquisition fee" from the bank. I did NOT sign any bank paperwork and they are refusing to refund my deposit.

PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, everything you have read here is true. They are untrustworthy and sell junk. I agreed to buy this car with the understanding that everything my mechanic had on his list would be repaired including the non-safety items. They also promised a 1 year warranty, 3 months roadside assistance and ½ tank of gas.
When I picked up the car it was only ¼ tank of gas (she claimed the mechanic had used the other ¼ tank), there was no windshield wiper fluid in the car and the nozzles for spraying the fluid didn’t work so I couldn’t clean the windshield. Also the gearshift stuck and there was no light so you could see what gear you were in. Two days after picking up the vehicle it began to stall. Ten days later the car engine light came on and I couldn’t get any power, then the engine began to smoke. When I went to call roadside assistance they said the account had expired.
I had to have the car towed to their mechanic and was without a car for over 4 days. She tried to blame me saying maybe I had done something and that 10 days was a reasonable amount of time before a used car would have problems. They claim to certify and e-mission every car but that doesn’t mean it’s actually road safe.
When the cars breakdown they throw you under the bus. Don’t fall for their “helpful” attitudes they will turn nasty when things go wrong. DON’T BUY from these women, they lie!
