Drove 3 hours to get a truck I searched for all over Texas, talked about it to the Salesman for a few days and we had everything finalized. I get there and I was pawned off instantly from the lady I was suppose to be meeting and knows everything that me and the guy have worked out. Get a guy that knows NOTHING and now we have to do it ALL OVER. Turns out the salesman I was talking to, was told he didn't even work there. best part? THEY SOLD THE xxxx TRUCKS I DROVE 3 HOURS TO BUY. I've owned all Chevy products for 15 years, not anymore. Me and my brother went there to both get new Silverados, but we were looked at and treated like we couldn't even afford a bowtie emblem. Really? Because how I look and dress? No respect. Someone even asked, are you lost? Cant believe it. Not chevy. But it's okay me and my brother are both going to get new Rams tomorrow. Thanks Chevy!
Worst serivce ever - mdags10
Worst experience i've ever had with a GM dealer ever! The lack of follow up on simple emails or phone calls is unbelievable to me. Told my salesperson from the beginning i wanted to buy the car today. Spent the day waiting on him and then when i'm getting ready to drive over there he emails me saying they sold the car?! really! Maybe if Juan would have answered the phone when my credit union called they could have sent over the drafting instructions at the end of the day, had them rushing because of his lack of follow up.
Promises, promises, promises...... - Unhappy buyer
Purchased a used CPO 2017 Chevy Express van on 2/20/18 paying cash. Window sticker said the vehicle had a remote keyless entry. There was no remote key fob according to the salesperson, Josh. But he said he would get one for me and mail it (we live in AL and bought the van in Dallas). After several ignored emails I sent Josh requesting an update I finally bought a remote fob online and had it programmed (total cost $57.95). I contacted the General Manager on 6/1/18 and the next business day Josh emails me and asks me to send him the receipts for the purchase and I would be reimbursed. I sent those as attachments via email on 6/4 but still 2 months later have no reimbursement. During that time I made two more attempts to contact Josh for an update, but those were ignored as well.
Bottom line : You will be treated well and promised what you want to hear before the sale. Afterwards....don't hold your breath for any promises made and please don't expect to have any response to your attempts to contact them.

Don't come here unless you want your credit threatened. After shopping here, two days later the F & I Manager called and tried to intimidate us by saying “I’d hate to have to make these inquiries on your credit” implying he was going to attack our credit and cause a drop in our score. Essentially, he was attempting to BLACKMAIL us into coming back to buy a car.
Tip: if for some terrible reason you end up here, freeze your credit before going.

I recently attempted to purchase a new truck from Classic in Grapevine. I should have known better because I purchased 2 new cars from there in 2016 and both of those were problematic also ( The two previous salesmen have either been fired or retired since then).
In my latest adventure the salesman, Frank R., tried three different "bait and switch" tactics:
1. He tried to get me to leave the dealership with a truck that the next day he said was $3700 more
than the day before.
2. He then tried to "fix" his mistake by offering to price match another truck but the other truck had
a MSRP that was $3000 less than the first one. There wasn't any price match. It was just a
3. Finally, after negotiating a replacement truck, he then writes up a purchase agreement using the
VIN for the first truck ($3700 more) not for the one with the lower MSRP (about a $6000
Do not trust them. Totally unprofessional. No due diligence. Do not allow them to rush you through the paperwork. Although I am brand loyal, I would not recommend Classic to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable non-problematic new car/truck buying experience.
