3 weeks ago today, I had my Dodge Charger towed to Mike Smith Dodge when the Transmission control module went out, the car is still covered under Dodges Powertrain warranty. I have left many many voicemails and have not received one call back, I have emailed and haven’t received a response. Left voicemails with not only the Service Manager Mr Williams but also with the general manager of this location, again neither called back. When they don’t “drop my call” during hold times waiting to speak with someone, they tell me my car has been pushed back due to high volumes of customers. I’ve asked for a loaner car while I’m waiting for my car to be serviced and was denied, and told that the labor hours to fix my car (4 hours) didn’t qualify me for a loaner. I explained to them I was out of town when my car broke down and I live an hour and a half away, and this is my only means of transportation. When I was able to get a ride to this location, I was told I could wait and try to speak with a manager but they probably weren’t going to see me that day. After I spent some time waiting, I decided to leave. I am still waiting for a call back. 3 weeks later, still without a vehicle and no one can tell me when they will even look at my car for repairs. I am frustrated, angry, and at a loss at this time, I write this review because I wouldn’t want another person to have to be in such a situation that he/she is literally stranded with no vehicle due to poor management and/poor customer care.

POSITIVE EXPERIENCES FOR SEVERAL YEARS - Jeep
We have bought our last several cars from Bounds. Knowing the family gave us confidence we were in good hands. Anytime there seemed to be a glitch, it was quickly tended to and corrected. All seven cars were well priced and we got good trades for our old cars. My husband died and I am about to embark on a new car search. Even though I now live in the Hill Country, I'm probably going back to Bounds. I know I can trust them and they will do me right.

LACK OF INTEREST IN FOLLOWING THROUGH - Exhausted
I purchased a new 2015 3500 Dually from DeMontrond Dodge and gave them my business because of a past experience. After the deal was done, I found out several items about the way the contract was developed and how things, I was not told about, were added. I was not very happy but at least I had a new truck. In a very short time I starting having problems with the truck and I did not get any support from the dealership. First thing was abnormal wear on the right front tire which is an issue with the design of the ball joints. The tires ware was uneven within the first 5 thousand miles and the tire became unsafe. I also had two other tires with tread separation and almost had an accident because of them. I received no support from Chrysler nor the dealership to remedy the situation and had to buy two new tires and get refunded from the tire manufacturer. There have been a number of recalls on my truck and most of the time the dealership did not have the parts to conduct replacements. I have tried to contact the service rep many times and many times he does not answer my calls and I have to go to the dealership to get things done right. The truck has been in the shop at least 10 times since I purchased it and after repairs some of the issues still exist. The A/C blower motor went out and had to be replaced of which I was charged 100 dollars for installation. It took them almost 3 months to replace the exhaust system because of recalls. There are so many other issues it would take much more time to show them all here. Enough to say that I am very unhappy with the way the dealership is so disinterested in dealing with the customer after the initial sale. It seems their attitude is you bought the truck, get out of here.!!!

Worst experience ever. They gave OTD price and then upped it $800 when time to sign papers. We walked. They called us to ‘make it right’ promises to fill the tank, and have a Yukon loaner while they fixed some interior issues following Monday. Didn’t fill tank until asking 3 times, gave us a tiny loaner car that smelt like cat and vomit-had to drive with windows down gagging. When they called because it was finished, it wasn’t, and I wasn’t getting back in smelly car, they offered no help or a different car when I asked for both, so I had to call for a friend to come pick me up. It was a JOKE. I was nice and civil but very clear that I’d never be stepping in a Patterson establishment ever again. I’m still disgusted.
Wouldn't stand behind their written quote - zroger73
Got a quote on a 2019 Equinox 1LT with confidence and convenience package for $28,600 out-the-door. When I got there, they tried to raise the price to $29,200 saying that I didn't qualify for a $600 rebate KNOWING that had already been discussed in a text message with the salesman. I walked out and went to Peter's Chevrolet in Longview and bought the SAME Equinox for $25,200. That's $4,000 less for the SAME vehicle.
Oil leak - ScottR
We took in a Mercedes Sprinter Van with around 7k to have the oil and filter changed. An after market oil filter was installed by the certified technicians that lead to an oil leak duty not having the oil ring on the filter. This leak caused both belts to come off around 15k and wrap around the fan so two new belts had to be bought and installed. James the service manager and Jeff the general manager told me the cost to repair was our problem. This was a $650.00 repair that we had to pay Mercedes. When you take a your vehicle to a certified service center you would think the vehicle would at least meet the standards the manufacturer sets forth when it comes to repairing or servicing the vehicle but in the case it clearly did not happen. Sorry I would not recommend this Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership repair center to anyone. They do not stand behind their work.
Identity Theft and Bank Fraud - Troy Clark
I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler in December 2017 . I spent 32,000.
In July 2018 my information was used to finance a 2012 Ford pickup for 12,500.
Peters used my SSN ,name, phone number to secure a loan for another customer.
This was Identity Theft and Bank fraud according to the bank investigator where
the loan was taken out. I had to fill out a affidavit to get the bank to stop calling
me and get the loan taken off my credit report. It's now been over 6 months and
there are still inquiries on my credit report that affects my rating. I can't get them
removed. Never again!

I am so sad and depressed about my experience with this dealership. I am left feeling so played and defeated because I am a women and now the service manager is being so rude. My car ran hot on my on Nov 6 I decided to bring my car to my local Dodge to make sure the repairs would be do properly especially because I have a 5.7L. I soo regret this decision now. Brandi the service advisor keep me up to date with information and I wrote down everything she told me every time she called. First I was told I needed a new radiator which I expected and that was going to cost my about 1200 dollars and I agreed to it. Then the next day she called me and said that coolant was leaking into my 3rd cylinder and it would be 600 dollars to diagnosis because of the labor. I agreed to that as well. Then she called me and said that I need a right and left head gasket, new value covers, and spark plug seals. I wrote all this down.I still have the paper!! She said it would be 2625 dollars. Anyways I reluctantly agreed to the repair because I still have a loan on this car and I would be upside down on a trade in. I should have known something was suspicious when my car was ready the same day after a head gasket repair. I am a nurse by trade so I don't know any thing about cars but when I google a head gasket repair it usually take 3 or more days. But I still picked my car up only to find out that its still broke. The coolant is boiling in the radiator reservoir. I took it right back. They said that it was a thermostat problem and they fixed the thermostat for free. 2 days later the same thing, coolant boiling but now my check engine light is on with code P0303 which is a misfire in cylinder 3. The same cylinder that was leaking coolant into it! So I go back to the dealership and the service manager is saying that not only did they never change my head gaskets they also never said that I had coolant leaking into my 3rd cylinder. I'm no looking over my receipts and I don't know what to make of all this. I had to take out loans to get this repair done and now I don't have money to do anything else. I am a single mother of 3 kids and its the holidays. This just sucks. Don't bring you car here. Don't buy Dodge period.

I got a deffective 2016 dodge caravan, tires wear out at 5000 miles, left the car with them for five days for a warranty repair. They brought me to enterprise car rental, after five days of rental use enterprise charged me $156 they say for insurance. After picking up my dodge caravan i found out they only change 1 tire. So now i will end up changing 1 tire at a time coz the other tire is halfway worn out. So from now on i have to pay for rental car whenever i find defects again on my dodge
