Buyer beware! Grapevine Ford is selling a Dealer option... - Struggle w deceit
Buyer beware! Grapevine Ford is selling a Dealer option they claim cannot be removed. They do not disclose it in the advertised price of the vehicle (upfront). This option is a Spireon product called Kahu that is a vehicle tracker (GPS) device. It is a 3rd party add-on and primarily designed for dealers, not the consumer. Where it gets potentially illegal is they claim it cannot be removed. Yet, the Spireon, Kahu product agreement clearly states the device is NOT a condition to buy the vehicle and will be removed at customers request. Yet, Grapevine Ford is stating it cannot be removed and they are charging a cost, again not disclosed to the consumer until close to the sale. The TX Attorney General and FTC have been notified with proof of a text from one of the sales person.
Excellent Service - aggiegrad05
Took my Expedition in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to address an open recall. I was greeted at the door by Robert Espino who was extremely helpful. I had planned to leave my vehicle there and Uber to work, but asked if they had loaners available. Because I have PremiumCare I was sitting in a loaner Escape in 10 minutes and was on my way. Robert called me later that morning to let me know my vehicle was ready. When I arrived back at the dealership, my vehicle had been washed and vacuumed and the bill was $10 less than I am used to paying at the Ford dealership closer to my house!
All in all a fabulous experience. I will definitely be returning to Park Cities Ford for all of my future work. Robert was responsive and helpful and the work was done quickly and affordably.

Nightmare - racer43
Horrific 4hr experience... do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with these lying, conniving high pressure thiefs. I dropped in to look at a $82K Ford F350 truck that I had found advertised on the internet. I showed them a printed copy of another dealers deal which was $4500 dollars less than theirs and asked them to beat or match it because there truck had a spray in bedliner other than that the trucks were identical.. well they ended up being $7500 more which was 3k less for my trade and $4500 more for their truck all along they said they would match my other deal if I would just sign the form giving them permission to run my credit. Well after the fourth time insisting to run my credit and promising to beat the other deal they got me approved to purchase there truck and did not keep their promise to beat or even match my other offer... begging me to sign the contract with Ford Motor Credit I walked out of the finance office... they would not even honor their own advertised internet price which I had also provided a printed copy.... I was so upset that after driving Ford truck for the last 18 years I went and bought a Chevrolet 3500 four days later. Not only did I trade my 2017 F-350 in but I also traded my 2017 Mustang GT in on the Chevy. I also sold my 2016 Mustang GT-350 on the internet.... so upset I got rid of all 3 of my Ford vehicles and will never go back due to the way I was treated at Auto Nation Ford.... I hope nobody ever has to endure the lying and horrific way I was treated and I also hope the salesman and the sales manager both lose their jobs..................................
Vehicular xxxx. Thats what it should be called. - Jimmy Wilson
Took our vehicle to this location to have some recall work done on the vehicle. Apparently the door latches fail creating a potential for the door to come open at speeds, and the fuel tank has a tendency to loose ventilation causing it to implode on itself. Only place you can get this service completed at is the stealership. They took it upon themselves, without first securing my permission, to complete some sort of “inspection” on the vehicle in an attempt to upsell other services that they allege needed to be completed. Next thing I know, the car is 2 liters low on coolant and starts to overheat!! I contacted their customer relations person, and of course she made a few remarks insinuating that it wasn’t anything they did. Must have been the coolant fairy that came and drained a whole two liters off!!! They offered to have the car towed to their shop to “take another look at it”. Do you seriously believe I would relinquish control of my car to you a second time when you couldn’t get it right the first time and potentially caused irreparable damage? If my car were a woman, you’d be in pretty deep dog doo-doo for touching her in places without her consent. Just saying. Trust has been lost, I will never return to this place.

Let's start with the buying process. I was at this run-down dealership for almost 5 hours buying my truck. Having sold cars for a couple of years I know this was waaaaaaay too long. My salesperson wasn't knowledgeable at all. When we couldn't come to terms on the truck I was on my way out, starting up my vehicle when they waived me back inside. Turns out the could make the deal I wanted. I went through finance (also very unprofessional), signed all of my paperwork and about 2hrs later I was driving home. About a week later I got a call from Will (sales manager) saying I would have to give them an additional $200 down and buy a warranty that would increase my payments by about $20 a month. Having sold cars I know that my deal had been sitting in the finance office for a week trying to find a lender to purchase it at the terms we agreed on. When they couldn't find one that wouldn't take some of their profit away to take the deal they called me to "sweeten" it for them so they could at least make some money on the back end in finance. The sales "manager" Will was very confronational with me when I let him know I knew my rights and knew what was going on. This dealership is a run-down piece of junk and their "sales" staff is a joke, their finance department is an un-organized joke. I wouldn't recommend giving this place your business unless you're ready to be jerked around and lied to. This place is a joke.
Bulls hit artists - Mike pierce
I went to Metro Ford to purchase a 2012 Dodge Durango. I'd informed them prior to me going to the dealership that I will be purchasing the vehicle through my credit union. sales rep name Laverne told me that when I came down it would take no longer than 5 minutes to get me a bill of sale however when I got there they gave me some line about taking the ad for the car to my credit union and that they would fax over the bill of sale to them.I could not understand why they would not provide me with a copy of the bill of sale unless they planned to change some things in the originally negotiated price. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle do not go there.
