I have bought many new cars and trucks over the years, both personally and for business. My most recent experience with Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Lewisville, with my new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, was absolutely amazing. I was treated professionally from the first time I visited the dealership (in the midst of the pandemic), continuing with stay in touch emails and ending almost a year later; when I returned and actually bought a vehicle along with trading my existing car in. Zack Victory was my guide thru the entire process. He was knowledgeable, honest, straight forward and professional at all times. The entire dealership was the same way when they helped me with my purchase of after market add ons, (wheels, tires and lift).
I have since had numerous Huffines management personnel check in on my buying experience and happiness with the vehicle. I continue to be pleased with the deal I made and my new truck.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a brand new Durango from them. Not even a year later I call to find out if my tires are under warranty. And to schedule for a recall that I received a post card about. Well they refused to tell me if the tires are covered. They said i need to schedule an appointment and come in!!! They would not help me over the phone. I live 2 hours away. I would rather not drive 4 hours on a donut, if it is not needed. I spoke with 3 people. All want me to come in just to talk about if the tire is under warranty. I would much rather get my tire fixed local, then go in for the recall.
Top it off, all 3 of them told me I did not have a recall. Why did I get a post card saying it is recalled? A simple Google search also shows it was recalled.
When you spend so much money on a vehicle, you want to take care of it. Do yourself a huge favor, go somewhere else! They are not able to help you long term. Just the day if the sale.

Do Not use the service department. I have a diesel and I know maintenance is higher than a gas truck. Having said that I brought the truck in because I had a lightning bolt light come on which usually signifies the batteries have gone bad (I usually replace them every three years). I usually buy walmart batteries and I was hoping to get more time out of the batteries with quality batteries. Time will tell on that. Here is my complaint; The quote for the batteries (there are two on a diesel) on the phone was $302.00. So I show up to pick the truck up and they are charging me over $600! I had some other maintenance done and a state inspection so I am trying to figure out why the bill is almost $1,000! They charged my 2 hours of labor to change two batteries! I have changed both batteries in 30 minutes. I told him that. He came off 1 hour of labor so I still paid $467.88 for two batteries that I could have replaced for $180!!!!!!!!! (I don't know if there is a quality difference between Walmart batteries and OEM-we will see).
The second complaint. I asked them to lube the drive shaft and the front left U-joint (normally it is a sealed U-joint but I have had that one replaced with a greaseable one). I made sure they knew that it needed to be lubed because they did not lube it on a previous appointment so I made a big deal about it. They did not lube the U-joint so now I am seriously concerned they did not lube the drive shaft. Then they wrote up a whole laundry list of other maintenance they think needs to be accomplished at what I would estimate from them to be around $2500. Do I need it? Who knows, I'll take it to a reputable mechanic to find out.

Spent a whole day trying to purchase a Ram 2500 - I don't know why I wasted my time - they ran my credit 6 different banks and came back to me with a BS offer on my trade as well they tried to get me on the $2000 Grapevine add on..BS. And then to crown it all they tried to swing me a 6.9% deal...even through my credit was over 750. What a bunch of thieves, do yourself a favor...run far away from them they are liars and greedy - I don't see how they even sell any cars! has been AVOIDING me for 4-5 days after asking to CANCEL the extended warranty he snuck in without disclosing ANY prices to me which led to me thinking it was part of the purchase. He knew I wasn't gonna be in town after purchasing the vehicle and now I have to FLY back from Maryland since I am stationed at the base, to not only cancel but JUST to talk to this guy who have been dodging me until my 30 day mark passes since I will be penalized after if I cancel. I might even pursue legal action and sue for FRAUD since he did not disclose any prices to me about the add ons he practically snuck in the contract. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Do Not GO to this dealership.
