This is my first time being a Sewell customer. I’ve seen the commercials for years and wondered if it’s as good as the commercials say well it’s is. I’m a Sewell customer for life now. We purchased a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek it was the easiest car purchase ever.

I am ABSOLUTELY FLABERGASTED at the treatment I have received from this dealership. MANY MANY PROBLEMS. First off, my husband and i came in to purchase a used vehicle. The price was 13,900 online. When we received the finance document, they wanted 72 MONTHS of 334 a month. $24,048!!!!!!! When we pointed out that there must be a mistake in the numbers the FINANACE DIRECTOR came up with, we were told there was no mistake... (Ready to walk out), the finance director comes over to the table and sits down, and asks us "WHAT WILL YOU PAY THEN?" ( I should have walked out at that very statement.) But, we liked the vehicle. So, we negotiate, 334/ month for 54 months.... We move on with the process.. Sign all the documents, pay the down payment. Vehicle was GUARENTEED to be ready to drive off of the lot by the end of the day.. WRONG. (needs a part and to go through detail) Then we were promised Monday. We get there Monday after calling and being told it would 100% be ready by the end of the day. NOPE... NOT READY... ZERO COMMUNICATION. Requested to be contact MANY MANY times. Finally, COME TO FIND OUT, the vehicle was still sitting in the SAME PLACE WE LEFT IT ON SATURDAY. Not been though service or detail like we were told MANY TIMES. PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM. No one seems to care since they "made the sale"... ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.... hopefully SOMEONE wants to make things right... But I can promise you, I am not holding my breath.
