I had an excellent experience at Moritz Kia. the salesman Joshua was so helpful so kind and so polite. The cars that he gave me to choose from out were very nice clean, and it was a hard decision. It was nice to have a dealership that had a choice of vehicles. The other dealerships that I went to only gave me a possible one option. Most of them, gave me no option, and never even returned my call with the information that I left them. I want to thank Murets for the very special purchase of my car, As well as the very special treatment that I received. I have told many people about the way I was treated, and will tell many more. I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 on March25. I traded my 2016 Jeep Wrangler white, and your financial managers didn’t take care of it til April 10. I was receiving phone calls about late payment. Not only they send the wrong amount, but to the wrong address as well. Now there’s a balance that still hasn’t been paid which is the interest from the two weeks it took them to payoff the car. Not only is the vehicle already posted online, but I have not gotten a phone call from Jeremiah or Bryan. They are always busy with a customer or at a meeting, the receptionist has send them multiple emails about my call. And not once have they called me. It’s 3 months later and this situation hasn’t been taken care off. This is the worse customer service I have received. I have bought 3 vehicles and never had this issue. So sad of a dealership to have managers not return your call and avoid you.Please help, get this situation fixed, I am not paying for someone mistake and being Irresponsible.

IF YOU ARE WANTING A KIA TELLURIDE, ORDER IT BECAUSE EVERYONE WANTS TO CHARGE $8,000-$10,000 OVER THE MSRP. However, if you order one from this dealership before you sign the dotted line look at the sticker on the window and see if its the one you order because they took the sticker off of ours and we did'nt see that they charged us $210 for floor mats that I specifically told them before ordering it that we are going to buy the hard ones ourselves. Then they charged us for a cargo net that I did not order and was NOT on the sticker I sent them of the vehicle I WANTED! Then some condescending sales person calls me and tells me "It came that way" and "I got a good deal" Basically deal with it. For one, whats the point of ordering one with what you want and don't want in it??? 2nd, I didn't get a good deal! I paid the sticker PRICE!!! After waiting over 3 months. That's why I ordered it so dealerships don't screw me over and have me pay the 8-10k over the MSRP like they do those who dont know. To be told by this guy to deal with it pisses me off because good customer service would say something like, "Sorry sir for the mix up, I know you said you didnt want floor mats and this cargo net wasnt on the sticker sheet your sent us, so I can offer you this..." Maybe so hard floor mats like I was going to order with the $210 that I paid for carpet mats I did order! But NOPE, this guys tells me his hands are tied and I got a good deal. A good deal is paying less than MSRP not OVER! Never again will we go to Classic Kia!!!

My wife and I went to this dealership in December 2019 to purchase a Stinger GT for $32,000 with $10,000 down payment. Our credit wasn’t great but we needed a car after her accident a few weeks prior. Now that our credit is better we are ready to trade up to a Stinger GT1 at a different KIA Dealership. We knew that we had about $15,000 equity in our GT. After working numbers and getting ready to move forward we found that we had negative equity of $10,000. WHAT? Once the new KIA Dealership Salesman and I took a closer look at the paperwork, Cooley Kia increased the price of a 2019 Kia Stinger GT to $45,000. This dealership is crooked and I will not stop until they refund my money that I am owed or I will take this all the way to the top. Do not buy from this dealership.

The salesperson was great and patient. He listened and delivered. I was almost ready to sign when the finance guy ruined it all. I needed to upgrade my car for business purposes and told the dealer several times how much I loved my car and how much i didn't want to trade it in. It was my dream car that I wanted for years and last year I made it happen. While working on the final deal with finance I mentioned maybe I should hold off until i can pay down my car a bit more and he said "You mean the VW... that piece of crap?" I walked out right then and there. I love my car. Not a single ding. Perfect condition. Well taken care of. It truly is beautiful but I need a 4 door for work. I can't believe those words even came out of his mouth. Sorry to the sales person who spent 4 hours with me, was wonderful, and just lost his commission because of a rude person in finance!
