The first time I went into Lewisville Mitsubishi, I thought it'd be just like any other dealership and an experience filled with frustration. My first experience was with Mike Rice, a sales agent. Mr. Rice listened to what I had to say about both my credit, how much I had to work with and what I was attempting to accomplish. Mr. Rice was so knowledgeable about the product and both he and the Finance department worked to get me into the best vehicle possible with the best payment plan possible. They were even able to work with some of my limitations. But I rolled out of the dealership with a brand new 2019 Mirage G4. I could not ask for a better car, it fits my needs, get's great gas mileage and looks great and works for rebuilding my credit which was my goal in the first place. So I have a wonderful reliable car because of Mr. Rice and his willingness to listen and work with me. These are the best qualities to have in a sales agent.
During the process of my first encounter with Mr. Rice, my Mother happened to be with me. She told Mr. Rice that she had a Saturn Vue. Mr. Rice told us at that time that the dealership also dealt with GM parts and that the Saturn Vue used those parts. A few days ago, my Mother's car broke down and the starter went out. Remembering what Mr. Rice had said to us when I bought my car, I went to the parts department. I was able to get an estimate from Mr. Cruz along with some helpful advice. The dealership even allowed the car to be towed to the location and stored temporary as they had room. A big thanks to Rachil Ellison for that.
The agents and people here all listen to what you have to say and work with you to accomplish your goal. This dealership has my utmost loyalty. I can't say enough good things and how kind they were each time I've gone in. If you want to buy a car, come here, if you need a car repair, come here. My experience was smooth and hassle free! I had the pleasure of working with O.J. as my sales associate. He was efficient, direct, and reassuring. He was able to put me in something I wanted, that was also affordable, and he didn't take all day either! If you live in the DFW Metroplex, please pass this information along to warn others. After a quick sale at HUGGINS MITSUBISHI, I informed management (w/in 24 hours of the sale) that I wasn't happy with the car. The 2011 Eclipse GS Sport is a rough ride and excessively noisy. The GM, Crystal Goldstein, indicated that I could trade out the car at HUGGINS HONDA. I chose a dependable 2012 Honda Civic EX-L that was actually $1K cheaper than the Eclipse (that should have been an indicator). Anyhow, instead of backing out the paperwork, they attempted to trade the car in. $24K quickly became $15K....how is that possible? Anyhow, I wanted to share this information so HUGGINS MITSUBISHI/HONDA doesn't take advantage of anyone else using their unethical tactics. I've already filed with the BBB on a pricing issue I experienced with them. STAY CLEAR OF HUGGINS!!!!!

Went in to get car checked for service engine light and trouble starting. Appointment was for 1 pm. Turns out that they only have ONE mechanic who can work on Mitsubishi's and he was M.I.A. until a little after 4 pm. During this wait we tried to call and complain to the manager of the Service Department, whom could also not be reached. Then we went to talk to a "sales" rep about getting a vehicle to drive home until ours got fixed. They said that they would let us borrow one until ours was fixed. The car they brought around was bone dry on gas and ALL 4 tires were low on tire pressure by 10 points or more. We went to tell them that the car was not suitable to drive off in the condition that they gave it to us and the rep did not care or apologize. Then I asked to speak with a manager, Jared Franklin, and explained what was wrong with the car to him. He did not care and got an attitude with us saying "you can take the car or just leave it and be stuck here." I told him to drop the attitude and he jumped at me for a moment as if he was going to try and punch me. Later, they did air up the tires and give us HALF a tank of gas. The entire process was rude and met with no understanding, compassion, and a general sense of disregard for customer service. If you are looking for a car or wanting to get some service done on your Mitsubishi, DO NOT GO TO MANUEL MITSUBISHI. Save your self the headache and cash and go elsewhere.
