Four Stars in Henrietta just made our day! - Freebird2
Marsha and I just purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram with Tom Brillhart at Four Stars in Henrietta. Absolutely, without a doubt, this was so refreshing to deal with these guys. Honest, straight forward and relaxed. No pressure. Tom immediately had us feeling like family. The finance manager, Adam Case, went out of his way to get the rate and payment we wanted. At the end of the day, we went home knowing the Four Stars family is just that, Family! I highly recommend Tom, Adam and Mike at Four Stars!

A Great Experience - Brian
A couple of weeks ago I was in a wreck that totaled my Cadillac CTS that I bought from John Holt two years ago. When I bought that car, the dealership treated me well and made the process very quick and easy. Since I was again in the market for a car, I went back out to John Holt. This time, they found the XTS you see pictured, and they (Justin Hart, the salesperson) even brought the car along with the contract to OKC for me to sign instead of me having to run back out to Chickasha. I’ve bought several cars from dealerships in the past but I’ve never had one treat me as well as John Holt (both times).

We had the very best experience at Vandergriff , Terry did a excellent job explaining and make sure we understood and was 100% satisfied. I Rate Terry and the dealership with 5 stars. The final step of the purchase was the best with the financing experience.

My 2019 GMC Acadia - Satisfsaied Customer
My experience was, they sold me the car at the price advertised, no arm twisting at the paper work stage and they gave me what I asked for my trade in.
Every person in the building stopped and said hello. We are very happy with the loaded Acadia and the very low interest loan. I just can’t say enough positive things about this dealership .

My husband and i purchased 2 new vehicles from Holiday Chevrolet. The staff was amazing to work with. They spent 2 days with us making sure we were happy with the purchase, and we got exactly what we needed, and wanted. the service department has not great hours but their work is super fast, and everyone is always so pleasant.

MISLEAD. LIED TO. DISCRIMINATION. - Blackdog1996
Drove 3 hours to get a truck I searched for all over Texas, talked about it to the Salesman for a few days and we had everything finalized. I get there and I was pawned off instantly from the lady I was suppose to be meeting and knows everything that me and the guy have worked out. Get a guy that knows NOTHING and now we have to do it ALL OVER. Turns out the salesman I was talking to, was told he didn't even work there. best part? THEY SOLD THE xxxx TRUCKS I DROVE 3 HOURS TO BUY. I've owned all Chevy products for 15 years, not anymore. Me and my brother went there to both get new Silverados, but we were looked at and treated like we couldn't even afford a bowtie emblem. Really? Because how I look and dress? No respect. Someone even asked, are you lost? Cant believe it. Not chevy. But it's okay me and my brother are both going to get new Rams tomorrow. Thanks Chevy!
Best Car Buying Experience Ever! - Andrea519
Car buying experiences are typically something to be dreaded. However, working with Josh Jones has become something to look forward to. He is straight forward and makes the process seamless. We are on our third vehicle purchase from him and I have zero complaints. If you want a streamlined process with someone who is honest and communicates the process he is your guy!
Unsatisfied - Stan Evans
We bought a used truck from El Dorado and less than 30 days we found numerous problems and even though WE BOUGHT EXTENDED WARRANTY, they wouldn’t fix it . Drove hr n half AFTER they told us they would take care of it and then refused service unless we paid for it. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD OR PRODUCTS .. Kept 2 days and drove 55 at tops on way home.RUDE RUDE RUDE USED CAR MANAGER and entire personal treated husband poorly when he went to pick truck up and won’t return calls . WONT BE BACK and attorney is working on problem !!
Worst serivce ever - mdags10
Worst experience i've ever had with a GM dealer ever! The lack of follow up on simple emails or phone calls is unbelievable to me. Told my salesperson from the beginning i wanted to buy the car today. Spent the day waiting on him and then when i'm getting ready to drive over there he emails me saying they sold the car?! really! Maybe if Juan would have answered the phone when my credit union called they could have sent over the drafting instructions at the end of the day, had them rushing because of his lack of follow up.
Awesome service staff - Nana

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! DECEIT AND LIES!! - B
I live in Texas and was looking at the Chevy Spark to replace my daughter’s vehicle. After finding one that I liked close to home, I expanded my search a little to see if there were any better deals out there. The Classic Chevrolet dealership in Lawton, OK was advertising a Chevy Spark for $10,041. I began corresponding with an internet salesperson about the vehicle. I advised that I needed to know what the bottom-line numbers would be because I live over 3 hours away. We corresponded throughout the entire day and I still had no clue what the numbers would be. I was very specific on what I needed to know but I could never get a straight answer out of her, just, when would you like to come in and take a test drive. Later that evening she called me, and I once again explained to her that I needed to know what the vehicle would cost after rebates, dealer add-ons, TTL, etc. It was obvious that she didn’t really know what she was talking about, so she had a colleague of hers call me.
In about 20 minutes, he had some solid numbers for me and told me exactly what I needed to do to maximize all the rebates. After TTL, Doc Fees and all other applicable fees, the balance and total amount to be financed was $10,005 and some change. One of the stipulations was I had to finance through their bank to take advantage of all the rebates. (I had already been pre-approved through my credit union for a 3.5% rate) I asked if I could complete the credit app online and he stated he would send me a link via email. At this time, it was getting late and I asked if I could complete the application later that night and touch base with him the following day and he agreed. I completed the credit app that same night and emailed him to let him know that it had been completed and to let me know what the final numbers would be. I even thanked him for being upfront and to the point with me about everything.
The following morning, I still had not heard anything from him, so I emailed him again. I still had no response, so I called the dealership and asked to speak to the him. They transferred me to his voicemail, and I left a message for him inquiring about the loan application and asked for him to call me back. No one ever contacted me that day.
The next morning, I received a voicemail from him, advising that he attempted to call me the previous day. I have no missed calls, voicemails, messages or emails from the previous day from anyone at the dealership. He then advised that I had “phenomenal” credit and he wanted to get me the best rate possible but he needed a deposit. I then received an email from the other salesperson stating that based on the numbers she had been given by her colleague, my payment would be about $400 a month for 36 months. I responded to her with all the numbers that I had been given and advised her that in order to reach a $400 payment that I would have been charged a 26% interest rate. It was obvious that I was getting the run around again and no one would tell me any solid numbers. I had no problem giving them a deposit if we reached an agreement. I agreed with all of the numbers he originally gave me, but I needed to know what the interest rate would be before I committed to giving them a deposit. I understood the interest rate would have been a little higher to finance through the dealership so I could get the added rebate and would have accepted that if it was somewhere in the range of 5% to 7%. (which would have been double what I had already qualified for) But instead, they tried to play a numbers game with me by telling me that my payment would have been $400 a month for 36 months.
What that tells me is that either I was lied to about the actual numbers they originally gave me or they were trying to charge me a 26% interest rate on a $10,000 loan, which is ridiculous. Either way, it was very disappointing and frustrating. I still have no idea as to what the real truth is on the price of the car and probably never will.
I contacted the dealership to share my experience and was told that the salesperson included some “protection packages” that would be beneficial to me. He stated he is obligated by law to offer those packages and that he is just complying with the law. The last time I checked, when you offer someone something you should give them the opportunity to decline. I was never even told what these mysterious protection packages were. He went on to say that this was a busy time of the year and he was unable to call me to go over these options.
How about an email? They both had my email address. Instead, they try to add these costs into the price of the car without any consent and try to get me to send them money to “hold” the car. I don’t even know what the thing costs!
Thank the Lord I did not drive 3 hours to be this disappointed!
That’s my 2 cents worth. Buyer Beware!!
