What an experience!!!! My son wanted to look at a used Mustang so I went along for support. As soon as Josh greeted us I felt such a welcoming and warm spirit from him. He allowed us to go for a test drive and the rest is history. I have never experienced such a smooth transaction when purchasing a vehicle ever. My experience was, they sold me the car at the price advertised, no arm twisting at the paper work stage and they gave me what I asked for my trade in.

Service Nathan Scott - Disappointed
I took my truck in for my routine service and open ticket problems. Nathan Scott called me and stated that this thing Refering to my vehicle is 4000 miles over on oil change and need a filter. I tried to explain that there is an open ticket . He didn’t want to hear it. If anything is wrong with an open ticket Take it back to them. I told him my truck was not over for oil change and that is why is was there... He said oh I did not know that...He never wrote it on the ticket. I was upset that nothing was addressed. My truck was not serviced . That was the main reason it was there. I Told him That was okay do not service and I will pick up my vehicle in a now. I come in he was rude and did not speak.I waited a while on him after I arrived he was very rude and angry. He repeated the statements dropped the pen on the counter. So he didn’t have to touch me. Told me I was going to listen to him I said I’m not and don’t have to... I asked for his Manager and told him he was being prejudice ... I left out going to my truck and he ran outside got up in my face screaming after I walked out... The workers had to get him . He was irate . I feel I was being prejudiced against Being a female . And Bullied . All of this is on video . I will Be filing a formal complaint BBB FCC and General Motors.
Worst Sales Experience - Disgruntled Shopper
I would not give this dealership even 1 star. Worst customer service and sales team I have ever come across. I looked online and found a vehicle I wanted to purchase. It was MSRP'd for $57860 and stated my price would be $50500. The next day I went online to see if the vehicle was still there and it was, this time online stated MSRP $ 57860 and my price would be $48809. I immediately went to the dealership to look at the vehicle, looked really nice. The sales guy Scott gave me a ride to Stanley Dodges to discuss price because they were renovating the Chevrolet dealership. Once inside he took my name and number and said let me talk to my manager and get you the best deal. He came back with $48909, I said how is that a good deal when online states the vehicle is $48809? He had nothing to say, so I countered with an offer and he stated no, manager will not go any lower. I said aren't you going to take my offer to him he said no. I said okay, I got up left. He didn't even bother to offer me a ride back to the Chevy side which is about 1.5 football fields away. Even though I had a bad experience that day, I still wanted that vehicle. So the next day I looked once again online to see if the vehicle was still there and it was but the price changed again to $51500. I still called Scott and said I wanted to make an offer of that vehicle, he said okay I gave him my offer over the phone and he came back 45 seconds later and said manager said no and anyways that the vehicle sold yesterday at 3:00 pm. I said it still showing on your website and the price changed again, he said online error either way it’s gone and hung up on me. For some reason I felt as though he was lying to me. About 2 hrs later I had a co-worker of mine call and inquire about the same vehicle and he was told that it was still on the lot and they asked him when he wanted to come in and see it. I couldn't believe it. 30 minutes later he and I drove by there and sure enough it was still there. I was very upset of how I was being treated. The next day again I looked on line and it was still listed, so I called again, this time spoke to another sales person and I asked if the vehicle was still available and she said let me look in the system and ask the manager if anybody is working it, she came back on the line and said still here, when would you like to come in and see it. I said are you 100% sure it still there? she said yes I just saw it sitting out in the lot. So I said that's funny cause I was there the other day made an offer, and just yesterday I called back to make another offer and they told me it sold. She asked my name and said standby. I waited for about 10 minutes and she came back and said oh yeah it sold the day before at 6:pm and hung up the phone. Not sure why I was treated like that, xxxx I had my own financing already. I'm in the military and would not recommend any Stanley dealership to any one especially military.

This dealership went above and beyond for me. I had been treated rudely and puchy at other dealerships and a friend of mine knew a guy named "Jason" that worked here, so we came in and spoke with him about what I was looking for but unfortunately their current cars were over my price limit. However, Jason took our number and said he would call if he found anything for us and would keep an eye out. Well, no more than 20 mins later he called us and let us know He found me a 2010 Toyota Camry, and it was very fairly priced and very good car. It was a coworkers fathers car he didnt really have for sale before, but to try and give me what I was looking for, offered it to me. Now if that is not going above and beyound I dont know what is! I didnt not end up purchasing the car as it was still over my comfortable monthly payment range but I just wanted to share with everyone how impressed I was with this dealership and how hard they worked to give me what I was looking for.

Everyone there is awesome and friendly! Greg May Chevrolet in west, tx is hands down the best dealership! From Albert in Service to Todd in sales I always feel comfortable And safe knowing they wouldn't put me in a vehicle that they Wouldn't put their own family in. Aaron was really nice, professional & prompt when he came to Tow my vehicle from my home to the dealership. All the salespeople are so friendly along with the finance dept to The very sweet ladies in the office. I will always buy my vehicles from them! I tell everyone how great this place is!!!
