You can' t rely on this dealership - CaseyHubble
We were returning customers having bought a new Challenger there two years ago. The fact that we were returning customers meant absolutely nothing to them. We were mislead, we were treated like second class citizens, calls were not returned, and promises not kept. They even tried to lowball us on a trade by a considerable margin from their own trade evaluator they have on their own website. This is NOT the dealership it used to be and I would strongly avoid shopping around.
Worst car buying experience ever - Kkresta
Worst dealership ever. Purchased ram 2500 9.10.18....as of 11.15.18 still dont have my new plates. Temp plates expired. Very shady sales manager. They use a lot of shady sales tactics which i called them out on and my salesperson agreed with me but said it is policy....my ram was supposedly certified. It had broken seat belts, no coolant in engine, not detailed, smelled terrible, missing parts to jack set, no service records provided, tires inflated to twice the max rating, no cabin air filter, squeaking brakes, rattling ac fan.....when i called about the issues i was told by the sales manager, "i guess we are even" then he told me i mislead them on a service light on my trade in even though i provided paperwork from 3rd party ASE mechanic regarding error code and replacement estimate.....the sales manager told me the cost would be 4 times the quote......they also told me they completed recall repairs on my new truck but at my first oil change at a different dealership it hadnt been done....they took 2 months to pay off my trade in resulting in me getting charged late fees and toll charges for a vehicle i no longer own......now when i call bossier no one will let me talk to the general manager....no one will call me back.
Oil change not performed when told it was. - Steve
We purchased our 2006 Dodge pickup from Stanley in Sept. 2018, we were told since it was a used vehicle they always change the oil and detail all vehicles. I took the same pickup in today to get the oil changed again and found out that Stanley does not have the filter to fit the Ams Oil bypass filter that was on the vehicle when it was purchased. I asked the service department how they changed it before if they dont even have this filter in the entire town. They informed me they have never changed the oil there. So now I have to worry how long has it really been since a oil change? I guess even though they told us they changed the oil they really did not
Did not honor offer - bassmann404
I took my 2015 Jeep Patriot in to sell. They offered me $15,500 and told me the offer would be good through the end of the month (so 2 weeks). I had to organize a few things at home, so told them I would be back in the next day. Apparently someone talked to someone and realized that they (the dealership or used car folks) entered the incorrect information. They called me today and reduced the offer to $7k! I think it is absurd and very shady that they did not honor the written offer that they gave me and told me would be guaranteed till the end of the month. I wouldn't trust anything they say... I'm so glad I was just trying to sell my car to them and not buying one from them!
Not good. - Nathan
So my problem is with the sales team and the service department. I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee with the 2.4l engine. Terrible mistake. Came in looking for a wrangler and to trade in my truck that I completely regret trading in. I do understand that I have poor credit and not a ton to put down and they were able to get me into a vehicle. It is my fault for not realizing the terrible mistake I was making. The biggest issue I have at the moment is with how the sales staff conducted themselves and with the service department. I was simply another number and that was that. My vehicle has had nothing but problems and I currently only have 4,001 miles after 4 1/2 months. The motor completely stalled out at 400 miles with my one year old son in the back seat while I was stuck in the middle of a busy turn in. Contacted my salesman immediately after it happened and was told to call service and have a nice day (I do understand that he could not do anything about it, however he presented himself as a friend throughout the process of the sale). So I felt as if I was not takin serious and decided to wait to see if it happened again (maybe just a freak accident because no codes were thrown). Fast forward to 990 miles it happened again at which point I did some research and learned that other people were having this problem as well. I decided to have it towed in (mileage was 1030) after all day of not having any answers as well as not being provided a loaner (not that I didn't just purchase a vehicle from them) I was finally texted that nothing was wrong. I provided video evidence and was still told the same thing. I was told don't worry that it is just the auto stop feature and that was it and that her service manager and tech test drove the vehicle multiple times to confirm. I went to pick up the vehicle, got in, and the odometer still read 1030. Big surprise that they completely did nothing. I worked and occasionally still do on cars and on the newer ones as well. What happened with me had nothing to do with the auto start stop. hopefully that can paint a small picture of the frustration. The vehicle did stall out again only this time with my wife in the vehicle while she was getting onto the interstate. Now FCA did come out with a recall stating that it had to do with their transmission not shifting properly (forgot to mention that I complained about it never shifting right and was told it was fine). The best part about is; the car still drives like crap and every once in a while it will lug out before leaving a stop sign or light. So in the end I do not like my car at all. This is not the reason for my negative review. My problem with this store is the salesman, sales manager, and service department. They have no integrity; they only see a dollar sign.
Salesperson not organized, prepared, or completely... - savetime
Salesperson not organized, prepared, or completely informed about the vehicles he sold. Dealership unorganized and does not value the time of their clients. We came with our financing complete and ready. We had already picked out and determined mutually agreed upon price prior to arrival. We asked that the vehicle be completely detailed and filled up with gas for our scheduled meeting. Upon arrival, the vehicle was washed externally...however, zero effort was given to even remove dust on the inside. Because we needed to know if stains in the vehicle were permanent, we asked that they clean it to allow us to feel confident in the purchase. The first impression was that the salesperson did not listen and was dishonest with the condition he described to us over the phone. After waiting for that, we continued to witness our salesperson's lack of organization, knowledge of product, and lack of awareness of his client's comfort. For example, when he drove the vehicle back for the cleaning (which should have already happened per our agreement), he told us to "wait" and he would be "right back". After standing on a hot curb in over 100 degree heat for about 15 minutes, we decided to go across the street into the dealership. Documenting each detail of our over three hour frustrating experience would require too much time. I will just add that at one point while waiting for the salesperson to gather or reprint paperwork he could not find, my husband noticed his truck tail lights blinking. He walked outside to find a dealership employee with his keys (that had accidently been tagged to another vehicles keychain). The employee kept trying to use them to open one of the dealership vehicles. The salesperson had misplaced them after inspecting my husband's truck for trade. Naturally, we wanted to walk out and leave. Honestly, we would have IF we had not driven so far to purchase the vehicle. After the terrible first impression, we kept thinking..."It will get better". But, it did not.
