From an Expedition to a Toyota Sienna - Buela
Have been in Abilene 45 years and have driven a Ford vehicle all those years from trucks to my latest Expedition. Never thought I would ever leave Ford but my children insisted on my trying a Toyota van. Reluctantly I went and picked a Sienna to try. I just drove it around the lot thinking I’m not sure about switching. Once I felt the ease of getting in the van, the easy way my passengers could get in, all the safety features, great and easy use of panel options, I was amazed. The friendly, courteous dealing with Kenan Pyeatt, Trebor Moore and the Sales Manager made the deal easy and affordable....no pressure at all. I love the comfortable feel of the Sienna and it has all the “bells and whistles” a person could want in a vehicle. I definitely would recommend anyone looking for a great, no pressure deal to see Lithia Toyota dealership. 👍

When I brought my truck in he told me that he thought they would have it all day. Called me at 12:30 and said I was done. I went and bought a truck paid off with receipt in hand and it got repoed went through a friend that had a car from there I took over payments car was taken filed a report and Abilene used car sales repoed it so what kind of car lot is this so this is how they make there money the truck I paid off was $10000 and the car I took over payments on I was still paying on owed $5000

They kept my vehicle for two days. One day just to do A diagnostic test then when I finally called at the end of the day and told me how much it would cost to fix it I told them just to do the oil change in the transmission filter change and ask him could you be sure and get my car out by 12 o’clock Saturday because I was going on a trip and he said no problem but 12 o’clock came and went nobody called and I still haven’t got my vehicle
