Taylor is also extremely knowledgeable and was able to tell us everything we needed to know about the truck. Taylor also spent plenty of time in the truck with my wife when the purchase was done ensuring she was comfortable with how it all worked before pulling out of the dealership. Terrible service dept - Unhappy Cadillac owner
I have been to the service department 4 times since I bought a brand new 2015 Cadillac SRX.
First, they didn't re-set my oil monitor after changing the oil, so I had to take off work a second time for an oil change.
Now, after equipment failure in the electrical system, I have been without my car for 5 days, and they can't tell when it will be ready. Yes. A brand new Cadillac with less than 4,000 miles. Instead of being embarrassed to have this happen on a new car, they are rude and act like they are doing you a favor. In fact, one lady told me maybe I should buy a different brand if I wasn't satisfied.
Also, good luck getting through to them on the phone. If they answer, they put you on hold for 10 minutes.
Go somewhere else to buy a car..
