Humberto and Shelly were both great. Humberto took the time to hear what we wanted and needed. He was very helpful and understanding. He showed us all the different vehicles we asked about and worked extremely hard to get us what we wanted. He never seemed annoyed even when we said we weren’t going to buy anything. He just gave us the information we asked for and continued to help us.
We had another guy during the same visit that actually took us to see a vehicle and then left us at the lot to go with another customer and said he was gonna send someone else which no one ever came.
Once again Humberto and Shelly both worked hard and we felt very comfortable that we made the right decision when we purchased our edge.

We just finalized our truck purchase on 1/15/19. I have to say it was a very pleasant buying experience. We are from Pennsylvania so ours was a little more complicated getting all the paperwork in place. We worked with one of their newer sales guys David Schlothau. He did a great job, we used an outside credit union for financing which Chastang was happy to allow us that option. They didn't pressure us to use their financing and were not pushy in their sales tactics or for purchasing an extended warranty. I have to say that was so refreshing. They informed us of our options so we could make the best choice for us. We made an appointment to see our truck, they met us and took a test drive then immediately started paperwork. They made it so easy. They were so patient waiting for our financing check to arrive and were great with all the follow-up things we needed. They went above and beyond by working with a local person to get our fifth wheel set up installed as well. The whole experience was top notch. When we picked up our truck it was detailed and the gas tank filled which was an added bonus! David even shared some great local information about rodeo's and local hot spots to check out during our stay. Thanks for making this such a positive experience. We are excited to start using our new to us truck for more of our travels. If you are looking for a truck, I highly recommend them.

I have dealt with car dealerships and companies many times before. I have also never left a review online before. The service and customer service was so bad that I felt I should take time to tell others to avoid the service department. Would not call me and communicate at all about what was happening with vehicle. Was told by sales advisor it would be done. But without communication by them it was always postponed 2 more days, and 2 more, and 2 more. With no explanation or reasoning why. Had to call/talk to about 10 people, wait 6 days, and go up there myself to actually figure out anything. Many other things I could mention, but overall worst customer service and lying I have ever encountered with ANY business, not just a auto company. I advise to take it to another Ford dealer and avoid this one if you must take it to Ford dealer for recalls. What a shame this expiereince is.

Let’s start at the beginning. Second week of October I bought a truck from Big Star. When I went in I told them I wanted a XL F150. Instead they start bring out platinum and king ranch trucks. I keep saying I want a XL F150. So they bring out this loaded XLT and its nothing what I’m looking for. They tell me this is the only truck that they can approve. Half way filling out the contract I change my mind and want to wait. They tell me they are the only dealership that can get me a truck and if I try somewhere else, my credit will drop and I can’t get a truck anywhere. So I get it. Then while I getting it I ordered mirror for the truck. Tell me it’s going to be a week or 2 to get them. So after 2 weeks I start to call to find out what’s going on. 2 days before thanksgiving I drive over after calling 18 times and never getting a call back. “They just came in” I was told. Then find out they sold them 3 weeks before. A week later they come in. While it’s in the shop I tell them about a few other problems. Get the truck back and instantly I find out none of the problems have been fixed. So they run the truck back and plug it up and tell me it’s a glich in the computer but it’s fixed.
At this point I’ve contacted the sales person who sold me the truck and actually quit 2 days after I get the truck because I’m there words “ all they do is screw people. They told me to sell you that truck and wouldn’t look for any other truck. They force people in to trucks they need to get rid of.”
So in February I decided to go in again to see if I can get everything fixed. And after 6 weeks of sitting there, it’s in worse condition then when I dropped it off. Key pad quit, screen keeps going out, accelerator doesn’t always work, still smokes when you start it, still has the ticking noise. It’s truly amazing that a dealership would treat a customer like that.
I will not be taking this down. I will be sharing it everywhere I see them advertising. It’s unamerican how they treat people. There is honestly a lot more I can say. I’ve talked to 3 X employees and they all say the same about them. They just want your money and for you to go away.
Service Dept:Unorganized, Slow, Lack Communication - SportDriver
Long story short, they didn't communicate to me what was going on while they had my car. The only time I learned anything was to call myself or stop by. My car was there for a week and still not sure what all was completed as I just told them I couldn't wait any longer... I need to be able to commute. And they only allow you a rental for 1 or 2 days covered though they will string you along holding your car hostage for countless days. I still haven't gotten the completed ticket with tech notes. I am going up there tomorrow to talk to a manager. This is ridiculous!! I got my car a week ago with promises of a completed ticket for my records. And they clearly DID NOT address one of my concerns stating the technician didn't have time to drive the car. WHAT!! A whole week and the tech hasn't driven it to diagnose a problem that can only be seen by driving it. Sad. Tired of typical but there is more.

TOOK IN FOR SERVICE. WAS TOLD IT WAS ALL FIXED. ASKED TO HAVE SOMEONE TEST DRIVE TO MAKE SURE. WAS TOLD THAT TECH SIGNED OFF ON JOB SO ALL IS GOOD!
PICKED UP WITH NOTHING FIXED. PARTS HAD BEEN REPLACED BUT EVIDENTLY NOT THE CORRECT PARTS!.

HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH FORD ABOUT THE ISSUES. THEY ARE LESS THAN ZERO HELP.

Just wanted to voice my total dissatisfaction with this dealership. Showed up looking to buy a new 2019 F250 Saturday February 16th was told the one I wanted would be there either Monday or Tuesday the following week. I signed a contract and handed over a 28K check to Hugo. I called the salesman John Wilson Monday at 11:59am and he informed me then that the truck I was supposed to get was sold. Needless to say I was upset that I had to initiate the call. I showed up at the dealership Monday and asked to talk to a manger, I got Richard who looked for another truck and said he could get it soon. After several calls and text this one was sold also. The third and final attempt was when both John and Richard found one in Georgia. This one would arrive in five working days due to having to send a driver. Well I found out Friday that this one had extensive damage to it. I have purchased vehicles from your dealership in the past but after this I can promise you I will never buy another from you nor will I recommend anyone to you. Really sucks that I have to give you a single star, you deserve NONE!!!!

In October 2017 a semi-trailer truck rear ended my Ford Fusion Energi and it was totaled. I liked the car so I decided to replace it with another Ford Fusion Energi. I couldn’t find one that was exactly the color and had the packages I wanted, but after contacting several dealerships Helfman Ford said they would order one for me. I was told it would take 8 weeks and it would certainly be available before the end of the year. Since my car had been totaled, I did not have a car but I though getting by for 8 weeks would only be somewhat inconvenient. I put down $2000 for them to order the car. The 8 weeks pass and I call to check on the status of the car. I am told the salesman is no longer working for them and they would look into the order and call me back. When they called me back they said it would be 2 more weeks before it was available. I asked this salesman if it would actually be 2 weeks or 2 months. He told me 2 weeks was probably too short and 2 months was probably too long and that the previous salesman had “overpromised”. I am told they will call me to keep me up to date on what is happening. Two weeks pass and no calls. Another week passes and I decide to call. The salesman tells me he will look into it and call me back in 10 minutes. Two hours pass and the he finally calls. I am told they don’t know what happened and it did not look like the car would be available at all. They do offer to refund my $2000, but I have been waiting 11 weeks, without a car, and I am told they do not know what happened. That is pretty much the definition of incompetence. Also, if I had not called them after 3 weeks I highly suspect I would still be waiting on their call.

Very sleazy sales techniques. I was quoted a competitive price on the car, but when it came to paying, they purposely did not show me any listing of the charges and just told the me the final out the door price, which, stupidly, I paid. When I looked more carefully, I had been charged almost $200 dollars for a book of service coupons and another almost $200 for adding extra security numbers engraved on the vehicle. No one had ever told me to my face during the sales process that I was being charged for these items. I still get burned about it. Bottom line -- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They will never see another penny of my money.
