Our service manager, Roman was very easy to work with. He asked good questions and made notes. He was also able to get us a loaner car when other managers could not. Our vehicle was fixed quickly. We had a few other items serviced, but not feel pressured to get more done. I did not wait long st all to pick up my vehicle.

Hundreds of miles from home and a valet killed my battery. Went to Sterling McCall and was treated like royalty. Superb customer service! It did not matter to them that my car wasn’t purchased from them. I would definitely go back for service and will give them consideration when I’m ready to buy again. It was the worst experience ever having to deal with a car dealer or a dealership even the manager was disgruntled underwear and refused to thank that one of his workers was in the wrong threatened to call the cops on us due to the fact that we were headed up to the dealership to still see one of the cars that they had for sale if anybody even tries to use this dealership I highly recommend do not

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - MB nightmare
I went to this location based on the recommendation of MB North dealership. I was told since they were "convertible specialist" my car would wind up there regardless of where the body was done. My car had been vandalized and I thought it sounded reasonable to not have to go all over town.
After waiting 3 months, due to parts not ordered correctly, etc. I went to pick it up. Bob brings it around and I can tell immediately the top isn't right. His comment was it needed to stretch for a week. I've owned convertibles for 30 yrs, and while not a specialist, I know crappy work. Since the week was going to be the line drawn, I took it home. Thats where I found all the body work issues, glue, boot marks, rear window hanging out, top material tucked into grooves with a finger so it popped out if the top moved. ON the BBB site I finally found the GM's name Bill Sloan. I wrote him and was told it would be taken care of, they dropped the ball, etc. etc. The second pickup the top was repaired finally at a different shop, but the body work was still a mess. I have texted him about meeting tomorrow and have had no follow up. I am preparing letters to go to Autonation, MB North, and the TX AG since this is a nightmare. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

The Customer Service was remarkable. I obtained my claim number and contacted Toyota and told them I would be there in 5 minutes but, that I only had 30 minutes to drop off my car, get the rental and then get to work. In that short time frame, Karen, Johnathan Cortez and the Enterprise Representative, Andrew, moved like wildfire to get me in and out. They did it too. I made it to work only a few minutes late.
Within minutes of picking up my serviced vehicle, one of my tires was losing air. When I took my vehicle to a Discount Tire Store for repairs- I could not locate my wheel lock. I contacted Johnathan Cortez (Karen was very good about finding him for me if he wasn't at his desk). Johnathan advised that they use a master wheel lock so they had not used mine. He could have left it like that. But, he didn't. He was able to locate me a new wheel lock (only $41.00) and coordinated a way to get the new wheel lock over to the tire store.
As always Troy Garrison was wonderful in the service department too. Johnathan and Troy coordinated between Collision and Service to make sure all was repaired on my vehicle in a timely fashion.

I don't do these kind of reviews, but this was such a horrendous experience, I had to find a way to let others know.
At first I thought the statement of work with it's 18 days to get such little work done, was insanely long. Boy was I in for a ride!
Seven weeks later, I had enough and told them to have my truck out for me to pick up, whether repairs were done or not. With my drive home and getting home I found visibly 12 things that was not fixed - from small things like areas that was not painted to my bed not being mounted properly and somehow I now have one head lamp with a chrome bezel and one with a black bezel!
I will not get into the detail of my experience, but I would like everyone to know about this place. Management is clearly of the 'good ol boys' club and got to where they are by riding the coat tails of others.
Stay away from this place.
I've had experienced this dealer, both in buying services and service department.
Parkway Chevrolet is a FAR better option. The folks are actually sincere and human and want to work for you, instead of making money as the first priority.
