Robert is a quiet man being that he is not pushy to seal the deal. He gave me all the info i needed in order to make the best decision for my budget and woked it through to management. I have a Ford Edge i love and am excited i was finally able to get an SUV. Initially I Leased thru him and then purchased the vehicle at lease end. Ive had the Edge 3 yrs so far and not a hint of trouble. I so bery much love driving it plan to keep this for another 10-12 Yrs atleast. Thank you Robert and your finance team.

I have never written a bad review but here it goes! I bought a 2015 Jeep renegade about two months ago. My Jeep only had 15000 miles on it and I was told it was certified through their service department. After two months and only 2000 miles driven by me, my Jeep started to smoke and smelled like it was gonna catch on fire! Texan Dodge chrystler Jeep did nothing to help me. They pretty much told me it was my problem to fix the vehicle! My vehicle still has paper tags on it! Buyer beware... Please go somewhere else to get a "certified" used vehicle. Texan is just as bad as all the smaller car lots! Go somewhere else if you want good customer service and a reliable vehicle!
My experience buying a new 2019 Ram “Big Horn” edition truck - rocnjazlvr
1) Ben Rosenthal, my sales rep, was always helpful and never pushy. He listened to me politely and really got what I was looking for. The truck he brought out for me to test drive during my second visit pretty much had me sold @ first sight.
2) Steven Carrizales, the sales manager on duty who helped us get to a final price, struck me as a straightforward guy from the first. Negotiations proved to be relatively friendly, and felt fair.
3) Delivery and support after the sale were immaculate, so any possible buyer’s remorse I might have been feeling just plain dissipated.
4) The only real “salesy” moment came when I was in the finance office and the subject of an extended warranty came up. I was too tired to make a good decision by then, so instead of continuing to push, they agreed to hold the paperwork until the next morning, so I could sleep on it (and I still got to drive off in my fully gassed up, gleaming new truck).
Every day I drive this new Ram truck (previously I owned a solid, but not exciting Toyota Tundra), I fall in love with it a little more. It is roomy, the interior and exterior have a very polished look and feel, the safety features are super cool (and already proving helpful), and the quality of the engineering on the 2019 model reinforces in my mind why this truck is winning Detroit motor show and customer loyalty awards.
500 miles down the road, my initial evaluation is, “So far, so great!”

Warning: Do not buy from this dealer or any associated dealership... I own a successful landscape company in the Houston area and buy several new vehicles (trucks) a year. I have purchased many ford's and chevy's over my 25 years in business, but heard on the radio and verified on their website some great prices advertised at Tomball dodge so I figured why not try a different product for a change. I emailed them first to make sure there was not a misprint on the price or some other trick some dealers use to get people into their dealership (Bait and Switch). They emailed me back stating the price I seen is the price I would pay, BUT here is the catch... The email was not signed and did give a contact name. So I went to the dealer and explained to the salesperson who greeted us... all of the above. He started claiming some of the discounts I do not qualify for and such. I explained that I do qualify for all the bonus and end of year discounts because the only disclaimer to these were you needed to live in Texas. Salesperson was courteous, but I am not at all used to having to negotiate over an already settled advertised sales price - especially after getting an email as back-up to the advertised price so I promptly walked out. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone and I am writing this review as a warning to people that are not as well versed in buying cars as I am ... to stay away from this dealer. If they tried to scam me, then the average buyer has no chance here...

Several calls to service to purchase a spare key - dodgevan.123
Sold me a non functional key. I was told to pay $358.00 because the key would not program correctly however that was my loss because the key And programming was on me so I had to take the key and purchase a wireless piece needed for an additional $688.00 and then the key they sold me and programmed that did not work would work. I’m dealing with director now .
Unbelievable that personnel as described above work for this dealership.

I took my truck which was leaking water through a plastic piece located in the water hose.
Was told about the "Diagnostic" fee but I have the extended warranty so I assumed since it was the plastic piece leaking it would be covered. It wasn't ! Now here comes the good part. For a radiator hose replacement it would be $ 340.00 parts and labor. I just bought the part ( NOT THERE) for 70.00.
It is basically three bolts that it takes to put this hose on. Since i would not pay them 360.00 for a 70.00 part I had to pay the 145.00 diagnostic fee. Not to mention that once again I had to have my truck in the shop for recalls that makes at least 5 recalls on the truck. We had three Rams in our family. One just changed to Chevrolet and the other changed to Ford. I'll be next. This part should not have worn out. It was not the hose but the plastic piece that they designed into the hose.

Love the Jeep Cherokee purchased and would have bought second Jeep if process had not been handled so unprofessional and dishonest. My word is everything and this dealership from sales to general manager would not have clue of what it is to keep their word
I would not recommend dealership and Jeep needs to realize they harass customers into giving them perfect reviews with Jeep which I did not.

came in at 8:00 am for and oil change. I was told one hour. after 2 hrs. I went to the service writer. she was on her phone texting. I waited for 15 min standing in front of her. after she finished her texting. she just went on with her work. then a personal phone call. I had to interrupt her to ask when my truck would be ready. she said I forgot to put customer waiting it will be going in soon. not and apology or anything. they made me feel like they were the customer. while waiting an extra hour I decided to look at a new truck. the salesman was just as rude. I went to another dealer and bought a new truck from them.

the process wasn't ideal, but in the end the wife is happy. Omar Coreas came out to help me and i wasn't sure about him at first. He didn't know everything about the car i was looking at but he didn't fake like he did. i posed a question about a trim detail and upon returning for a test drive, He knew the answer about the trim. Purchased new ram 3500 2 days before Harvey hit in August 2017. I brought truck in April 2018 due to it having smoke coming out from under the hood resulting from an issue with the water pump at 30,000 miles. Service advisor Tim was very unhelpful and had not commmunicated any information pertaining to the issue, again I researched the problem that I was having and found that there were issues with water pump on these rams. So I ended up trading my vehicle in for a 2018 1500 and added leather upholstery, bedliner, and fender flares. Two weeks later I am still without my truck after being told that my vehicle would only be in shop for about 5 days being picked up last Wednesday and still a week later I am without a truck and no communication from my sales person Shane nor a friendly follow up call from Sales manager Mr. Moore whom promised me he would reach back out to me after I addressed my concerns and promised me that he would have me in something for the meanwhile if my vehicle was not ready on yesterday. I finally decided to stop by and see what is really going on and speak to another Sales manager after I requested the General Manager’s contact info. I again addressed my issue and for whatever reason they did not hand over the General Manager’s contact information but told me they would relay the message to him. I find it disturbing that autonation allows this type of customer service with so much competition out in the auto industry. Never again will I bring my business nor will I steer anyone to this dealership.
