We went in to get a Jeep they posted on Facebook, didn’t think it would happen, but Micheal and Bishop made it happen!! Michael gave great customer service, and was very personable. Tell you what this man did to me. He approach me with a true smile, genuine hand shake, while thanking me for taking the time to visit mercedes-benz of the Woodlands , then he started introducing me to all of this wonderful high quality stuff to eat, showing me around and we end up in his office continuing to talk ,then i ask him what is it that you do here sir and mr.lilley goes iam the sales mgr. I then said its a honor to me you, iam 61 and out of all the cars I've purchased over the years i never met any sales manager. They always tell the salesman how many inches of pecker to give yah i could see mr. Lilley Was embarrassed so i apologized to him he was very understanding to my experiences. Great People - opepat66
It has been over 20 years since I had to buy a vehicle and this car lot made it easy. Chad was my salesman and he worked with me and made it so easy. I did not know that there were used car salesmen that cared about their customers, but I found out today that there are some very nice and kind used car salesmen. If ever I need another car it will come from these guys.
Lies... and ignorance - Mel99
Steve was our salesman. He was cocky, rude, and didn't know his product. The manager was even more clueless.
I told them it needed an alignment and they swore it drove perfect. I told them there was something wrong with the exhaust and they said that was done to look like that on purpose. I asked about the tires before I took the 2 hr drive and they said they were brand new. When I saw them I questioned the man's eyesight. I knew all this wasn't true, but I wanted the car so I let them talk their bs.
Got home, brought it to the mechanic and guess what!? It needs an alignment, a control arm, new tires, and its actually been in some type of accident that wasn't on the carfax, this is why the exhaust wasn't right. The rotors and breaks will need to be replaced very soon as well.
All this is fine and good, we new we were buying a used car and we could see the problems they were to inexperienced to notice. We had figured up in our head what the cost would be to fix these things and haggled them down $1700. Can I just say how much I loath the haggling game?
To top it off we had left and they had agreed on numbers finally. So we had to drive 40 minutes back. We told them we were in a hurry (and we had a preapproval so not much work on there part) and when we got there it took another hour to finish everything. For such a large lot I was surprised to find out they had to send the car off to get the inspection.
We finally left and after all this, you know what makes me the most angry? They said it had been serviced, and that was a lie too. We had to pay for an oil change when we got back home. They know nothing about the cars they're selling. They just want your money. Typical!

Craig Wood completely misrepresented this car when... - Danj
Craig Wood completely misrepresented this car when dealing with him by email and on the phone. It was advertised with no rust of any kind, garaged every night, needing nothing to to be driven and enjoyed. There was damage to the rear bumper that Wood said was his fault and would repair, which was never done.
When I received the car, it was full of rust, the windshield was broken, the rear brakes and struts so rusted they wouldn't work, therewas water and moldy magazines under the seats and I still can't get the car lisenced because the electrical system has been tampered with so it won't pass Calif. emmissions.
I filed a civil suit against Craig Wood and American Classics, Inc. and obtained a judgement for $16,945 which I am now working on collecting.
Carite more like Carflight - R.Meeks83
My Wife and I purchased our 2012 Lincoln MKZ from Carite in Conroe, TX located at 610 N. Loop 336 in February of 2016. During our purchase, we were advised that our car would be covered under Warranty (certain stipulations applied) and that after one year of leasing we will have the option of going from leasing to financing to purchase by bringing the car to the car lot to start the paperwork and that we would be able to use our down payment amount of $2,500 towards another vehicle on the lot. We were also advised that we would have the ability to excercise the option of trading the vehicle in for another vehicle, or simply return the vehicle to the dealership to end the lease. After signing our lease through Carite with Brite Financial, we began experiencing problems. First problem arose when we didn't receive our license plates in the time promised. It was only after we contacted the car lot were we advised that there was an issue with the plates, the car lot did not contact us at all. We were told to allow one more month and our license plates would be ready. Once again, the car lot failed to contact us about our plates. This time, my Wife and I decided to drive down to the Car lot to speak with someone in person regarding this issue and to our surprise, the car lot had closed for business and the lot itself was vacant and abandoned. There was no courtesy call notifying us that the dealership would be going out of business (mind you, we had a pending repair during this time to fix the door handle from the inside on the driver's side as it broke). We spent several weeks attempting to locate any personnel that could assist us with ordering our License plates for the vehicle. We were finally able to locate an employee that was working from their home ( I had to drive to this employee's place of residence to pick up the license plates) that assisted us with finally getting our license plates and coordinating a state inspection to receive our registration sticker. The Second problem that we are facing now, is that we are being advised that in order to turn the vehicle in to end the lease, we will have to drive to Abilene, TX (351 Miles distance from Houston to Abilene) or have the vehicle towed in order to end our lease, per a Brite Financial representative. We also had to pay an unexpected fee of $588 to repair the Battery Wire Harness, which was damaged by the previous owner and when we contacted Brite Financial to have this month's car note waived (car payment is $588/month) we were advised that they could not waive the payment, but they could push the payment back by two months. This is after we submitted proof of repair from the Lincoln/Ford dealership in our community to Brite Financial. Needless to say, we are very upset and beyond unsatisfied with our experience with Carite and Brite Financial and we are requesting a refund of our money along with the vehicle being returned with the company picking up the financial responsibility of transportation to the Abilene, TX location, which is the only location in Texas.
In 2007 I went to Charlie's because the cars looked nice... - flowerlilly31
In 2007 I went to Charlie's because the cars looked nice and they had alot of them in the lot. I had priviously gone to three different dealers in Huntsville and ten able to find on a used car I "qualified" for was $630 which is rediculous for a used car AND I was looking for something fuel efficient and just was not being offered them. The bank had approved me for a 95% book value loan. When I went to Charlie a VERY nice salesman came out and showed me 10 different cars that fit into my budget. 3 of which would not even need down payments. Some of them even got over 25mpg. I ended up buying a Pontiac G6 and NEVER had ant problems out of it or had to have any repairs done other than regular maintenance in the entire 5 years I owned the car. These guys rock.
