He approach me with a true smile, genuine hand shake, while thanking me for taking the time to visit mercedes-benz of the Woodlands , then he started introducing me to all of this wonderful high quality stuff to eat, showing me around and we end up in his office continuing to talk ,then i ask him what is it that you do here sir and mr.lilley goes iam the sales mgr. I then said its a honor to me you, iam 61 and out of all the cars I've purchased over the years i never met any sales manager. They always tell the salesman how many inches of pecker to give yah i could see mr. Lilley Was embarrassed so i apologized to him he was very understanding to my experiences. It has been over 20 years since I had to buy a vehicle and this car lot made it easy. Chad was my salesman and he worked with me and made it so easy. I did not know that there were used car salesmen that cared about their customers, but I found out today that there are some very nice and kind used car salesmen. If ever I need another car it will come from these guys.

Steve was our salesman. He was cocky, rude, and didn't know his product. The manager was even more clueless.
I told them it needed an alignment and they swore it drove perfect. I told them there was something wrong with the exhaust and they said that was done to look like that on purpose. I asked about the tires before I took the 2 hr drive and they said they were brand new. When I saw them I questioned the man's eyesight. I knew all this wasn't true, but I wanted the car so I let them talk their bs.
Got home, brought it to the mechanic and guess what!? It needs an alignment, a control arm, new tires, and its actually been in some type of accident that wasn't on the carfax, this is why the exhaust wasn't right. The rotors and breaks will need to be replaced very soon as well.
All this is fine and good, we new we were buying a used car and we could see the problems they were to inexperienced to notice. We had figured up in our head what the cost would be to fix these things and haggled them down $1700. Can I just say how much I loath the haggling game?
To top it off we had left and they had agreed on numbers finally. So we had to drive 40 minutes back. We told them we were in a hurry (and we had a preapproval so not much work on there part) and when we got there it took another hour to finish everything. For such a large lot I was surprised to find out they had to send the car off to get the inspection.
We finally left and after all this, you know what makes me the most angry? They said it had been serviced, and that was a lie too. We had to pay for an oil change when we got back home. They know nothing about the cars they're selling. They just want your money. Typical!

The dealer added over $500 to the price. This dealership adds $500 to whatever the advertised price is for adding new windshield wipers, oil change, etc. when these were already added by the dealer before the car was listed. This is illegal. Clearly dishonest.

Craig Wood completely misrepresented this car when dealing with him by email and on the phone. It was advertised with no rust of any kind, garaged every night, needing nothing to to be driven and enjoyed. There was damage to the rear bumper that Wood said was his fault and would repair, which was never done.
When I received the car, it was full of rust, the windshield was broken, the rear brakes and struts so rusted they wouldn't work, therewas water and moldy magazines under the seats and I still can't get the car lisenced because the electrical system has been tampered with so it won't pass Calif. emmissions.
I filed a civil suit against Craig Wood and American Classics, Inc. and obtained a judgement for $16,945 which I am now working on collecting.
