Second Truck In Less Than A Year With Gulfgate Dodge! - amaya_reina
My husband and I decided we wanted to switch to the Ram brand because of all the great rebates and the new 2020 body style. We traded in our 2017 Ford F 1-50 that we bought in their used car department 7 months ago and are pleased already with our new Ram. Russ took great care of us for the second time in a row!

Robert Hernandez was very professional and polite. Great salesman. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs and explained all the features of the vehicle which gave us peace of mind to purchase this car for our daughter. Thank you.
Great place to look for a used vehicle! - gltack
Many thanks to MIKE WHITE and team for the excellent customer service! Although we didn't purchase due to other circumstances, they were very easy and accommodating to work with. They even had a vehicle brought to us to look at from one of their other facilities! No pressure sure made it an enjoyable atmosphere to shop for a potential "new" vehicle. WE WILL BE BACK!
Flawless Experience - Trey1021
If you're looking for a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge vehicle at the Blair dealership, reach out to Travis Baker. He's incredibly knowledgeable with the vehicles, and made the car buying experience easy. When I found a vehicle I was interested in, I got in touch with Travis and he had the test drive ready to go when I showed up. I ended up thinking about my purchase over the next few days, and when I decided to buy the car Travis had everything setup and ready to go for me. I literally walked into the dealership, signed the paperwork, and walked out the door with the keys to my new car. I was happy to have my time valued especially with Blair being about an hour away from where I live. Overall, I had a great experience.

This review is to the finance team. After picking out a beautiful Jeep Altitude with the help of our knowledgeable salesman Nick.
The owners son works in the finance department. The son made the experience horrible. This was during Covid-19 (End of May).
My sister had her mind set on a car and the Salesman Nick was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had told Nick during finance we were not adding any additional warranties or packaging. After my sister and I sat together in the office, Nick said only one person can go into finance. How convenient! My sister said “no” and off we went to make this deal.
We both get to the finance office and Cameron immediately jumps out of his seat, before greeting us or any acknowledgement, and literally stomps to yell to his dad (Dad being said) and other employees. I hear him yelling “I told him only one... “ nick says “I did tell them” I walk out to the front where this is going on and I say “is there a problem” Cameron says only one person can be in the office, I point to the office attached to where we were with two people in it and I say “there are two people in there, and there are three people in that one, we had two people in the sales office with Nick. What is the real problem” he says that’s not finance. I then point out he isn’t wearing a face mask and he is in a group of people right now. He walks back to the office. He is very rude and is asking me to leave and that he would not start until I left. I told him he was about to make me blow off. I left the office. My sister then goes through having the to decide to do this on her own (the Jeep has everything she wanted) because Cameron says only one person (I believe this is because I already told them no on any warranties and they thought my sister would be a push over).
Very long story short.
At one point my sister finally gets up to leave to not do the deal and Nick, the sales manager, and others come to save the sale. As this is going on one of the employees tells us Cameron is the owners son. I am then met with the owner, Cameron’s dad- and he says what’s going on we tell him the finance guy was rude and obviously trying to have the weaker buyer in the office alone. The OWNER then ask me.. word for word “what name did you call my son?” I laughed. I said I did not call your child a name. I told him he was being rude and about to make me blow off on him as I left his office. The OWNER says “well he says you called him a name” I said check your cameras I did not call your child a name. And literally wanted to leave immediately. My sister had them offer a lower rate to save the deal. She stayed and bought the car using another finance person.
If you go do yourself a favor use Nick (he is awesome) and ask for someone else if you get Cameron.
TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION - CD_ADventures
I made an inquiry on a vehicle that was fairly newly listed. It took me multiple requests to get a price quote, as the online site simply said request price from dealer. In addition, there were no pictures. After FOUR requests and one week later, still no pictures and no responses. The general manager's email address is either extremely well hidden on their website or it does not exist. I even asked the online chat assistant for help. She was unable to give me an email address.
Recall and Check Engine Light. - jeh_77025
I love my truck. I scheduled my appointment in advance.
It was for a recall and the check engine light was on.
It took two days to fix. How is that possible. The recall was a software update.
The check engine was a bad upper sensor.
Had I known how bad the service was here I would have never bought my Ram there.
Service/Maintenance Department Overcharges Labor Costs - jon b.
Recently I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee for some AC repair and this dealership way overcharged for the labor. Bottom line is that they will gouge you for all they can. After speaking to service rep Danny and Maintenance Supervisor Raymon about my concerns they did nothing to alleviate them. Consumers deserve good service at a reasonable cost and should not have to worry about price gouging. This dealership will take you for as much as they can. I will never return.
The Devil is in the Details. - shawn1771
I take fault for my own actions as I should have not trusted what the finance manager was telling me and reviewed Every Detail line by line. He added in a $795.00 line item for GPS tracking that he told me would be free. I had declined it completely and he came back and said that he would throw it in for FREE because he wanted to get a good rating on my review. Well guess what. He lied about this completely, and on top of that he did not tell me he was adding in $299.00 for window vin etching. The total amount they added in on top of the agreed price was $1094. If you buy from this dealer, I do not recommend, take your time and check every line no matter what they are telling you. I trust people to be honest, not these guys.
Great customer service - SHANNON_WALKER54
I worked with Dave Campbell and Kam Roushan. They worked hard to ensure my happiness with my purchase. They stayed late so I could come after work. All papers were prepared and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Kam took the time to get me comfortable with the car before leaving the lot. Best car purchase experience I have ever had.
PROFITS are their focus. - Mark
Vehicle with 4,500 miles sold as New at price of New, $72,200.
Exterior had rock chips and scratches all around exterior, including some with touch-up paint already applied (poorly) for coverage. Brake Rotors also greatly worn.
I cancelled my purchase when Clear Lake Dodge refused to turn (machine) at their cost, the existing brake rotors, which were worn, glazed, and unsafe. (Likely a cost to them of 2-hours labor.)
Apparently, Clear Lake Dodge ONLY cares about making PROFIT. And has no concern about customer safety or return business.
