So this journey to find a car for my daughter started back in February and after looking at many dealerships and speaking to many people we kind of gave up in the process. However, the need for my daughter and her girls to have a great car that would be reliable for them was a must as they needed a reliable car until she graduates college next May . Tracy called out of the blue and wanted to know if I was still in the market for a new vehicle and I told her exactly what we needed the price to be at and she worked with me and we were able to find a great car/deal. As I drove into the dealer, service center, I was greeted immediately by one of the representatives. After explaining lady that I have previously dealt with Robert she directed me to his station. Robert inform me that the parts that he ordered came in and will be installed immediately. I was directed to the waiting room where they had beverages seating to accommodate my comfort oh, it took about an hour and a half to complete the work and my vehicle look and work great upon my departure. Robert was very accommodating and professional throughout the entire visit. Greatly appreciate his efforts and will be returning to this dealership based on my experience!

I was looking for a 2018 Toyota CH-R in a very rare color (Radiant Mica Green). Started out in Baton Rouge, at the dealership closest to where I live. They didn't have the color I wanted, but he told me that he could get it from the closest Toyota dealer that had one (which was Hixson). So, we began to negotiate, but red flags went up when he only offered me $3500 for my trade-in (the Kelley Blue Book value when I looked it up was nearly $6000.) When I questioned him about it, he made up a bunch of excuses as to why my car wasn't really worth what KBB said. Anyway, we finally struck a deal for $19000 + my trade-in value. He went to verify it with his boss, and came back and told me, "I have great news. My manager is insane for agreeing to this, but he says you can have a CH-R for that price, but it has to be that one right there (which was sitting on their showroom floor, in a completely different color.) I told him I wasn't interested and left. As I was leaving the parking lot, I called Hixson and was connected with a salesman named Justin Brown. When I mentioned the vehicle he immediately knew which car I was talking about, and told me he'd call me right back for a bottom line "out the door" price. Sure enough, 5 minutes later he called me and offered me the car at $100 over invoice ($24817 including taxes & fees). He asked me to send my VIN # and some photos of my vehicle so that he could assess the value. He told me he could give me the $5817 for it no problem, and I could pay the rest ($19000) in cash. So, I made the 3+ hour drive to Leesville early this morning to pick it up. I met Justin, who had all of my basic paperwork ready to go. I was then introduced to John, who was in charge of all the finances and warranties and whatnot. He, too, was super-nice (despite being a Cowboys fan) and was awesome to deal with. In less than an hour after arriving at the dealership I was driving off the lot in my brand-new CH-R. I could not be happier with my purchase and the service I received. My mother-in-law was in need of a new vehicle and was interested in a Toyota Camry. We went to Lake Charles Toyota to see what they had to offer. Our salesman, Wool Wooldridge, met with us, and immediately treated us like we were his mom and sister. It was raining when we arrived, so he found the car we were interested in and brought it to us to look at so we wouldn’t have to go out in the rain. The experience from there only got better. He brought us 4 different Camrys to look at, then the rain stopped and we decided to walk out on the lot with him. That’s when she spotted the car we drove home in that day, an electric blue C-HR. It just so happened this car was exactly in her budget. Buying this car was not like any other experience we have ever had. From looking at cars with Wool, to signing papers with Ricky Wilson, it was just amazing! On top of the great experience with buying the car, we also got free lifetime oil changes and inspection stickers! You just can’t beat that! We will definitely be back to Lake Charles Toyota!

Walked into the service area to the first service representative to busy talking to his co- worker buddy to assist me. The Representative at the second desk over step up and offer me assistance. The entire time I was waiting on my vehicle all the Kids running this place were hanging out! I’m xxxxx amazed this place is still in business!!!! I will say the young man that assisted me and the mechanic that serviced my vehicle were professional. I will also say I have video of how this place is a hangout for some employed young people!!!
2016 Superduty Platinum Turbo Replacement - claurents
My service advisor (Tabitha) was awesome to deal with and very accommodating.
I would however recommend a QC to look at any work once completed. After my Turbo was replaced and I picked up the truck a heater hose blew off on my home making my truck immobile. Thanks to my service advisor the problem was taken care of without me losing time from work. I would recommend to ask for her when you visit the service department for your next vehicle service.

I recently purchased two vehicles from this dealership, one for me and one for my husband. We were both really excited. We had a really long wait in the dealership (longer than normal). Our sales person was great to us, and Bruno even bought us snacks while we waited for fiance. That part went okay too. Where they lose me and my family from ever shopping with them again, is post-sale. There were issues that came up with my trade-in and I tried on multiple occasions to get someone in finance to call me back. NO ONE EVER DID. The front desk person was telling me always that they're too busy and she assured she'd have someone call. Never. I was dilegent in calling them and was to the point of taking a vacation day from my job so I could go in person to get someone to answer me. My sales person called about a different matter, so I asked him to help me with an update on the status of this trade-in issue, it's a big deal and will affect my credit. He lied. He said they took care of it. 2 weeks later my husband picks up our plates (6 weeks with the new cars) and they're just now dealing with the issue. Now I'm left having to fix my credit with an issue they created by not picking up a xxxx phone and communicating. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!
