The worst financial department - Mr. Lee
The salesman did everything nice get me the vehicle that I wanted. Made sure it had all the features and everything I needed. The price was down where I want it.
The time with the finance personnel was not so great. I was stuck with a high interest rate so I cannot recommend financing with this dealership. This is my third Chevy I'm switch to another brand. After signing all the paperwork the interest rate was at the end not realizing that.

I called ahead of time to make sure the wait wasn’t long. I showed up and there was only one person in front of me In line but they had already been helped. I had my dad come and pick me up and we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes just to be checked in. There were eight people standing there (including service reps) just standing there talking and no one would help me. A service rep, I believe his name is James, checked me in and asked me why I was there that day and I told him that I needed an oil change I wanted to possibly get new windshield wipers, get some air in my tires and to take a look at my coolant levels because they were a little low. I noticed a couple of days later that my car was still low on coolant and I had to go to the gas station before work at six in the morning to get coolant. I paid $75 for an oil Change and new windshield wipers, When I could’ve done the job myself for half the price. Not to mention that I had to pay $15 at a gas station for coolant which made me late to work. I paid a higher price for better customer service and I was extremely disappointed. I get better service at Firestone or autozone. I have purchased two cars at your location and I have never been serviced so poorly before. Perhaps it was all done no rush since I dropped my car off at noon, but I called before hand to make sure it was OK. I called and spoke to James today and he stated he will ask around and see what happened. I drove about an hour to come drop off my car for service last time. How about you refund me for the crappy service? I’ve been a loyal customer for 8 years now and your service has unimproved.

POSITIVE EXPERIENCES FOR SEVERAL YEARS - Jeep
We have bought our last several cars from Bounds. Knowing the family gave us confidence we were in good hands. Anytime there seemed to be a glitch, it was quickly tended to and corrected. All seven cars were well priced and we got good trades for our old cars. My husband died and I am about to embark on a new car search. Even though I now live in the Hill Country, I'm probably going back to Bounds. I know I can trust them and they will do me right.

Classic Chevy had contacted me around April 2018 regarding a vehicle and I did a test drive with one of their salesmen. I decided to wait on buying. When I decided to purchase, I stopped at this dealership to do a 2nd test drive of the Chevy Equinox. That was 12/15/18. This dealership had an Equinox in Kinetic Blue, with $17,998 in very large yellow numbers on the side of the vehicle. The vehicle was up on a platform in the air so that everyone on the freeway could see it.
Since the salesman that I dealt with in April had quit, in December I dealt with salesman, Sean Khwaja. He said that Chevy was offering “Employee Pricing” on their vehicles, and this would drop the price even lower than the advertised $17,998. I asked him to email me the following Monday with the price with the “Employee Pricing” discount.
I did not hear from Mr. Khwaja, so on Tuesday, 12/19/18, I emailed him and asked him for the price with the "Employee Pricing" discount.
Mr. Khwaja sent me a Purchase Agreement with a price of $24,953.22. The advertised price of $17,998, that we had discussed, was not listed anywhere on the Purchase Agreement. I told Mr. Khwaja that this was not the price that was advertised on the side of the vehicle.
He said the $17,989 included rebates for things like Costco member, active military, National Realtors Assoc bonus cash, returning a lease, owner of a competitors vehicle, and USAA member bonus cash.
I do not believe that Chevy’s available rebates added up to nearly $7,000. Most of the offered rebates were only $500 each. In addition, it is highly unlikely that any one person would qualify for every single one of the rebates.
I believe that advertising the price of this vehicle to the general public at $17,998 is deceptive pricing and/or false advertising since it includes rebates that they did not disclose when I was looking at the vehicle. In addition, the dealership knows that it is unlikely that any person would qualify for every single one of the rebates they claim that they are deducting to come up with the $17,998 price.
I told Mr. Khwaja that jacking up the price by $7,000 was false advertising. He did not respond to that email.

Bait and Switch - Rodney
Fist off they advertised a truck with what seemed like a decent price. I emailed back n forth with the sales guy who never mentioned the price shown was for a truck without the customization they did and it wasn't prominent in the online add. After test driving the truck and getting down to the deal is when I found out the real price. So I decide, after spending a couple of hours there and the long drive, almost 1 hr, I start looking at another truck. This is when they started the numbers game, I know all dealers do this to a certain extent but the sales guy and the sales manager start shifting numbers, where it s the same numbers just in different order ect. Finance was no better either...same game, different department. Long story short, it was one of those deals where after you just feel like you got taken advantage of from the time you set foot on the lot. I would never buy another vehicle from Munday Chevrolet again or recommend them to anyone. In fact 6 months later I bought a fairly new "used" car for my wife from Weisner a little further up 45N and it was a totally different experience from sales to finance. No bait n switch or numbers games. READ THE BAD REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY FROM MUNDAY CHEVROLET.

First time purchasing/financing a vehicle. It was really easy, I thought it would take me all day. Salesman (Marcus Prado) was very helpful, worked the deal over the phone and just came to sign. Finance (Joe Gomero) explain every detail on the deal. Everything was clear. Ana was very helpful too, help me understand the different SUVs. End up purchasing a TRAVERSE, which I love!! Take advantages of college students with questionable sales - Baywaystinks
Beware of this unscrupulous dealership. They pulled a bait and switch on young college students. Financed a car for someone who was unemployed with a finance company known for not verifying application information. Never do business with this place unless you want to be taken on the deal. Worst car buying experience ever. One star is too much for this dealership. They take advantage of inexperienced college students. Does it get any lower? GM says they signed the papers. How many of us do without knowing the fine print especially when mislead by verbal sales pitch. If you can’t trust a business with your young college kid than shouldn’t be trusted to do business with anyone. The vehicle was way over priced and the finance rate ridiculous. They played some young kids. Buyer beware. Shame on Bayway Chevrolet.
Horrible service department - unhappy
Service department is horrendous. My car has been in for service four times already. Every visit has taken two weeks. The reason is because my car sat for a week before they even thought about working on it. This last visit required a special order for the part. I waited until dealership received the part and then took my car inn for service. Again, even though they had parts, my car sat for a full week before they started to work on it. To top it all off they did NOT correct issue. I wish I could upload videos of how my car sounded before "repair" and how it sounds now. It is far worse now after replacement of new steering column. Terrible service dept - after the numerous poor reviews you would think management would correct issue.

We were in Riverside Texas, June 2018, from Omaha, NE visiting family. My check engine light came on in my 2011 Chevy Cruze. We called Wiesner Chevrolet in Huntsville and Chris Lovelady went above and beyond to make sure we could get the car into their service department, get the warranty work approved (replacing entire turbo system), and have our car ready in a very timely matter so we could get home. The service mechanics and Mr. Lovelady are top notch and we are so appreciative of the extra effort they put in to getting my car fixed. I would definitely recommend Wiesner Chevrolet. Thanks again!!

SO I GOT MY 2018 CAMARO THERE AND THEY WOULD NOT NEGOTIATE THE PRICE AT ALL! THERE WERE BLACK SCUFF MARKS ON MY RIM AND ON MY DRIVER SIDE REFLECTOR LIGHT THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT BACK AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT OR REPLACE THE TWO IF THE SCUFFS WOULDNT COME OUT. SO WHEN I BRING IT BACK MY SALESMAN TELL ME WELL WE CAN JUST TRY TO GET THE SCUFFS OUT OF MY RIM AND LIGHT AND THAT WAS ALL THE COULD DO. I DONT FEEL GOOD ABOUT MY PURCHASE AT ALL I FELT LIKE MY SALESMAN WAS JUST TRYING TO MAKE A SALE HIS NAME WAS JOSH. THEY WOULDNT EVEN TINT MY WINDOWS.
