Jewel is always friendly and helpful when I need my Cadillac serviced. This particular time I had an issue with my touch screen, needed a state inspection and my oil changed. She made sure that everything was taken care of and the service department worked efficiently to get my car back to me within 24 hours. I would recommend Moore service department to all of my friends and family. They are always friendly in person or over the phone.

Bought a new 2016 Colorado, right out the driveway had a/c problems. Truck 18 months old rear ended goes out. Dealership has a loaner program but didn’t have a loaner for me. They also waited until they had my truck in the shop to tell me that neither tech that works in this part of the truck were unable to come in due to the storm Harvey. If I would have been told that up front I would have taken the truck somewhere else. Then they didn’t have the parts! A 3 day job turned into 2 weeks. Very deceptive dealership!

Sewell Cadillac is the most amazing Cadillac dealership! I just truly cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I have owned a Cadillac for the last 11 years. I don’t think I would get any other car for so many reasons. The customer service is just outstanding. Everyone is so helpful and attentive. Matt Mowrey always goes above and beyond and he should be recognized. The service department shines. Every single employee is so dedicated to their job and they run like a well oiled machine. There is never any waiting around or wondering what is going on. You are always taken care of like a queen or king. The communication is superb.
The waiting area is always so tidy and nice. There is tv, drinks, snacks, whatever you want. They make you feel so comfortable.
The dealership is always sparkling clean, even the shop... it’s insane!
People are always holding doors open for you, greeting you, making sure you are taken care of, getting stuff out of your car and transferring to the complimentary loaner they provide, which is always so nice.

Won't honor some of Cadillac bumper warranties. - Texbigben1
I took my 2014 CTS (29,800 miles) in for an oil change and a warranty issue, which by the way was my first time ever visiting this dealership. From the time I stepped out of my vehicle the service guy asked what was I in for I told him then he walks away. As we waited another guy approached us and we explained why we were there. He took our key, and we then had to ask him where was the waiting area. Once our car was ready, a service guy hands me my paper work and asked me to sign without going over what was done or what was needed. So I asked him about the warranty issue in regards to the exterior window trims which were fading and peeling. He then tells us that they can't honor the bumper to bumper warranty because we didn't buy the vehicle from Central Cadillac. I knew that wasn't right, so I spoke with Manager Mike Watson. The manager tells me that I had applied some try of chemical that made it fade and peel, so they can't honor the manufacture warranty. I knew he wasn't right since I never did such a thing. I Asked the manager for Cadillac's customer service number and he gave me the wrong number which was for Cadillac, but not Cadillac's customer service number. Cadillac Customer service advised me to take it to another dealership, because my car still has bumper to bumper warranty the should cover the trim work. Central Cadillac's Crystal Briggs called and said that there service guys were wrong at how the handled the situation and that they will address this with there guys. She also told my wife that the trim was not covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. I took it to Ron Carter Cadillac as of today and they are honoring the warranty (which is still good until October 2018) as a reputable and highly regarded Cadillac dealership should without all the misinformed crap from upper management or bad customer service.

We were in Riverside Texas, June 2018, from Omaha, NE visiting family. My check engine light came on in my 2011 Chevy Cruze. We called Wiesner Chevrolet in Huntsville and Chris Lovelady went above and beyond to make sure we could get the car into their service department, get the warranty work approved (replacing entire turbo system), and have our car ready in a very timely matter so we could get home. The service mechanics and Mr. Lovelady are top notch and we are so appreciative of the extra effort they put in to getting my car fixed. I would definitely recommend Wiesner Chevrolet. Thanks again!!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - MB nightmare
I went to this location based on the recommendation of MB North dealership. I was told since they were "convertible specialist" my car would wind up there regardless of where the body was done. My car had been vandalized and I thought it sounded reasonable to not have to go all over town.
After waiting 3 months, due to parts not ordered correctly, etc. I went to pick it up. Bob brings it around and I can tell immediately the top isn't right. His comment was it needed to stretch for a week. I've owned convertibles for 30 yrs, and while not a specialist, I know crappy work. Since the week was going to be the line drawn, I took it home. Thats where I found all the body work issues, glue, boot marks, rear window hanging out, top material tucked into grooves with a finger so it popped out if the top moved. ON the BBB site I finally found the GM's name Bill Sloan. I wrote him and was told it would be taken care of, they dropped the ball, etc. etc. The second pickup the top was repaired finally at a different shop, but the body work was still a mess. I have texted him about meeting tomorrow and have had no follow up. I am preparing letters to go to Autonation, MB North, and the TX AG since this is a nightmare. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

The Customer Service was remarkable. I obtained my claim number and contacted Toyota and told them I would be there in 5 minutes but, that I only had 30 minutes to drop off my car, get the rental and then get to work. In that short time frame, Karen, Johnathan Cortez and the Enterprise Representative, Andrew, moved like wildfire to get me in and out. They did it too. I made it to work only a few minutes late.
Within minutes of picking up my serviced vehicle, one of my tires was losing air. When I took my vehicle to a Discount Tire Store for repairs- I could not locate my wheel lock. I contacted Johnathan Cortez (Karen was very good about finding him for me if he wasn't at his desk). Johnathan advised that they use a master wheel lock so they had not used mine. He could have left it like that. But, he didn't. He was able to locate me a new wheel lock (only $41.00) and coordinated a way to get the new wheel lock over to the tire store.
As always Troy Garrison was wonderful in the service department too. Johnathan and Troy coordinated between Collision and Service to make sure all was repaired on my vehicle in a timely fashion.
For me - Gullo employees = Quality Customer Service.

Another awesome job by Jeff Barnes and the service department at Peltier Chevrolet. I have never had a bad experience with this dealership. I did not purchase my car at this dealership but I still receive excellent service.
