Jewel is always friendly and helpful when I need my Cadillac serviced. This particular time I had an issue with my touch screen, needed a state inspection and my oil changed. She made sure that everything was taken care of and the service department worked efficiently to get my car back to me within 24 hours. I would recommend Moore service department to all of my friends and family. They are always friendly in person or over the phone.

Letter from Chevy abouot a defective part - No more Chevys
Recently I recieved a letter from Chevy corporate office of how there was a defective part identified and if already replaced Chevy will reimburse me. Actually the letter has NO CHARGE capitalized and in bold. The letter goes on to explain to complete the claim form attach invoice and receipt and send to the dealer. Parkways, Joe Miller, promptly called to say that they would not reimburse my $100.00 deductible because I happened to have another defective part installed that had to be ordered from a previous service call. SO let me sum this up:
Chevy solicted me to send in my claim.
Chevy now wants to argue with me about rimbursement they offered in the first place!
Still own a 1999 Chevy Silverado, last 3 trucks were Chevy. Last three cars were Chevys, two of which were purchased at Parkway. Will not be shopping at Parkway again!

Service advisor that does not listen to customer about his v - BAD Service at Munday Checrolet
Twice the service advisor does not communicate to customer. Does not communicate with customer concerning recall. Does work on vehicle without communicating with customer. # 2 Does not write down problem with brakes issue. Trys to give customer back vehicle after having it for 5hrs without fixing issue with brakes. Says brakes are in mint condition. Does not communicate/ fix grinding issue. I the customer instructed service advisor to put vehicle back up on the rack to show issue of vehicle. Later senior brake guy find the problem where as the junior tech did not find problem. No oversite of junior tech. This is a dealership. I expect them to know the chevy vehicles more so then any other shop, #3 Senior advisor does not speak to fellow coworkers when he comes in to work nor does he speak to customer after walking pass him twice. Customer met senior service advisor the day before. I do not recommend this dealership for service. You can purchase a vehicle their;however, I do not recommend the service department; however, i did have a better rapport with the two older service advisors (approximately 50 years of age). I will never come back there for service on any of my vehicles. After, being there for 5hrs. I got an oil change,car appraised and the brakes looked at once. the second time, i initiate to have car back on rack to look at brake issue. I only received a free loan vehicle and only 10 percent off for my troubles. I later decline service on my vehicle. The two older service advisors are the recommended persons to communicate and go to for service needs. if you have to take your vehicle there for service. I continue to see the older service type person are more responsible like Chick-fil-A employees at all the locations I been too. I been too five so far. I would appreciate this website correct the spelling of Chevrolet.

Bought a new 2016 Colorado, right out the driveway had a/c problems. Truck 18 months old rear ended goes out. Dealership has a loaner program but didn’t have a loaner for me. They also waited until they had my truck in the shop to tell me that neither tech that works in this part of the truck were unable to come in due to the storm Harvey. If I would have been told that up front I would have taken the truck somewhere else. Then they didn’t have the parts! A 3 day job turned into 2 weeks. Very deceptive dealership!

We were in Riverside Texas, June 2018, from Omaha, NE visiting family. My check engine light came on in my 2011 Chevy Cruze. We called Wiesner Chevrolet in Huntsville and Chris Lovelady went above and beyond to make sure we could get the car into their service department, get the warranty work approved (replacing entire turbo system), and have our car ready in a very timely matter so we could get home. The service mechanics and Mr. Lovelady are top notch and we are so appreciative of the extra effort they put in to getting my car fixed. I would definitely recommend Wiesner Chevrolet. Thanks again!!

They offered me half of what my car blue booked for. Had to walk out before they took me serious. Was there until midnight arguing over the truck before we came to an agreement. Then I schedule warranty/recall work and they didn’t even have the parts to do the repair and I live an hour and a half away. They closed early on me so I lost all my travel time as well as now I’ll have to take off work to drop off their rental to get mine back, and still have to come back to get the work done.

Had my truck towed in on Saturday that I had just purchased from Knapp three weeks prior. It is a used Truck and I am not upset at knapp for the mechanical failure. However the following FRIDAY I was informed that they still haven't even looked at the Truck. All week I found it hard to reach my service guy Rick Braquet who rarely answers his calls, text, or emails. And when Rick would answer he'd lie and say they'd get to it this afternoon or tomorrow first thing. Theses tales started Monday evening. Yes by Friday I'm pretty frustrated. Would have definitely preferred an honest conversation. Definitely wouldn't recommend Knapp service center to anyone.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - MB nightmare
I went to this location based on the recommendation of MB North dealership. I was told since they were "convertible specialist" my car would wind up there regardless of where the body was done. My car had been vandalized and I thought it sounded reasonable to not have to go all over town.
After waiting 3 months, due to parts not ordered correctly, etc. I went to pick it up. Bob brings it around and I can tell immediately the top isn't right. His comment was it needed to stretch for a week. I've owned convertibles for 30 yrs, and while not a specialist, I know crappy work. Since the week was going to be the line drawn, I took it home. Thats where I found all the body work issues, glue, boot marks, rear window hanging out, top material tucked into grooves with a finger so it popped out if the top moved. ON the BBB site I finally found the GM's name Bill Sloan. I wrote him and was told it would be taken care of, they dropped the ball, etc. etc. The second pickup the top was repaired finally at a different shop, but the body work was still a mess. I have texted him about meeting tomorrow and have had no follow up. I am preparing letters to go to Autonation, MB North, and the TX AG since this is a nightmare. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Dissatisfied with dealerships handling of request for a second key for Chevrolet Cruze purchased from them. Being a used vehicle even though costing thousands of dollars, the car came with only one key. They proceeded to explain my options on how I can spend money to get another key. After over thirty years of loyalty to Chevrolet, I am seriously considering if I will purchase my next new vehicle from them.

We took our vehicle in because it was running roughly. They said it was only running on 5 of 6 cylinders, it was ok to drive home, and to bring it back in the morning. The said it would cost $750 to repair. I blindly done business with them for over 30 years. We asked a friend of ours in the car business to take a look at what they where going to do. He said a lot of it didn't make sense and he would take a quick look at it. A long story short, it took him about an hour total, only having to replace a coil pack, $47.
