We were in Riverside Texas, June 2018, from Omaha, NE visiting family. My check engine light came on in my 2011 Chevy Cruze. We called Wiesner Chevrolet in Huntsville and Chris Lovelady went above and beyond to make sure we could get the car into their service department, get the warranty work approved (replacing entire turbo system), and have our car ready in a very timely matter so we could get home. The service mechanics and Mr. Lovelady are top notch and we are so appreciative of the extra effort they put in to getting my car fixed. I would definitely recommend Wiesner Chevrolet. Thanks again!!
Total Disatisfaction GM and dealer - edannhaus
Purchased A 2500 hd truck in April. First trip transmission cooler was plugged by Mayflies (love bugs) Complained to the Owner in Law (Darrel) and he promised the problem would be brought to a quick resolution with GM . Never heard from him again. November the steering became very loose . Took it to Laroche and they fixed the problem . Turns out GM had issued a bulletin to correct the problem. The dealer Laroche and General motors did not notify me or anyone of the safety issue.
Today my battery went dead and I charged the battery to take the truck into Laroche to save them from having to two me in. They tested the battery and said it was rechargeable so no replacement.
No more GM Chevrolet and laroche for me. I am so upset with them I am moving my church Membership to another congregation. (The Pews are full of Laroch people)

My father took his truck in one month ago to get the Def Tank replaced and while the truck was on the lift to raise it up, the lift broke. So down comes my dads truck, hanging motor down, the bed of the truck is dent, the tool box dented and cant open it and lights ripped off the top. It stayed like that for one hour until they could get a wrecker out to get it off for them. Now what once was a new, non wrecked truck is now a wrecked truck thanks to them and no telling what it did to all the fluids with it hanging like that. They offered to make him a deal and give him like $20,000 for his truck...lol.
He told them they have lost there mind....he wants a new truck with the same payments he has now. He would like to retiree soon, and that was his plan but now they screwed that up. They gave him a loaner truck to drive, now they call and threaten to get a lawyer and sue him if he does not bring the loaner back.....Sue him!!!!! These people are crazy. I hope no one goes there and does service with them and I will definitely make sure this known.

We had received a flyer from Miller Starnes Chevrolet Buick in Rockdale. The back read Strike it rich $25,000 lottery game and urged me to scratch off the three lines to see if I had won the $25,000. The middle of the three scratchers matched all 5 numbers needed to win. No other prizes or conditions were on the page. I took our salesperson through the flyer step by step and asked if he thought it was misleading he agreed that it was misleading and his comment was that was just marketing designed to bring us in. After experiencing this disappointment and embarrassment he actually expected us to by a car that was repossessed from one of our neighbors after taking time off from work to be told we were tricked by a clearly deceptive marketing ploy that promised we had won $25,000 and a chance at winning a new car that delivered neither. Do not do any business with someone as sneaky and underhanded as these people.

Salesperson not organized, prepared, or completely informed about the vehicles he sold. Dealership unorganized and does not value the time of their clients. We came with our financing complete and ready. We had already picked out and determined mutually agreed upon price prior to arrival. We asked that the vehicle be completely detailed and filled up with gas for our scheduled meeting. Upon arrival, the vehicle was washed externally...however, zero effort was given to even remove dust on the inside. Because we needed to know if stains in the vehicle were permanent, we asked that they clean it to allow us to feel confident in the purchase. The first impression was that the salesperson did not listen and was dishonest with the condition he described to us over the phone. After waiting for that, we continued to witness our salesperson's lack of organization, knowledge of product, and lack of awareness of his client's comfort. For example, when he drove the vehicle back for the cleaning (which should have already happened per our agreement), he told us to "wait" and he would be "right back". After standing on a hot curb in over 100 degree heat for about 15 minutes, we decided to go across the street into the dealership. Documenting each detail of our over three hour frustrating experience would require too much time. I will just add that at one point while waiting for the salesperson to gather or reprint paperwork he could not find, my husband noticed his truck tail lights blinking. He walked outside to find a dealership employee with his keys (that had accidently been tagged to another vehicles keychain). The employee kept trying to use them to open one of the dealership vehicles. The salesperson had misplaced them after inspecting my husband's truck for trade. Naturally, we wanted to walk out and leave. Honestly, we would have IF we had not driven so far to purchase the vehicle. After the terrible first impression, we kept thinking..."It will get better". But, it did not.

I had a great experience with the dealership. I have terrible credit, yet Eric Driver my sales person treated me in the most professional fashion and helped me through the process. I feel like I got a good deal and the used car I selected looks even better. Glad to have air conditioning now and glad it wasn't painful. I would recommend this place to any and everyone.
