A great help - Cbesherse
Robert was a great help in finding every aspect we were looking for. From the type of car to the financing. We were originally looking to wait to buy, but every detail fell into place. The only down fall was the wait from being approved to signing the papers. With 3 kids that have been car shopping through the lunch hours, the long wait in between was rough. Other than that, everything was great.
There was another lady that helped me the next Monday that was sooooo wonderful. I didnt catch her name, but I was getting my tires checked and as busy as they were she got me in and out in a flash. She was wonderful!

If I could give more stars I would. The experience was great. We were referred by a family member that had worked with Ginger before. And she did not disappoint!! She found us the exact car we wanted and worked hard to get the financing where we wanted it! Thank you for a wonderful experience! I'm in love with my new Durango!!

If you're looking for a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge vehicle at the Blair dealership, reach out to Travis Baker. He's incredibly knowledgeable with the vehicles, and made the car buying experience easy. When I found a vehicle I was interested in, I got in touch with Travis and he had the test drive ready to go when I showed up. I ended up thinking about my purchase over the next few days, and when I decided to buy the car Travis had everything setup and ready to go for me. I literally walked into the dealership, signed the paperwork, and walked out the door with the keys to my new car. I was happy to have my time valued especially with Blair being about an hour away from where I live. Overall, I had a great experience.

I was having problems with my new truck and traveling through the area. Lexi was super she did everything she could to get me in and out and even stayed late to accommodate getting my truck back on the road.

Did not budge from MSRP pricing. - jimpierce
The only sales incentives offered were those offered by the manufacturer. Folks are friendly, but they rely on their local presence for sales. Experience has shown that better deals are offered by large city dealerships.
Crooked!! - MofTSC
Bought a used vehicle here. Has been in the shop 3 times in the 3 weeks that we have had it. The guy above all the salesman is so rude and made every experience feel like it was our fault and talked down to us. He got called out on his crooked lies at the end of it. We will NEVER do business with them again. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with the guy. One guy ruined it all. Oh and the rental they set us up for? Closes before we can even get there.

This dealership is one those small town dealerships that still care about its customers and go out of their way to get you the best price. Besides that once you buy from them they have the best service department.
Sheer disappointment - Lmueller
This dealership came highly recommended by a freind. The dealership is beautiful and the majority of the staff are exceptionally wonderful. We live 3 hours from the dealership, drove there Saturday to look at a truck which when we got there wasn’t even as advertised . It was advertised as a manual trans when it was a auto. No big deal mistakes happen. But we also can’t drive the truck because it had just been taken in on trade and they were working on it. Ok, we were still interested. The numbers they came up with on our trade was in the ballpark of what we were looking for. Our only request was to keep our aftermarket bumpers off of our vehicle and not be docked for it like they proposed and for them to make sure we had 2 key fobs. We didn’t haggle the asking price or trade in value. My husband was told by our salesman that “ his manager wasn’t going to loose a deal over $1,500 that we could keep our bumpers, not be docked the $1,500 and that they would get us a 2nd fob” we said we would even take off our own bumpers to save them the shop time and money. So my husband spends his valueable time dropping our bumpers and he yet again drove 3 hours to test drive the other truck and to “ finish the deal” at that point the manager Peter Leighton wants to rudely argue that none of that was agreed upon before hand! He basically insinuated our salesman lied and continued to argue the deal. Now, I’m not in sales but I’m smart enough to not throw my salesman or myself under the bus by either lying or saying someone lied. Mind you we are trading in a 2014 LARAMIE LONGHORN for a 2012 ST/ SLT , same mileage.. and you want to argue over $1,500!! Let’s look at this black and white, WE WERE LIED TO... to get us back into the dealership. They finally agreed to $1,000 on the bumpers , my husband was basically bullied into giving up $500 which was already promised to him. Yes it is only $500 but it is the principle, we don’t do business with cocky rude liars! I was stuck at work and unable to attend this closing otherwise I promise you we would have left in the same truck we pulled in with and went to a more accommodating HONEST dealership. I am LIVID!! I WILL NOT be recommending Oviedo to a single person.
Unprofessional clowns running a 3 ring circus - nickhusiow
We purchased a new 2018 Ram 5500 cab and chassis from BlueBonnet Dodge about 6 weeks ago and our experience through the whole process was less than enjoyable to say the least.
We were always told they would call us back shortly and days would go by before we heard anything we would end up having to call them to get the status of securing the truck. Then securing the loan the same thing, and then even after we had to keep bugging them to finalize the deal with all the paperwork, then once the paperwork finally arrived of course it wasn't correct and had to be amended.
Finally weeks later the truck was ready for pickup and I flew from Phoenix, AZ to San Antonio, TX to pick up the truck and drive it back. At the last minute Steve changes plans and tells us that he can't meet us to pick up the truck and will hide the keys somewhere for us find them so we can pick the truck up ourselves. He couldn't even take 15-30 mins out of his schedule to meet and greet and shake our hand on the deal and wish us the best with our new truck purchase of $70,000. Though he made his commission off the deal.
When driving the truck back to AZ we realized the back slider glass window had an air leak causes an annoying whistling noise in the cab the whole way home. Then the cruise control decides to stop working and will only work when it wants to, next the rear parking sensor on the passenger side just start alarming for no reason everytime in reverse. Then the 12 volt phone charger in the front of the cab stop working all together, all which are now our problem and require us to take the truck into only a commercial dealership for repairs and told they need the truck for a week to fix everything.
Meanwhile this is a work truck that has to be on the road to make money every month to afford the monthly payment and commercial insurance required.
Lastly the temporary registration tag runs out on Christmas day and we have not received a permanent plate from AZ motor vehicles, so we call local motor vehicle office and were told they never even received any paperwork regarding the vehicle and that we need to contact the dealership.
Today I called Steve to inform him and he tells me that he will call me back in 20 mins, about 2hrs later I call the dealership and was told Krystan was busy and would have to call me back, after insisting on talking to him I was transferred to Krystan and explained the situation and was told the lady that handles titles was out of the office and he would have to get back to me, I said fine but I needed a new temporary plate so I can drive the vehicle, he replied no problem I will email one over to you today, perfect!!!
5pm today we still have not received a temporary plate by email and I received a text message from Steve telling me that they were working on it but still waiting on the title lady which lead me to write this review about my unbelievable experience of the very poor customer service I have received and the far worst of any car dealership experience I have ever had over the last 30 yrs.
Do yourself the favor and save yourself the aggravation and time wasted and find another dealership that will treat you better then BlueBonnet Dodge ever will or knows how.
Promise one thing, deliver another - Seriously aggravated
I am four hours away from this dealership, but they had a car I really wanted and nobody else had. I never had to work so hard to get somebody to sell me a car. No response to emails, text messages, or phone calls. If somebody happened to answer the phone, they would talk to me, but they would never return calls. We agreed on one price over the phone, it was a different, higher price when I got there. I was told one interest rate over the phone, the on-site rate was three times higher (my credit score is over 800). I decided to just pay cash for the car, they wouldn't take it; said they needed to finance the car to give the lower agreed upon price. Took over 4 hours to buy this car!! Then I got home with it and realized it did not have an inspection/registration sticker. They knew full well I was coming and the car had not been cleaned or detailed.
While I was cooling my heels in the office for 4 hours, a chirpy little girl responded to the text I had sent several days earlier. I told her I was sitting right outside her office trying to purchase the car but she kept right on with her script like she hadn't heard me.
I have bought a lot of cars and this was the worst experience I've ever had.
THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!! - lefty1962
My daughter traded in her Buick Verano for a Dodge Charger in November. The car WAS suppose to be financed by Chrysler Corp was what she was told. Traded the Buick in, gave a down payment, had a co-signer which was her dad. They had someone drive down to where we live so that my husband could sign the paperwork, got all his info, bank statements, DL, SS. She starts getting calls from the company that financed the Verano that she was behind 3 months on her car payment. My daughter explains that she traded the car in and got a new car. The finance company tells her they never paid it off. My daughter starts calling Port Lavaca Dodge and gets the run around nobody knew what was going on! She speaks to the GM still nothing. Then 2 weeks later they call and tell her she needs to take the car back because it wasn't financed. Other people in our community had already said not to buy a car there, we should have listened!
Jeep purchase was a nice experience - Chas
We purchased a new Jeep from Joe Bratton in sales. He was professional in every way. The whole transaction went well including the trade in. No high pressure or added fees was appreciated.
We would recommend Joe specifically, and the dealership in general.
Purchased a 2012 Shelby GT500. Paid full sticker price. ... - MisterTim
Purchased a 2012 Shelby GT500. Paid full sticker price. Upon delivery, vehicle had a nick in the console and discoloration in the bezel around the navigation screen. Ford denied warranty service to correct these problems. Dealer failed to convince Ford that the problems were due to manufacturing defects.
In contrast, my other new car experiences were significantly better: 2001 Acura MDX (purchased from Sterling McCall), 1999 Mercedes Benz E320 (purchased from Star Motors), and 2011 BMW 328 (purchased from Momentive). Both Sterling McCall and Star Motors corrected manufacturing defects withough argument and without cost to me.
For the time being, I do not plan to return to Tommie Vaughn, and am not likely to make another Ford purchase.
