Gunn Chevrolet went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Salesmen Josh Gonzales and Alex were also very helpful through the process of selecting and purchasing my Chevy Silverado.

The service writer was very friendly and always knew how the job was coming along

Great experience - LPOWELL6
We had an awesome experience buying our first vehicle at Allways Chevrolet. Great customer service and a very low pressure approach makes buying a vehicle very easy. Our salesman Bryce was very professional and found the right vehicle for us. We will be back again.
Great overall experience - Coastalcruiser
Danny and the team were awesome. He knows how to listen. From initial options to final paperwork a great experience. This is my new "go to" place.
Worst Service Ever at a Dealership - MCB
I agreed to pay Ancira Winton their asking price for a 2018 Suburban and drove over 240 miles to buy the vehicle. Told them I had a trade in and they sent me a range from a supposed "3rd party independent appraiser" paid for by them. I told them their range was too low and they assured me that their on site appraisals were always higher if I brought my trade in to them. So, I made an appointment to see them and drove over 240 miles from McAllen to meet them - I arrived on time. They did not have anyone to see me when I got there. The vehicle I was purchasing was also not at the dealership - it was at some Gun Club on display. It took them about 45 minutes to go get it.
Finally, the internet sales lady placed me with a ridiculous, condescending salesman named J Lopez who refused to acknowledge that a vehicle appraisal should take into account the luxury and 4 wheel drive packages on my trade in vehicle. He kept insisting that the features on a vehicle don't matter. When I asked him why they itemize these things on all their vehicle invoices and taut all the luxury features on a vehicle when trying to sell it he stated that they don't do that. Hello!!!! Is that not the ultimate in Stupidity! I was showing him the NADA appraisal and he said that they did not sell cars and that their appraisals where junk. When I pointed out that NADA stood for "National Automobile Dealers Association" and that their dealership was a part of NADA he still remained in "dense" mode and claimed that they did not know what they were talking about. When I told him that his offer was too low on my trade in he stated "well why don't I just sell you my personal car for the NADA value - how would you like that!" When I asked him why he was offering to sell his personal car to me he said because he wanted the NADA value. At that point I determined that I would never buy a vehicle from Ancira Winton because anyone who would let their salesman act like J Lopez did was not worthy of my business or anyone else's business. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Unhappy - thompourner
While on test drive I told sales prtson the car was almost on empty, I was told they would ensure at leadt 5 gallons would be pit in the tank. Isales person was with another customer before finishing up with me. The car ran out of gas onmy way home. I was told an oul change ind inspection of the car came with the auto buttler service, it does not. Now I’m being told the can only perform this service during normal working hours, so now I have to take time off from work to get this service done. I guess you guys will tell a customer anything to make a sale

Always has the customer's best interest in mind. Bob and his team are always working to get my vehicle in and out as quick as they are able. I just wish the labor rate was a little lower.
Excellent Customer Service - Wanda
I have had my 2012 Cheverolet Silverado in this service shop 3 times for preventative maintenance and I had such a GREAT experience each time~
I highly recommend this dealership the staff is efficient, friendly, organized and I find that is so rare today~ JR is amazing and David Rice took such great care of me answering all of my questions and concerns about what my vehicle truly needed. The staff at the desk are friendly and efficient and check in and check out was flawless~It felt to me each staff member knew what they were supposed to do and they did it with a smile on their face~
I highly recommend this dealership for any of your service needs~
Exceptional service - Paul T.
Valmark Chevrolet agreed to service my GMC as I had a issue with the dealership I bought it from. Robert was my Service Adviser. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction so I felt confident with the work performed. I used the shuttle service to go to work. I believe I should have waited as they completed my truck quickly. I will definitely return to Valmark for my future service needs.

Wait time for Car - Bevhen12
Everything went fine except at the end. Sitting waiting for car and my car had been sitting out front for
about 30min. with car running and window down. I had to go ask BJ what was taking so long, she went to talk to technician and he said he left it up front, window down and running but didn't tell anyone it was there. Not happy at all after that.

I have just purchased my second vehicle from the Atzenhoffer dealership and I have worked directly with Jeff Smith each of these times. Never has anyone been such a JOY to work with. Many times, women shopping for a new vehicle get the "runaround" and/or treated as a pushover. Jeff treats you with respect at all times! He does not pressure and has the answers to all your questions or gets on his "super phone" and finds out what you need to know. He follows up on his sales with a warm phone call. He has always gone above and beyond to find what I am in need of at the time. I cannot recommend him enough if you are shopping for a vehicle at Atzenhoffer!!! I would not deal with anyone else and now count him as a dear friend!!! How many car sales people can YOU say that about??? Thanks Jeff!!!!
Worse service experience ever - Chemphill
Bought new 2018 Traverse. Took into dealer for routine oil change, shift problem with trans, and wind noise on door. Service had the vehicle for four days. Changed engine oil and flushed transmission. Told me I would need to make appointment with body shop to address wind noise. During the time in service, no one could give me status on the vehicle. When I got home with the vehicle, I discovered grime smear on the headliner. I wrote this up in the customer satisfaction survey and the mgr reached out. Had several conversations with mgr over 2 week be period and was prepared to give them a second chance when he called me one last time to go over the issues, suggesting that he needed to personally verify my issues before I could bring the vehicle in for service. I have bought 15 new Chevy's and several used models during my adult life. Three were bought from this dealership over the past six years. In my opinion, the service department is under staffed and lacks qualified personal. Even the cashier gave me attitude when I questioned the sheets she said I needed to sign to release my vehicle.
Bad Times At The Nash Royale - boysct2
Just got back from another bad experience at Chuck Nash. Been trying to get my car fixed since April and every time it's a different person every time, but they same run-around. Except last time I dealt with the xxx. customer service manager. When my check engine light came on(again) I sent him an e-mail and heard nothing back. I bring my car in 3 weeks later and he had no idea who I was or what was going on. They just want my warranty to expire on the part so they don't have to replace it for free. If you have anything wrong with your car DO NOT GO HERE!!

I have bought over 20 brand new vehicles over the last 23 years. I had the best experience at Brown Chevrolet than anywhere else in the U.S. The staff was very friendly and they didn't go back and forth with haggling. The price they gave me was fair, honest and very acceptable. The value of my trade in was very fair. I will definitely recommend them to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. Thanks guys!!

On 12/7/08 My wifes Suburban broke down in Yoakum while visiting her mother in the hospital, My brother-in-law had Cooper Cheverolet pick it up and was told the fuel pump was bad 400.00 to repair, they then called back and was told it need a wiring harness another 400.00 we told them to put the parts in a box and we would pick it up but they charged 190.00 to put it back together, it was brought back to my regular mechanic and repaired by replacing a 20.00 harness and labor totaling 192.00, he said there was nothing wrong with the fiel pump. I called a dealer in Houston and was told a new fuel pump comes with a wiring harness
Headache to say the least. - Brandy Riley
I am not one to leave a review, ever. After the entire process of trading a vehicle at this place, I had come to the conclusion, that car buying, and selling can leave the consumer very vulnerable. Long story short, I signed a contract on 10-10-16, and the finance guy didnt get the deal done untill days before Thanksgiving. I was told they were waiting on tax return documents to come back. After doing some research myself, that was in fact untrue. My trade-in had a loan at a local credit union, and the loan was showing to be late due to the pay off not being received for almost 2 months. I took a big hit on my credit score with the payment not being made. Then, the icing on the cake was getting a call from the finance manager (Mr Herrera) that I needed to come in and sign a new contract, because the original numbers wouldnt work with the bank, and this time around I needed 1000.00 down to complete the deal. I said no, I just want my trade back and want to be done with this place. He screamed at me over the phone that they didnt need my money, and went on and on about how they lost so much money on my deal. Which he then later called and apologized for his behavior on the phone, Im guessing someone heard him yelling at me. Once again, not my problem, I just wanted my truck back. I went back up there the following day after work, (mind you, its quite a drive) with my small children to resign the paperwork. Not one apology, not one sorry for the inconvenience, but rather a confused almost rude finance guy. He was in a hurry to get me out of there. Finally after almost 2 months of driving a vehicle I wasnt even sure that I owned, I was done with this place. I wasnt someone going in with a bad credit score, or needed a last resort, I was shopping here because I had heard great things, so I went. It was a nightmare, and did I mention I went through this process 9 months pregnant? Needless to say I wont recommend any of my clients/friends, I cant imagine anyone having to go through that nonsense. On the flip-side, Khan was super nice, and not his fault the finance department was horrible.
