Bottom line about buying a car to me is what it is all about once you have decided on the equipment of the model you want. No games, just some back and forth, give and take but in the end a deal I could live with – incidentally the same deal I had indicated going in that would be the only one acceptable to me.
Loved their sales price, dealer discounts and the rebates! No name calling, no long waits, still lots of paperwork, but I have to say, they really want to sell you a car!

This was a fantastic new car buying experience. We live in Te as, but not in Austin. They had the exact car we wanted and we worked with them completely online and by phone until we picked it up. Although the reason for my going to Mazda South was sad (total loss of my 2008 Mazda 6), I have nothing but positive things to say about my buying experience! Sales rep, David Cantu, was the best sales person I've ever worked with! He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, understanding, patient, prompt returning my many calls; did not pressure at all, just provided information I needed to make a decision on the Mazda 6 in which I was interested.
Both David Cantu and Kendall Blyth, Financial Mgr., were a pleasure to work with! Their customer service was beyond excellent! I highly recommend these two employees and Mazda South!
Also, the clean, comfortable, friendly environment of Mazda South was much appreciated!

Worst customer service! If I didn't love the car I purchased I would have walked away. The employees were cocky and not helpful. They were supposed to clean my car all they did was vacuum and wash cup holders were dirty seats had stains on it i for sure thought they would have cleaned it. I've called several times for copies of our paperwork and never received it they wouldn't give us copies they day of. They took forevever for everything to be done it should never take 5 hours to buy a car. I wouldn't shop here again.

I get a 9am appt, for a mazda recall that should take less than 10 minutes. They say its going to be 2 hrs- i say fine, ill go run an errand and be back. They quickly take the car back like they’re going to work on it but here i sit, for hours... no errand. The service manger is a xxxxx when i approached him about it. Service writers are liars. I’ll never be back, xxxx sure wont buy a car here. They don’t know how to treat customers. They’re “comfy lounge” is some crappy tables and chairs. Find somewhere else to do car business, this place sux.
