I went for a quick lube job cuz the maintenance warning light came on. The advisor Charles waited on me. Then I told him that I will be waiting in the next room where the cafeteria is. I was watching TV and at times talking to other guests. First dumb mistake: he said he came looking for me to let me know that my car was ready. There must have been 4 or 5 guests there at the most and he said he didn't see me. After about one and half hours I decided to check on the status of my car and it was ready half an hour ago. Second dumb mistake the warning light was still on and I asked him if they could get rid of it. He said I had to leave the car there for 2 days and will cost $139 to diagnose it. Javier, the other advisor heard it and reset the light for me for free and took 3 minutes. Very incompetent advisor and could have messed me up big time and I will never use him again

We were in the market for a new car for our college bound daughter. We told her we were going to see what the dealership could do for us. So of course she went online and started shopping and fell in love with the new Bohai Bay Mint color on the Fiesta. I contacted John and he went to work right away trying to find one in the mint color she wanted. In just a few short days we went from, "hey can you find this for me" to here is your daughter's new car. It was so fast we were able to surprise her with it. He made sure the visit at the dealership was flawless and fast. We did not have to wait for the usual 2-3 hours we have experienced with other dealership visits. Definitely sending anyone that asks me to John.

I think the company should have to train him more about customers services. I wasn’t first time customer at Red but was my second vehicle and I decided to go to another company getting a 2019 Jeep

Went to buy a car the Carfax was clean! After purchasing noticed inperfections in paint after closer look the whole side had been repaired. I took the car back only then blue bonnet says they found paperwork showing there body shop had done body work and paint. So I returned the car and went to Jordan Ford. I do not recommend blue bonnet! They wouldn’t even come off the price after finding out it had been wrecked and knowingly tried to cover it up .

My first visit to this dealership. I needed service for the Ford airbag recall on my 2010 Ranger. I spoke with Bill Cass who ordered the correct part for my truck; and called the next day to set my appointment. He did explain it could take up to 2 hours so I could make plans.
I met with Luis in the service department. Luis asked if they could take me somewhere for the duration which I appreciated. I spent time there looking at the new vehicles and chatting with other personnel. Everyone was very friendly.
I wasn't there to buy anything and still was treated as a valued customer.

Went in for window not working they fixed it I got it back then both stopped working 3 days later and the transmission started slipping . They quoted me 7200 for new transmission or 4300 for used with 90 day warranty. Prior to that the told me I need new control arms little did they know those were are replaced. Tey have had my car now for 3 weeks for a simple window switch. They are slow they try to over charge you and charge you for things you dont need. My door panel was off for them and the switch in the floor board.

Southway Ford DOES NOT have a cooling off period and won't let you out of contract. Even if it's within 12 hours or less.

Took my car in for service and 3 days later found out the car had not even been looked at. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication from the service advisor. I picked up my vehicle and took my business elsewhere. No apologies no explanations given. Don't waste your time here.

This dealership is the reason my new car is a Toyota. I have never received more disappointing service. I previously owned a Ford Focus which I took to this dealership to fix a broken door latch. This was a full year before the official recall of the door latches on The Ford Focus so I had to pay over $600 to fix it. It took several days to get my car back. After I received my car which had supposedly been fixed, the door that they had replaced the door latch on was not locking electronically. I called the dealership in hopes that they would look at it for free since this problem had only occurred after they "fixed" my door latch and they refused. I spent a whole year driving around with a door that would not lock electronically and because of this my car would make the "lock" honk while I was driving. It was so frustrating. Finally, I received a notice from Ford that there was a recall on the door latches so I took my car in to A DIFFERENT FORD DEALERSHIP and scheduled an appointment to have the rest of the door latches replaced. I was so nervous and even explained my previous situation at Maxwell to the people at this new dealership before handing them my car. Well my goodness what a pleasant change. I received my car the next day AND I was told that whoever had replaced my door latch at Maxwell had PUT AN INCORRECT DOOR LATCH ON. So not only did I pay over $600, receive my car several days later, have the door latch for a different vehicle installed that ultimately resulted in my door locking mechanism not to work, but Maxwell refused to ever accept responsibility for their mistake. DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP.

I purchased a new F250 from Grande Ford on 12/9/16 and the salesman I was dealing with ((Rocky) was not going to be there the day my truck came in so he set everything up with Brian, When I got there everything went just right. They had the truck detailed and I was in and out of the dealer
with in 45 minutes. I think the guys name was Alex I asked him if he could sync my phone into my new truck and he not only did that but he went over all the different things in the truck. Everyone at the dealership was very professional and I will be buying the truck from Grande from now on.
