Our car notified us that we needed the A-1 service. Which is an oil change and a multi-point inspection. We also needed the windshield washer cap and wipers replaced. Our service advisor forgot both on 15 Jan 2019. I was able to catch the windshield wiper cap and got that replaced. However the windshield wipers we didn't realize until it started raining on the way home and it was still streaking. So unfortunately my wife is having to go up there again today to get the wiper inserts replaced. That is an Acura specific item that we cannot purchase aftermarket. Garrett is off today but the service advisor Jack did say they will take care of that in the drive through with my wife when she arrives around 10:45am 16 Jan 2019. So hopefully she's not having to sit for a couple of hours especially when I set up the initial appointment two weeks ago with a loner car.
update. Service advisor Jack and service manager Philip replace both front and rear windshield wipers in the service Lane drive-thru at no cost my wife said it was extremely fast. They also apologize for the inconvenience and us having to drive back. We are happy campers

Came here for a door handle replacement and was quoted 400 dollars at gunn nissan but came here and Dustin and the crew were able to do it for 150 dollars. The staff was friendly and prompt to get the issue resolved. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone having issues with there nissan. I went to Fiesta Honda and everything seemed smooth. Although it was smooth I felt as if the customer service was o.k. The salesman and the other sales manager I worked with seemed like they only cared just enough to not seem like a's. This made every minute uncomfortable to a degree, I felt like all I was happy with was the car, the price a bit, and just felt awkward through the process when I was with these guys. The only saving grace I believe was... Angela at he food counter in the morning shift, Vicki at the reception desk and Christopher(salesman) that day. Nonetheless great price, both good/helpful and figity/awkward people.
The old saying personality makes the company is true. And this place misses the mark but still gets 3.5 stars

It was such a tough task to find a good reliable used car that wasn’t beaten up too bad. My price range was 6000 so I had a lot of dealerships trying to get me to finance and do other things. Right when I stepped foot on Alamo car Centers lot their inventory spoke for itself. All the prices and information was on the windshield and they also had a Carfax for all of their vehicles which was very helpful. I already recommended them to a neighbor and my family members and friends hear about them.

I walked in the dealership expecting more of the same pressure other dealerships use as a tactic. James Gonzales was there waiting for me, as nice and attentive as could be. He knew I came in specifically looking at a VW Sportwagen and that's exactly what we did.
The test drive was prefect and I knew I wanted this car. We sat down and he gave me options and advice. Never pressuring me in the process. It was late in the day and after talking things through, I opted on finishing the buying process the next day.
