I was so pleased and will be back because of Frank. He treated me like Family and the staff was so friendly as well. Drove cross country to purchased '17 F350. On the way back, the tailgate kept dropping randomly. Thought I accidentally was pushing the release button but by the time we made it to our destination it was obvious there was a problem. Turns out there was a recall, turns out Sames Ford performed the recall 7 days before we picked up the truck, turns out they severely botched the job...pics to prove it. Not only was the specific recall items messed up, but they had damaged two wiring harnesses beyond repair. Had a good, reputable, honest Ford dealer repair and redo the recall. Works like a charm ever since. Sames Ford had the xxxxx to tell me I should have brought the truck to them for repairs...remember by this time I'm 1,800 miles away! Refused to take any financial responsibility for their shoddy work. My truck is now operating as it should, but I'm out the cost of repairs to make it right. Sames Ford in Corpus Christi, TX? NEVER AGAIN!

Took my 2019 f350 in for 3 recalls and front end has the death wobble when I hit a pot hole. Also side marker light was broke . Which I told sales person about it weeks after it came in that it was cracked . We’ll because I live in Houston and didn’t get it fixed right away they would not cover it . They had to replace rear inter fender well because it was cracked but would not replace front mud flap . For about 250 dollars they lost my business . It’s not about the money . O well plenty of other dealerships . The service dept were great management sucks

I stopped by Port Lavaca Ford Service Department this morning to get an appointment and or see if a DEF sensor failure on my F250 could be repaired this morning. I walked in to the service department, the service associate said he’d be right with me. The phone rang and he answered it, talked for about 7 mins or so. About 2/3 of the way thru the first call another call came in. After finishing the first call of which came in after I came into the service department, he answered the 2nd call instead of seeing what I was there for. He talked on the 2nd call for about 5 mins or so and then started setting an appointment for the individual on the phone. It was clear to me that they do not care about their customers. I started to think that if another call was to come in that I’d bet that he’d take that one as well. I turned and walked out. This is the 4th time that I’ve had issues with this service department. Shame on me or the 3rd time and big time for this 4th try. I’ll be taking my truck to Victoria Ford from now on. Daniel

Great price for the vehicle but that is all this Ford dealership has to offer. I dealt with the sales rep Ezekiel Perez. Before purchasing the vehicle, we agreed to have all-weather mats included in the deal. I traveled 8 hrs from Midland, TX to Corpus Christi. Process was easy as everything was done on my end beforehand. When I arrived, they did not have the mats in. Then when it came to taking off, they gave me 2 keys and a single keyless remote which didn't have remote start (a feature that came with the truck I purchased). Upon arriving back home I realized the passenger side carpet mats we not there. I called and stated the missing mats to a sales rep that handled me while I was at the dealer ship (not Ezekiel Perez). They stated they would ship both items, mats, a separate remote, and the missing carpet mats to me....they never did. I attempted to call the dealership more than a half dozen times since both sales reps weren't replying to my emails, not once did they return my calls. Also attempted to contact the general manager and never received a call.
I will never purchase a vehicle from them, regardless of pricing, due to the lack of word being kept on their end. A very simple principle wasn't kept, over items that are to no cost to the dealership

I am a first time buyer so I was a little unprepared for the car buying experience. Thank goodness for the honest and patient sales people at Alexander Ford. They explained everything so thoroughly and really made me feel confident in my purchase. Also, I will happily be letting Alexander Ford perform the service work on my car as well. I was taken to the shop and got to meet the service techs and was impressed with their professionalism.
