Go elsewhere!! Went to their paint and body shop to get a vehicle repaired. My teenage son backed into a girl at school and broke her grill. Met the Dad up their, filled out a work order in my name and received a quote. We didn't use insurance because we didn't want our rates to go up and I paid $500 down for the parts. While they were repairing, I get a voice mail that says its going to cost $600 more dollars. Instead of calling back, I show up to look at the damage that needs more parts. She has a surprised look on her face and said I cant look at the car its illegal because I don't own the vehicle. I ask to see the work order that's in my name and she said that's against the law and illegal even know I'm paying for it. I tried calling the Dad and she leaves the room. After I returned home, I got a call and she told me I can look now.. I said its to late, I don't trust you, just give me the total. She gives me the total and I tell her, Ill pay for it because I'm over a barrel, the car is in parts and they need their vehicle back, also I think this is a crooked deal!! She hatefully says, HAVE A NICE DAY, and hangs up on me.
While I was home, I went online and couldn't find anything close to it being illegal, especially when I'm paying for the service. I truly believe they are padding the bill and are very shady.
This is my teenage sons money they are taking and will be the last dollar they receive from us or anyone I know. I will warn my friends and family to stay clear from this dealer.
The response I received was what I expected, Bla, Bla, rhetoric. There's a pattern in your response. It looks like you just copy and paste your response. I looked at the bad reviews ( I stopped counting after 100) all you say is about the same thing, sorry, we try to please, call us. None of the complaints are fixed. You take a complaint and work to resolve. There's a reason they are still complaints. They were never fixed. I'm going to advise all that I can about your practice.

Had my new 2019 Dodge Ram truck in the shop 4 times for squealing brakes. 1st and second time they said they could not hear the brakes squeal. The 3rd time I had the manager test drive the truck with me, and he did hear the brakes squeal , and he said they would fix it. I left it and 3 days later, it was done. 3 weeks after that, the brakes started squealing again! They then said I needed to break them in! Never heard of breaking in the brakes of a new vehicle, but I did! Well, 2 months later, still squealing! After having enough of people commenting on my brakes, and me having to listen to it, I took it back this week on Wednesday. They said my brakes were 100% ok. I asked why the are still squealing!?!? He said that I’m not the only one with the same problem, and that Dodge is aware of the problem, and they have not not came up with a solution to resolve the problem!
Needless to say and very unhappy, Iv spent 50+ thousands of dollars on a truck with squealing brakes that I was told I have to put up with! I’m not giving up and I want it resolved!

We needed exactly the right size van, to hold our full sized harp: 72 inches diagonally from right corner back to left edge behind the driver’s seat. Our salesman was quick to show us van after van, open them and let us measure the diagonal. Also, we have to have a Very flat space, no bumps, no hooks, no empty spaces in the surface. When he showed us the 2018 Journey, it met Every requirement!! We were elated!! The dealer let us borrow it, and we went home and loaded the harp!! Wow! Perfect fit!! We went back to the dealer, I loved the comfortable seats, the extra space, the backup screen!! So now we have a beautiful new red van in our family!! Thank you so much, to the San Marcos TX Dodge Dealer!!

This dealership came highly recommended by a freind. The dealership is beautiful and the majority of the staff are exceptionally wonderful. We live 3 hours from the dealership, drove there Saturday to look at a truck which when we got there wasn’t even as advertised . It was advertised as a manual trans when it was a auto. No big deal mistakes happen. But we also can’t drive the truck because it had just been taken in on trade and they were working on it. Ok, we were still interested. The numbers they came up with on our trade was in the ballpark of what we were looking for. Our only request was to keep our aftermarket bumpers off of our vehicle and not be docked for it like they proposed and for them to make sure we had 2 key fobs. We didn’t haggle the asking price or trade in value. My husband was told by our salesman that “ his manager wasn’t going to loose a deal over $1,500 that we could keep our bumpers, not be docked the $1,500 and that they would get us a 2nd fob” we said we would even take off our own bumpers to save them the shop time and money. So my husband spends his valueable time dropping our bumpers and he yet again drove 3 hours to test drive the other truck and to “ finish the deal” at that point the manager Peter Leighton wants to rudely argue that none of that was agreed upon before hand! He basically insinuated our salesman lied and continued to argue the deal. Now, I’m not in sales but I’m smart enough to not throw my salesman or myself under the bus by either lying or saying someone lied. Mind you we are trading in a 2014 LARAMIE LONGHORN for a 2012 ST/ SLT , same mileage.. and you want to argue over $1,500!! Let’s look at this black and white, WE WERE LIED TO... to get us back into the dealership. They finally agreed to $1,000 on the bumpers , my husband was basically bullied into giving up $500 which was already promised to him. Yes it is only $500 but it is the principle, we don’t do business with cocky rude liars! I was stuck at work and unable to attend this closing otherwise I promise you we would have left in the same truck we pulled in with and went to a more accommodating HONEST dealership. I am LIVID!! I WILL NOT be recommending Oviedo to a single person.

David Gillihan was great to work with!! Everyone at the dealership worked hard to meet our needs and were very friendly and respectful while doing so. However, the car we purchased has had issues since day one. Seven months later, the issues have not been resolved. Things are not handled in a timely manner and professionalism is questionable. I would not recommend this dealership when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and absolutely not for any kind of repair or service.
Update: after the 6th or 7th attempt to have the issue repaired, they have now said they are not able to recreate the issue (which was recreated in front of the service manager) and therefore aren't able to fix it so I can come pick up my car and continue to have the problem. I was told there was zero contact made with corporate even though I have a case, a case worker, and was told a special technician would help them with the issue. At this point i will never purchase another dodge product from any dealership let alone this one.

We purchased a new 2018 Ram 5500 cab and chassis from BlueBonnet Dodge about 6 weeks ago and our experience through the whole process was less than enjoyable to say the least.
We were always told they would call us back shortly and days would go by before we heard anything we would end up having to call them to get the status of securing the truck. Then securing the loan the same thing, and then even after we had to keep bugging them to finalize the deal with all the paperwork, then once the paperwork finally arrived of course it wasn't correct and had to be amended.
Finally weeks later the truck was ready for pickup and I flew from Phoenix, AZ to San Antonio, TX to pick up the truck and drive it back. At the last minute Steve changes plans and tells us that he can't meet us to pick up the truck and will hide the keys somewhere for us find them so we can pick the truck up ourselves. He couldn't even take 15-30 mins out of his schedule to meet and greet and shake our hand on the deal and wish us the best with our new truck purchase of $70,000. Though he made his commission off the deal.
When driving the truck back to AZ we realized the back slider glass window had an air leak causes an annoying whistling noise in the cab the whole way home. Then the cruise control decides to stop working and will only work when it wants to, next the rear parking sensor on the passenger side just start alarming for no reason everytime in reverse. Then the 12 volt phone charger in the front of the cab stop working all together, all which are now our problem and require us to take the truck into only a commercial dealership for repairs and told they need the truck for a week to fix everything.
Meanwhile this is a work truck that has to be on the road to make money every month to afford the monthly payment and commercial insurance required.
Lastly the temporary registration tag runs out on Christmas day and we have not received a permanent plate from AZ motor vehicles, so we call local motor vehicle office and were told they never even received any paperwork regarding the vehicle and that we need to contact the dealership.
Today I called Steve to inform him and he tells me that he will call me back in 20 mins, about 2hrs later I call the dealership and was told Krystan was busy and would have to call me back, after insisting on talking to him I was transferred to Krystan and explained the situation and was told the lady that handles titles was out of the office and he would have to get back to me, I said fine but I needed a new temporary plate so I can drive the vehicle, he replied no problem I will email one over to you today, perfect!!!
5pm today we still have not received a temporary plate by email and I received a text message from Steve telling me that they were working on it but still waiting on the title lady which lead me to write this review about my unbelievable experience of the very poor customer service I have received and the far worst of any car dealership experience I have ever had over the last 30 yrs.
Do yourself the favor and save yourself the aggravation and time wasted and find another dealership that will treat you better then BlueBonnet Dodge ever will or knows how.

We purchased a used vehicle. To begin with, when we purchased the vehicle they swore they were not going to run our credit because we had a pre approval through a authorized bank (the manager even wrote it on the purchase paperwork "will not run credit) and low and behold the next day we get an alert that our credit had infact been ran. That was the 1st of many issues. The vehicle started making noise the day after we bought it. We took it back to the dealership they said they would fix it, they kept the vehicle, we got it back and it was still making the same noise. We tried for 2 weeks to get ahold of someone and get someone to call us back. I was calling and texting every day. Finally a gentleman called me, who is very snarky. Telling me I could bring it in and they look at it but if it's not the original problem they're not going to do anything. So I asked him to clarified what work they had done, it is in fact the work that they were supposed to do and they won't fix it. The gentleman was extremely rude laughed and said everybody there knew about it. I only wish I had seen these reviews before we purchased from them, we never would have purchase the vehicle from them. The excuse was "you know it is a used car right". And "we put a $1000 into that card just to get it sold."
SERVICE IS A JOKE AT ANY JEEP DEALERSHIP - Jeep sucks
I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 31 Oct 2018. First i had the dealershio install a trailer hitch and it took then 2 visit to get it done. Now on Dec 19 i took my car in for repair, because when i hit a bump the dash will go blank no lights, Nav, radio nothing at all, hit another bump and every comes back on.
Now my back uo camera will work about 20 percent of the time when thr car gets hit.
I schedule the visit 9 days out. I wss told when i bring my car in for a repair i would get a loaner car to drive that was a big lie. Now they are telling me may by the end of Jan 2019 they can look at the jeep.
They should pay my loan payment since the car ia UNSAFE TO DRIVE AT NIGHT.
