Jeff was very knowledgeable with all my questions. I didn't have the best experience with another dealership company and he made sure that he listened to all my wants in a vehicle. Long story short I was recently in a car accident that lead to me not having a vehicle and once the rental ran out I was about to be without a vehicle again, still waiting for the insurance company to resolve my total loss claim. Mind you that the accident wasn't even my fault. When I explained my situation with Jeff, him and his team made sure that I had a vehicle to drive till they found the perfect one for me. Not a lot of companies would do that for you. Of course I had to make sure I had a purchase in play...LOL but still, that is going beyond the assistance they even had to do. It took about a day to get the perfect vehicle located, in which I felt safe and comfortable with getting behind the wheel again. Jeff took customer service to the next level, I work two jobs and he made his way to meet me at one of my jobs to get me a loaner to me while waiting for my new vehicle to come in. Also as my vehicle was being delivered to the dealership, I was driving back in the loaner to get my new vehicle, we ending up having a little hiccup with the loaner, the skid plate came lose and was handing. I didn't feel safe driving so I had to pull over. I called Jeff to let him know and he said " Are you OK?" Are you in a Safe Place? I told him I was and asked him what I should do. He's response was, Stay there I will come get you and calling a tow truck to come pick up the vehicle. He came and sat there with us waiting on the tow truck which ended up taking a bit longer then was told. He suggested he just bring us back to the dealership where we could sit in the AC instead of the outside heat and He would wait for the tow company to come get the vehicle. Now that was truly a customer service 5 star. With all said and done, they brought the loaner back, just needed to tighten the bolts on the plate nothing too crazy and I was able to get into my new vehicle that evening. Jeff has reached out twice so far to make sure I was happy with my purchase and made sure I felt safe in my new vehicle.
So if anyone is looking for great service and care I would recommend Jeff Von Christierson as your sales guy and Mac Haik for overall company to work with. Thanks again for all you have done for me, will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to get from you guys.

I just bought a Toyota Tundra from Leif Johnson Ford for my business Freedom Fun . We do mobile events like laser tag, outdoor movies archery tag & more & our growing business definitely demanded adding another vehicle to our fleet. My salesman, Abram Nunez did a great job and you can tell he cares about people and relationships. Abram was very attentive , listened well and it was evident that he just wanted to just make sure we were happy with the overall deal. I told Abram that , as a business owner, I'm looking to form a relationship with a trusted business that I can go to with my vehicle needs in the future. I could tell Abram really wanted to earn my business and I couldn't be happier with my new Tundra and look forward to working with Abram and the Leif Johnson team in the future.

Coming here for years and lately service repairs are not good for the last 8 months. I cannot understand why you have to bring in your vehicle 4 times to repair the same item. (oil pan leak - rear main seal leaked and had to take in twice to repair). For the amount I spend on repairs it should be right the first time. Do not try to speak to the GM Service he does not respond to hear your concerns.

Went to buy a car the Carfax was clean! After purchasing noticed inperfections in paint after closer look the whole side had been repaired. I took the car back only then blue bonnet says they found paperwork showing there body shop had done body work and paint. So I returned the car and went to Jordan Ford. I do not recommend blue bonnet! They wouldn’t even come off the price after finding out it had been wrecked and knowingly tried to cover it up .

Kyle and Brandon were amazing at helping me with my car purchase. I set them up with expectations that I wanted to get in and get out as quickly as possible, and they exceeded those expectations. I was surprised when I was driving my new vehicle, and I saw I had been there less than an hour. Every time I had a question that I thought they would have a tough time answering, they were very forthcoming and didn’t make me feel like they were trying to get one on me. Their are a few things that i expect when it comes to customer service, especially when auto shopping. Carlos Bermudez is/was the greatest sales rep. I have ever encountered. He is attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, truthful and doesnt mind going the extra mile to show customers that he truly cares about them. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE - Michelle37
This dealership is the reason my new car is a Toyota. I have never received more disappointing service. I previously owned a Ford Focus which I took to this dealership to fix a broken door latch. This was a full year before the official recall of the door latches on The Ford Focus so I had to pay over $600 to fix it. It took several days to get my car back. After I received my car which had supposedly been fixed, the door that they had replaced the door latch on was not locking electronically. I called the dealership in hopes that they would look at it for free since this problem had only occurred after they "fixed" my door latch and they refused. I spent a whole year driving around with a door that would not lock electronically and because of this my car would make the "lock" honk while I was driving. It was so frustrating. Finally, I received a notice from Ford that there was a recall on the door latches so I took my car in to A DIFFERENT FORD DEALERSHIP and scheduled an appointment to have the rest of the door latches replaced. I was so nervous and even explained my previous situation at Maxwell to the people at this new dealership before handing them my car. Well my goodness what a pleasant change. I received my car the next day AND I was told that whoever had replaced my door latch at Maxwell had PUT AN INCORRECT DOOR LATCH ON. So not only did I pay over $600, receive my car several days later, have the door latch for a different vehicle installed that ultimately resulted in my door locking mechanism not to work, but Maxwell refused to ever accept responsibility for their mistake. DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP.
