Customer buying experience - Angela124
I bought an f150 from Covert today, and I want to brag on Lad the sales manager and Brad the finance manager. They went above and beyond to provide me with the truck that I wanted. They even delivered it to my house. I highly recommend them!!!
excellent service - Fisher
Fast, excellent, courteous repair service. Don't know how it could have been better. Would be happy to do repeat business with them if the opportunity arises.
used car sale - mw
Was a very easy experience. Found a car that I wanted to look at which was at their north Austin lot. The brought it to Buda on spec. as I was not committed to do anything but look.
The car was what I could work with and the price was well within the fair market value (true car value) as an excellent deal.
Bought the car. Elaine was very helpful and a good person to work with.
Painless, Haggle-free purchase - kayakguy
They had the vehicle priced fairly, they were able to get me financed at a lower rate than I thought I would get! Sara is a gem! You're lucky to have her. I came to Leif Johnson Ford because of the good reviews and they're right. Process was painless and not your typical salesperson trying to push things on you. Oh and thanks Ryan and Eileen for your help too! Y'all were all professional and friendly
Great Experience - April G.
I was dreading looking for a new car because it can be very time consuming. However, Michael Jackson at Riata Ford made this experience quick and painless.
"BlueBonnet Motors" Excellence in Service! - John Hernandez
I want to personally thank Mr. Eddie Rodriguez for his professional, courteous and patience. Bought a Used 2006 Ford F150 and the vechicle was spotless, clean and excellent. Mr Rodriguez gave me the run down on used vechicles and as soon as I saw the Truck, I knew it was mine. Eddie delivered on the promises he made, Car Washes, cover for Bed etc. It's a good feeling to know that Sales people like Eddie still exist. On a further note, I live in San Antonio and this is the second vechicle I have bought from BlueBonnet Motors, seems San Antonio still does not match up to the hospitality that strives in New Braunfels, Texas. Thank you Mr. Eddie Rodriguez
Great customer service - Rickjennflores
Very helpful with any questions we had and customer skills were very professional. We will definitely come back again in the future. Thank you very much.
Very disappointing service center treatment. - John Lubben
While F-150, one year old, still under warranty, I requested replacement of vehicle's battery that had died over weekend of March 10-11. The customer service representative, after confirming the battery was fully discharged, curtly said such mishap was not covered under warranty then arrogantly and rudely turned away from me and retreated to the interior of the service offices. Because of such contemptuous treatment my business will be taken elsewhere.
New Car Purchase - Tammy Lemoine
I am new to Austin and was nervous about going to a larger dealership to purchase my vehicle. The vehicle I wanted was purchased by someone else. Brian worked with me until I was able to get the vehicle that best suited my needs. I will continue to do business there. Everyone at Covert was very helpful.
Excellent Salesman - Connie
Coby Jones is an excellent salesman and dedicated to finding exactly what we were looking for. Definitely, worth the drive to get what we were looking for and even delivered it to our house an hour and a half away.
Stay away from the Service Center - Flippergfd1
Appointment at 7 am. Told them exactly what was wrong. Still charged diagnostic fee. Took 7 hours to rotate and balance tires and tell me what was wrong with truck. Which was exactly what I told them. Second issue was a noise which they supposedly fixed 2 months ago and charged me 490 dollars for. Same noise but now they said it was from a different place. Other than oil changes I recommend going elsewhere.
Doesn't stand behind service - Nancy G.
New suspension for Ford f250 was never attached to the truck. MTV discovered the problem and fixed my truck for me at no cost! Ford would not even agree to pay for a tow to their dealership despite the 2 year service guarantee on the work they did with costly new suspension.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE - Michelle37
This dealership is the reason my new car is a Toyota. I have never received more disappointing service. I previously owned a Ford Focus which I took to this dealership to fix a broken door latch. This was a full year before the official recall of the door latches on The Ford Focus so I had to pay over $600 to fix it. It took several days to get my car back. After I received my car which had supposedly been fixed, the door that they had replaced the door latch on was not locking electronically. I called the dealership in hopes that they would look at it for free since this problem had only occurred after they "fixed" my door latch and they refused. I spent a whole year driving around with a door that would not lock electronically and because of this my car would make the "lock" honk while I was driving. It was so frustrating. Finally, I received a notice from Ford that there was a recall on the door latches so I took my car in to A DIFFERENT FORD DEALERSHIP and scheduled an appointment to have the rest of the door latches replaced. I was so nervous and even explained my previous situation at Maxwell to the people at this new dealership before handing them my car. Well my goodness what a pleasant change. I received my car the next day AND I was told that whoever had replaced my door latch at Maxwell had PUT AN INCORRECT DOOR LATCH ON. So not only did I pay over $600, receive my car several days later, have the door latch for a different vehicle installed that ultimately resulted in my door locking mechanism not to work, but Maxwell refused to ever accept responsibility for their mistake. DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP.
Outright liars - arbprice
They actually deserve no stars. I saw a beautiful 2018 F-150 on the web last week and sent an online request for information. Brandon Rizo with internet sales answered and said they had the truck and to come by for a test drive. I got sick and couldn't go. Today, I sent Brandon a text asking if the truck was still there as it still had my interest. He responded that it was. I told him I was taking off early from work and was heading up from San Antonio. When I arrived, I couldn't find the truck on the lot and knew something was up. I should've known when he was telling me that if I didn't like that truck he had others I could see. I let him know it was only this truck I was after.
When i got there and couldn't find the truck I went inside where I was greeted by another associate who said Brandon was busy. Erick, internet sales Mgr came up to me, shook my hand and said that the truck was actually sold....not in the hour and a half between the text I received saying it was the and my arrival.
Needless to say I immediately left. What a bunch of lying idiots. Sad to so for them that I had a friend with me who was also in the market for a new truck so they lost 2 sales. Had they been nice and honest, then maybe we could've talked.
I wasted pto and gas for nothing because of these liars.
Do you teach all of your salesmen to lie? Is this your standard practice? I've attached the text from Brandon from today telling me the truck was there. What an a_______e.
