I went for a quick lube job cuz the maintenance warning light came on. The advisor Charles waited on me. Then I told him that I will be waiting in the next room where the cafeteria is. I was watching TV and at times talking to other guests. First dumb mistake: he said he came looking for me to let me know that my car was ready. There must have been 4 or 5 guests there at the most and he said he didn't see me. After about one and half hours I decided to check on the status of my car and it was ready half an hour ago. Second dumb mistake the warning light was still on and I asked him if they could get rid of it. He said I had to leave the car there for 2 days and will cost $139 to diagnose it. Javier, the other advisor heard it and reset the light for me for free and took 3 minutes. Very incompetent advisor and could have messed me up big time and I will never use him again

TREMENDOUS!!! I have purchased 20+ new cars over my years, and I have never had an experience like I did when I recently purchased my 2019 Ford F150 from Ford of Boerne. I would like to mention three employees, specifically: Sonny Tydlacka, David Cruze, and Jim Dames. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I felt like family. The BEST salesman I have ever worked with came in the person of Sonny Tydlacka. I immediately felt like I had known Sonny for years, and the care he took to find me the right truck was above-and-beyond. Sonny wasn't just interested in getting me into any new truck, he was interested in finding me the exact truck that fit my desires. He was able to find a brand new arrival as if I had custom ordered it. He and David Cruze spent a great deal of time with me and my wife... way more than I had previously been accustomed during other new car purchases (many different brands over the years). They both were eager to ensure we knew of every feature and benefit of our new truck. It was clear they both were proud of their brand and the quality of their product! Enter Jim Dames. As the sales manager, Jim personally involved himself in our purchase and made us feel so welcome and appreciated. At no time did I feel we were being offered empty platitudes or being patronized. Their genuine care, attention, and sincerity were monumentally evident. As a team in new car sales, these gentlemen cannot be beat, and we truly felt like family... and still do a month after purchase. I would happily buy another vehicle from Ford of Boerne and recommend them highly! Not Pleased with this dealership... I purchased a CPO vehicle from them with what I thought was FORD backed extended service plan. Come to find out its a 3rd party protection plan that will not cover the defect that is wrong with my truck. I have been calling and leaving messages all week now for someone to call me back but have yet to receive a response. This is shaping up to be a poor experience and afraid they are what I wanted to avoid typical "USED CAR SALESMEN". I simply want them to make this right and provide the Premium Care FORD extended service plan I thought I was purchasing with a CPO truck. BUYER BEWARE....STAY AWAY Highly disappointed!!!

I purchased a new F250 from Grande Ford on 12/9/16 and the salesman I was dealing with ((Rocky) was not going to be there the day my truck came in so he set everything up with Brian, When I got there everything went just right. They had the truck detailed and I was in and out of the dealer
with in 45 minutes. I think the guys name was Alex I asked him if he could sync my phone into my new truck and he not only did that but he went over all the different things in the truck. Everyone at the dealership was very professional and I will be buying the truck from Grande from now on.
Overheating issues now - Overheated
Took truck in with a leaking water pump staff was super friendly and mechanic was very knowledgable but something has now happened where truck is getting hot. Called the service center back to hear mechanic is not at work call back tomorrow. when I did he had no recollection of what could have happened. Asked to talk to service manager and he also wasn't at work left my phone number and called back 4 other times with no luck getting him or a return call. Asked for pricing on a new truck and it took them 8 hrs to get back with me. Now 3 weeks later still have a truck getting hot and no help dealing with it. I live 4 hrs away and my local ford dealer won't warranty this work since they had nothing to do with the initial work!!
