Lousy service - me
I bought my 2012 2500 Ram from Lithia. I have tried several times to get my ram in to address an urgent recall and a rear pinion seal leak which needed to be addressed as well. On two occasions I spoke with a man who advised me that he would have someone call me to address this issue. I have yet received a call back. I spoke with Viva Dodge and was able to get an appointment within three days. Needless to say I will never deal with Lithia again.
Service - Terrible
Everytime I come to get my car service, the customer service is the worst. I know that my car has to get serviced but I wish there was another here in El Paso. No matter which service person I get, they are rude and so disrespectful. I was tempted to buy another car from Lexus but decided against it being that this service is so bad, I can only imagine what the sales department is like.

Del Bravo AutoSales decieved us. They sold us a car with major problems. Then they told us the car couldnt be fixed, when we asked for our money back they refused. The loaner vehicles they gave me to use all broke down on me leaving me and my child stranded. One car smelled of gas so bad i had a headache and felt nautious. I do NOT recommend this dealer to my enemies let alone friends. Steer clear of Del Bravo Motor Sales in El Paso, TX!
BUYER BEWARE! These folks are not truthful. Ask around... - notyourvictim
BUYER BEWARE! These folks are not truthful. Ask around locally and get a mechanic to check the vehicle out.
Get a CarFax on any vehicle you plan on purchasing from this location. I traded a vehicle in at this location. i had problems with the brakes, the multiple leaks as well as the smell coming from the heater.
I repeatedly asked the owner to check the truck out and to just give me my car back. I explained that I didn’t feel safe driving the truck because I felt unsafe about having to continuously add brake fluid, and antifreeze. His excuse was that I needed the truck daily. During one of my calls to MIke, I asked if they had a loner vehicle. He explained that he did. He then informed me that the loner car would not be available till the next week. He would only call if he was expecting a payment.
I had a lot of personal things going on at the time and needed reliable transportation. I stopped paying him. He disabled the ignition with his “GPS” left it in front of my house for about a month, then sends repo man on over to haul it off.
In the meantime I am out of a car and the payments I have made to him.
Wonderful Experience - CrysDawn44
When we arrived we were greeted by Juan. He was friendly & knowledgeable. He made the entire process smooth. He answered any and all questions. He never tried to rush us. No one minded that we ate our dinner at their desks. Juan offered us coffee even though they didn't have any out for customers. He allowed me to take as many cars as I wanted on test drives. He understood the importance of picking the perfect car. I thoroughly enjoyed purchasing from Lucky Motorsports. And I especially enjoy my 2015 Dodge Dart! Thank you Juan and everyone else at Lucky Motorsports!
Lies lies lies! - Joey34
This dealership, and in particular, the salesman named Alan Barrera, are out right liars. Alan is the biggest xxxxxxx salesman I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Then when I called his bluff about the lies, he lied about the lies. I told him I had a 4 hour drive to get to his dealership. I asked him for more pictures of the truck emailed to me. His exact words were " if you don't look at the odometer, you would think this truck was brand new on the showroom floor. Not a blemish to be seen in the paint". He also said it had a remote start and also it came with a lifetime power train warranty through the dealership but was valid across the whole country. Turns out all 3 were lies. The truck was a 2014 and in piss poor condition . No remote start snd no warranty. This is after I confirmed all the information verbally before leaving Rio Rancho for a 4 hour drive to Las Cruces. The dirt bag salesman told me when i got there that the truck was in showroom shape.......for a 2014. And sorry, i made a mistake about the remote start and the warranty. Things got a little heated when I asked the finance manager for my cashiers check back. I asked him 3 times for my check and I finally ripped it from his hands. Then he has the nerve to tell me my actions are unessaccary. Bottom line, Sisbarro in Las Cruces, N.M. should not be in business. They are a joke. They need to be boycotted so eventually they will go out of business. The car sales Industry will be a much better place when this place closes its doors forever. So for all who may read this, please don't let these idiots screw you the way they tried screwing me. They wasted 12 hours of my life and $40 worth of my gas getting to them. The salesman, Alan Barreras, is an extra special kind of idiot. And his finance manager was not any better. Alan lied and the finance manager swore to the lie. How these two slimballs sleep at night is beyond my comprehension. It takes a special kind of xxxxxxx to sleep at night when they operate the way they do. I say to heck with them. Thank the good lord there are many good dealerships around New Mexico, so when Sisbarro goes out of business, they will not be missed. Good riddance xxxxxxxx.
