I was in desperate need of a car due to a car accident. My husband and I went to Larry H. Miller hoping to find what we were looking for. Keep in mind, we did our homework. The dealership has GREAT reviews and cars & we felt we were already off to a good start. When we arrived our salesperson, Nancy Morikawa, greeted us and asked what we were looking for. Since we did some pre-shopping online she wanted to be sure we hadn't been working with someone, so she checked the computer to be sure. I thought that was very nice and respectful since they all work on commission. Once Nancy got our specifics, she got to work. We had a specific budget we were working with and she kept trying and trying until she found a car that met all of my criteria. Nancy is very knowledgeable about VW"s and very honest. She made my husband and I feel at ease with the whole process and we left with an amazing car that fit our needs and our budget. I can't thank Nancy enough. She did NOT give up and she was so patient with us..she even offered to pair my bluetooth and get it all set up for us. She is a winner. Yes, we bought a used car, but I can honestly say she treated us as if we were buying a high-priced car. Everyone at Larry H. Miller was very helpful and the whole staff made our experience amazing. We will highly recommend Larry H. MIller to all of our friends and family and hopefully get Nancy a lot more business because she absolutely deserves it!! Thank you, Nancy :)

Shopped for a car for my twin boys that will be going out of state to college this fall. Found the car we wanted at Emich Volkswagen. Test drove the car before repairs were completed and liked the car but did notice some hesitation at takeoff. I was assured this was normal for this car. I was sold on being told they do not sell problem cars. After owning the car for only 2 weeks I noticed a bad oil leak when my son parked in driveway. Rear crankshaft seal was leaking so called dealership. Was supposed to be called to discuss with Chris and the call never came. Called Fred Emich and left message but no call. Apparently once the car is sold there is nothing for them to gain. Had car fixed at a reputable dealership for a sum of $1800.00 plus dollars and was treated professionally. Car now drives as it should with no hesitation . Hesitation was due to failed POV valve which caused rear seal failure.Cannot endorse this dealership.

I live in Oregon and purchaced my vehicle from Lithia of Roseburg,Or. Visit Denver often as my kids and grandkids are here. Lithia has done all my service including tires and batteries since '06' They are 'hands down', the best. The people here in Thorton are typical of all Lithia dealers,(proffesional and courtious) I feel that any vehicle one buys from Lithia dealers any where would be a satisfying experience. I am certianly buying my next from them!

Had some trouble getting some decent help from this location as soon as it was time to bring in the leased vehicle. Lots of back and forth phone calls with no new information each time, just all the things they could not do for us.
Finally finished the lease buy out process. Appointment to sign paperwork was at 9:30am on July 4th, a holiday. When we showed up, the employee we had scheduled with was not even there, nobody knew we were coming and no paperwork had been put together. I was pretty livid, had some loud words to share and the manager was very rude. We left, bought a new car at Larry H. Miller on Colfax. Go there instead, saving you a serious headache.
