I had the pleasure of working with Marc Taylor. I came in with a 2018 Tahoe that I had purchased 2 days prior and had questions. Marc was more than happy to help me even though I did not purchase from him or this dealership. Our conversation turned into a same day sale for Marc! I was told by the previous dealership to take my Tahoe to another dealership for help with my problems and so I did. When I learned that for just a few thousand dollars more I could have a brand new Tahoe with no problems it was a no brainer for me. I explained to Marc that if I were going to do this it would have to be a quick process (my husband does not like this stuff and we had just been through it 3 days prior). It was a very quick and painless process. My husband and I were both very pleased with Marc and his professional demeanor. He was in no way pushy. He listened to our needs and wants and any questions we asked he was very knowledgeable. The other thing that was nice to see is Marc's neat and professional appearance. When making a purchase this big and a decision this personal it's nice to see someone who takes their job seriously enough to take the time to look nice....head to toe! Andrew was as equally amazing. He explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand and also was accommodating to our desire for a speedy process. He was very welcoming and inviting. Thank you guys for a smooth and comfortable experience! Also not sure of his name but the gentleman who tinted the windows and put the clear coat on was super sweet!

The sales staff out front showed me right to Brandon when I arrived. We didn't have to chit chat, just went straight to the test drive. We purchased a pre certified Jeep Wrangler sport unlimited less than a month ago from Diego. He was a great person to deal with and did what he said. After a week we started having a abs/traction light coming on when we put into reverse. Also the fender was loose and a clip on door sill was missing and a crack thatbwas attempted to be repaired bu service continued to crack. so we made appt with Derin in service they was busy and took a week and half to get into shop. when i got there for appt it was ridiculously unorganized. After checking in and waiting an hour finally got my loaner from sales dept. and was on my way. Never heard back from service for 2 days after leaving several messages. finally got word (from my salesman) that they was still checking it. And after 3 days finally got a text from service they had to order parts. Went to pick up veh and windshield was replaced by sales the speed sensor and clips replaced. the clip was wrong size and they wanted to charge 25.00 to pop in. the fender is still loose. and car was muddy from their lot but they dont wash because they are on well water per Derin. I never once felt like i was a Valued Customer. i will never use this service dept again. Bad experience with Derin in Service. I do recommend Deigo in Sales for great job.

I have a 2006 Impala LTZ that has been a great car for many years. About 1 year ago, I had the oil sensor fail and I attempted
unsuccessfully to replace it myself. In the process I shorted out the 'body control unit' which I understood to be a dealer only fix.
Therefore, I towed my inoperable car to King Chevrolet.
It took over a week and in the process I had a few conversations with the service manager. I requested that he please replace the
oil sensor and change the oil and filter as well. It was a hefty bill, but worth it to get my car working again.
Jumping ahead several months my next oil change came due and I took it to a local shop very close to my work. I was called by
the shop manager and asked to please come inspect a problem they found. When they unscrewed the oil plug, it came out stripped and
number of broken heli coil threads came out with the plug. In short - somebody previous to them had stripped the oil pan threads and had attempted put in a heli coil to fix it. This second shop manager was very concerned as to whether he could install a new plug and have it seal and hold oil. Thankfully it did. But it's only a temporary solution for a major problem.
A couple days later I called King Chevrolet and spoke to a manager of the dealership. This person assured me they would address the problem and I just needed to bring the car back.
That day I received a call from the service manager, the one I initially worked with and he told me that he had no record of making an oil
change during the first service visit and the stripped oil pan was nothing they were responsible for. However they would fix it for the estimated cost of approximately $900.
I told him that I had specifically asked for the oil to be changed as part of the initial work to address the body control module problem and he again stated, they have no service notes that they had
actually changed the oil. I took the car from King and no further payment was made for their 'diagnostics' work of the stripped oil pan.
So, in summary, I brought a difficult car repair to King Chevrolet and they did get my car working again, for which I was grateful. However, upon further service work (an oil change) I discovered a stripped oil plug and a very shoddy repair job, which is now a very expensive fix for me to incur.
I cannot absolutely prove that King Chevrolet damaged my oil pan, but I certainly did asked them to change my oil, and according to the duration of my oil reset light, it appeared I actually had fresh oil in the car.
In turn, King's service manager is stating that this damage is not theirs and they have no proof that they actually changed my oil as part of that initial service work.
So, I'm out another ~$900.
So I ask you the reader, is this the sort of place you wish to do business with? I have decided most certainly to never give King Chevrolet my business again.

I called to schedule the first service appt on my new 2018 Chevy Trax; I was able to get in on the day AND time I wanted. Checking in was a breeze....the actual length of the appt was much shorter than I expected, and checking out was easier than checking in!
