Excellent - nwesitiw
Everything is great , the customer service is excellent. Only thing im not so happy about is we were given a car that had a transmission problem 3 days after we got it. Wish they had took a look over everything before they sold it to us. But besides that, its a great place to get help from if your in need of a car!
We had a very good experience - jimmy

Sales was good Service not so much - Buster
We purchased a pre certified Jeep Wrangler sport unlimited less than a month ago from Diego. He was a great person to deal with and did what he said. After a week we started having a abs/traction light coming on when we put into reverse. Also the fender was loose and a clip on door sill was missing and a crack thatbwas attempted to be repaired bu service continued to crack. so we made appt with Derin in service they was busy and took a week and half to get into shop. when i got there for appt it was ridiculously unorganized. After checking in and waiting an hour finally got my loaner from sales dept. and was on my way. Never heard back from service for 2 days after leaving several messages. finally got word (from my salesman) that they was still checking it. And after 3 days finally got a text from service they had to order parts. Went to pick up veh and windshield was replaced by sales the speed sensor and clips replaced. the clip was wrong size and they wanted to charge 25.00 to pop in. the fender is still loose. and car was muddy from their lot but they dont wash because they are on well water per Derin. I never once felt like i was a Valued Customer. i will never use this service dept again. Bad experience with Derin in Service. I do recommend Deigo in Sales for great job.
Excellent Service - KatR123
Just purchased a new Buick Envision after a lifetime of Honda. Gabe Molina was excellent to work with. After the paperwork was signed he made sure I knew how the buttons worked and has answered every question since the sale. Hope not to buy a car anytime soon but will definitely return.
He said/He said - but yet I'm out $900 and have a problem - TimOBrien
Please read this in its entirety and decide for yourself whether you wish to do business with King Chevrolet.
I have a 2006 Impala LTZ that has been a great car for many years. About 1 year ago, I had the oil sensor fail and I attempted
unsuccessfully to replace it myself. In the process I shorted out the 'body control unit' which I understood to be a dealer only fix.
Therefore, I towed my inoperable car to King Chevrolet.
It took over a week and in the process I had a few conversations with the service manager. I requested that he please replace the
oil sensor and change the oil and filter as well. It was a hefty bill, but worth it to get my car working again.
Jumping ahead several months my next oil change came due and I took it to a local shop very close to my work. I was called by
the shop manager and asked to please come inspect a problem they found. When they unscrewed the oil plug, it came out stripped and
number of broken heli coil threads came out with the plug. In short - somebody previous to them had stripped the oil pan threads and had attempted put in a heli coil to fix it. This second shop manager was very concerned as to whether he could install a new plug and have it seal and hold oil. Thankfully it did. But it's only a temporary solution for a major problem.
A couple days later I called King Chevrolet and spoke to a manager of the dealership. This person assured me they would address the problem and I just needed to bring the car back.
That day I received a call from the service manager, the one I initially worked with and he told me that he had no record of making an oil
change during the first service visit and the stripped oil pan was nothing they were responsible for. However they would fix it for the estimated cost of approximately $900.
I told him that I had specifically asked for the oil to be changed as part of the initial work to address the body control module problem and he again stated, they have no service notes that they had
actually changed the oil. I took the car from King and no further payment was made for their 'diagnostics' work of the stripped oil pan.
So, in summary, I brought a difficult car repair to King Chevrolet and they did get my car working again, for which I was grateful. However, upon further service work (an oil change) I discovered a stripped oil plug and a very shoddy repair job, which is now a very expensive fix for me to incur.
I cannot absolutely prove that King Chevrolet damaged my oil pan, but I certainly did asked them to change my oil, and according to the duration of my oil reset light, it appeared I actually had fresh oil in the car.
In turn, King's service manager is stating that this damage is not theirs and they have no proof that they actually changed my oil as part of that initial service work.
So, I'm out another ~$900.
So I ask you the reader, is this the sort of place you wish to do business with? I have decided most certainly to never give King Chevrolet my business again.

This company is the worst place I have purchase a car from. My Husband and I went on 2/08 to see a 2015 Mazda we saw online, we drove 5 1/2 Hours. After deciding we were going to purchase the car and trade in our car we went to our Credit Union and got a Pre-Approval(Best Option), so we knew how much we would be paying and for what APR. When we brought the approval back to buy the car, their attitudes completely changed. We were transferred to Anthony, who does finances. Anthony was rude and was very condescending when we refused GAP insurance. He was really pushy and tried to get us to finance through them so he could get us a lower APR. A few days after our purchase we got a message from them stating our APR changed due to the year of the vehicle and we needed to resign a contract with the new information. We were ok with the change and ready to sign the papers. We got a hold of Jose(The salesman) and was told we needed to drive back and sign the papers. We refused and told them they can send us the contract, we are not driving that far to sign papers. 2 more days without a call, after calling multiple times and being sent to voicemail by the 3rd day my husband finally spoke with Anthony, who argued that we "agreed to come back" if this happened and if it was something so simple as a "tank of gas they will pay for it" We corrected him that if the loan was denied then yes we would come back but it had not and there was no legal reason he could not send us the contract through the mail. Anthony was very angry with us and stated he needed to ask his manager before he can give us an answer. We waited almost 2 more days before we called again and was sent to voicemail only to find the contract in our mailbox that day. We signed the papers and over sent them back. Then we got a another call from Jose, stating before they can send us the new contract we would need to send them our old one. Again my husband and I sent them what they asked, I put tracking on the letter due to the shady practices we were seeing so far. We sent the letter on 2/25 and they received it on 2/27. After a week went by we called them several times asking for return calls and waiting to hear from them to get our new contract, until finally we spoke with Joe(Other finance manager) who said they had it and can send it out the next day. We told them not to send it, we would drive up and pick it up. When we got there it wasn't ready and we had to wait for them to print it out. On 3/5 we received a letter from our Credit Union that we were behind on payments for our old car(The one we traded in), we called the bank and they informed us that they saw we bought a new car but the dealership had not paid off the trade in. We called the dealership and spoke with Joe again who told us they hadn't processed anything yet, but he knows we signed the contract he will rush the payment to our bank and it should be received by them the next day. I waited 2 days before calling my bank and asking if they received the payment, they said they had not. I called the dealership 3 times and finally spoke with Anthony who said he would look into it and call me right back. Another day went by and no call, I called back again 3 more times and spoke with Anthony who proceeded to tell me he doesn't know when it was sent and they wouldn't rush the payment for us and he doesn't know why Joe promised that. He also told me that if we had let him "find us a lower interest rate with a different bank we could have avoided this whole problem". I told him that our bank was not the problem. All he could say was "What do you want me to do" over and over. Now I have to make a payment on a car I no longer own, and wait for a payment to reach my bank in 3-5 more days. Throughout this entire process not one person has apologized for any inconvenience this has caused us. We even spoke with Aaron the general Manager who doesn't even know whats going on. Best advice is to buy from someone else!
doesn't deliver paperwork - larry
I traded my 2014 Toyota Rav 4 for a 2008 Saab 9-7 on January 7, 2019. It took numerous phone calls and threats to finally receive on January 21, 2019 the $4,900 they promised me in trade. As of January 28, 2019, I have still not received on piece of paper legal or otherwise regarding this transaction. No temporary tags to allow me to drive the car, no title application, no bill of sale, nothing. For three weeks now, i have no car to drive. I call every three days, have spoken to the salesman, the sales manager, and the finance office manager. Nothing but phony promises "it's in the mail", or "let me have him call you right back". Do not deal with these thieves. They will take your car in trade and never deliver.
Horrible finance department - jcook2013
We had a wonderful experience with the sales men (they get 5 stars) but a horrible experience with the finance department. We went in stating we had financing at a low rate and let them know if they found something LOWER that we could discuss that opportunity if something came up. Find out 2 days later after not hearing a single thing we got an email stating our account was set up with a different lender, we called to ask what the deal was but they stated that the paper work was already turned in and there was nothing they could do, and we would have to wait until we could refinance to what we wanted in a few months (well thank you for wasting my time and money to make me solve your mistake). We have no idea what the terms or conditions are we never agreed to use that company and we couldn't be more irritated that they would go behind our back so they could make some extra money by going with the company they wanted! I couldn't be more disappointed as a first time buyer.
Update - The manager of the dealership called to apologize, he stated he would take care of us at the 5,000 mile marker so I will update after that happens.
