We purchased a pre certified Jeep Wrangler sport unlimited less than a month ago from Diego. He was a great person to deal with and did what he said. After a week we started having a abs/traction light coming on when we put into reverse. Also the fender was loose and a clip on door sill was missing and a crack thatbwas attempted to be repaired bu service continued to crack. so we made appt with Derin in service they was busy and took a week and half to get into shop. when i got there for appt it was ridiculously unorganized. After checking in and waiting an hour finally got my loaner from sales dept. and was on my way. Never heard back from service for 2 days after leaving several messages. finally got word (from my salesman) that they was still checking it. And after 3 days finally got a text from service they had to order parts. Went to pick up veh and windshield was replaced by sales the speed sensor and clips replaced. the clip was wrong size and they wanted to charge 25.00 to pop in. the fender is still loose. and car was muddy from their lot but they dont wash because they are on well water per Derin. I never once felt like i was a Valued Customer. i will never use this service dept again. Bad experience with Derin in Service. I do recommend Deigo in Sales for great job.
Worst experience ever - Colorado
I just purchased a 2015 Renegade. I currently have 17K miles on it. The clutch stopped working. So, I took it to my local jeep dealership and they diagnosed the problem as a busted master clutch cylinder needing to be replaced. They say the warranty wont cover it because the car is a 2015. Never mind the fact that there are only 17K miles on it. However, $600 in repairs later, it did not fix the problem. Jeep misdiagnosed my problem, and will not cover the unnecessary parts I had replaced. Now they are telling me its the flywheel that burned out. I am told the flywheel is covered under warranty. However, since the flywheel damaged parts that are NOT under warranty, the ENTIRE warranty is VOID. So, I have a jeep with LOW miles, incompetent service shop and a new bill for $3000 in repairs. The customer service department with MOPAR warranty has hung up on me, has talked over me, has told me they wont even talk to me about the issues unless my car is at the Jeep dealership. I had my car towed to my preferred transmission shop, as Jeep charged $200/hr in labor. At this point, I had to cash out my 401K to pay for all of this and Jeep has treated me like I am some major inconvenience to their shop. They have made it clear to me that they do not care about the customer, only their bottom line. As soon as I am not upside-down on this piece of **** Jeep, I will junk it and leave the Jeep brand forever.
At this point, I am wondering if I need to hire an attorney to help me address the negligence and financial downfall they have put me in?
Any advice on how to tackle this would be great
WORST SERVICE ADVISERS IN THE STATE - jeepeople
Everything is a argument with these clowns! even a simple oil change will take them 4 hours. They will not reset the oil service reminder and have a attitude about everything. Not to mention they are clueless when it comes to diagnosing any simple issue. I have a extended service contract on my jeep and they try to deny it every time . After multiple arguments and even one screaming match, I will not go back to this dealership ever! All of there business comes from praying on women and elderly who don't know any better and they can easily take advantage of! If you know anything about jeeps, you will get a red flag after talking to any of these clowns!

I have a brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I took in 9 days ago. I had a knocking noise in the front end at low speed. Alec the service adviser on Monday was nice and called me that evening and ask to keep it another day. That was the last I heard from anyone, I had to call and Alec was always off that day no matter what day it was. I spoke to the sevice manager on Tuesday (I called) he was rude and a jerk! Wednesday was a blizzard, Thursday was a make up day. So I called Friday because, you guessed it no one called me. They couldn’t find the problem so they ask I’d a Tec could drive it over the weekend, I let him. Monday a week later, no call. I called Tuesday and they said they needed to drive it (“really” I’m not making this up) called Tuesday night and said it ready and there’s no noise. I picked it up today Wednesday and it sounds exactly the same. I personally recommend not ever going here for anything! The purchase was great with James (Andrew he goes by) but if this is their level of incompabency they do not desire your hard earned dollar!
