Matt and Joe sold us a car and then after the contract was signed, said they couldn't get the car unless we put an additional $2,000 down. They flat out lied, were rude and we hope no one else has to experience this poor treatment and shady business.

These guys are very good at knowing how they can legally screw people out of money. We need some type of dealership reform specifically because of places like this. I was assured that the auto I was purchasing was “mechanically sound”. Not even 3 months after purchase, transmission and driveshaft had to be replaced. I contacted the dealership and was told they would check with the boss and call me back. Never received a call back and now my calls are avoided. This type of business practice should be illegal, grand theft.

Bought a 2016 dodge ram 3500 from them and was not told that the truck had been hit in the front end which had caused the airbag on the drivers side to deploy. Truck was throwing a code and was told by a mechanic that ran the vin that it had deployed.

Sold me an unsafe truck - RippedOff
Auto warehouse sold me an unsafe vehicle that needed immediate serious repairs to make it so I can drive it. I would NEVER recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here. I recently purchased a lifted truck from Auto Warehouse at the sales price of $9000. I was told they needed to have a brake cylinder repaired before they could sell it to me. They repaired the part, and then I signed the standard "sold as is" waiver. I purchased it as is knowing that there may be a few repairs or so unseen that I'd need to have done. I took it to a mechanic to have it looked over plus an alignment and oil change. Turns out, chevy tells me that they can't align it due to extreme damage that an improper lift has caused. I then take the vehicle to 4 wheel parts. They tell me that to have the truck sitting as I purchased it and with all urgent repairs done, it'll cost me $3800!!!. The other option was to lower the truck, do safety issue repairs, and that would cost me $1800!! Since Auto warehouse had their mechanics look at the truck and repair a brake issue, they KNEW it had serious issues such as dangerously damaged ball joints, tie rod ends, etc and sold it to me anyway. To get the truck I thought I was buying at $9000, I'd have to spend another almost $4000!!. Instead, because i cant afford that, I've had to spend almost $2000 to lower and repair it...therefore not getting the truck I wanted and they led me to believe I was getting!! There is no way their mechanic didn't know. They knowingly sold me an unsafe, defective vehicle. There are a lot of dealerships out there, and I recommend everyone go look somewhere else. I trusted them and got a lemon. They claimed I never contacted them about the situation, but I had direct contact with their sales representative Matt and saved all the texts where I told him my situation.
