My girlfriend and I recently were interested in buying a new or newer Ford Mustang convertible. Without doing much research, I called down to Medved Castle Rock and Shawn picked up the phone and introduced himself. I saw on cars.com that they had a 2018 convertible with red interior and a 5.0 liter engine. He checked to make sure it was still on the lot and said come on down and we'll do a test drive. Within minutes of being on the lot and introducing himself in person he handed us the keys and told us to enjoy our test drive. We were gone for maybe about 20 minutes or so and came back, and we absolutely loved the car. That day we gave a deposit that was fully refundable and we had one week to decide while we test drove other vehicles in the state. During that one-week deposit Shawn texted us regularly to see how we were doing and if we had any questions he could answer. Even though Shawn had a personal situation that happened which led him to fly out of state, he still was texting us to make sure we were being taken care of. That following Monday we drove back down to Castle Rock from Denver metro area, did another test drive and absolutely knew that was the car. We negotiated for maybe about 10 minutes and within an hour and a half we drove away with our brand new car. I would definitely buy a car again from Shawn and he made the process very easy going and we did not feel pressured at any time. Thanks again for the great car buying experience!

I am from out of state (Michigan) and my 2018 Escape needed routine maintenance at 10k miles on the odometer. They got me in the next day after I contacted them via their web page.
The service was friendly and efficient from the customer care desk, to the service technicians. The price of the full maintenance was great and so was their communication! I highly recommend Faricy Ford Service Department and will gladly use them again, if the need arises when I'm in Cañon City.

If it’s one thing I hate, it’s repeating myself multiple times. Called to make service appointment, explained myself and coupon book we already had, husband drops off car and explains whats wrong, service guy mike is too busy trying to sell service coupon book we don’t need to pay attention to what he’s saying. Mike calls 2-3 more times asking what’s wrong with vehicle. Husband goes to pick up vehicle with the coupon book we already have and some how ends up purchasing a new one we didn’t need and or want, because mike wouldn’t take the coupon we already had. I explained to him on phone we did not need a new coupon book prior to us settling Bill. We get vehicle home, bolts are missing and timing belt cover is not secured. They have lost our business for life. I will make it my life’s duty to make sure everyone knows the dishonest and lazy business practices they employ.

I spoke with Brad Taylor on April 18 to see what the cost of a certain service which I had booked an appointment for on Monday April 22nd. Brad answered my question and said “ Do you have time this afternoon about 1:30”. I told him I did and did he want me to cancel my Mon appt? He said no I’ll take care of it for you. I went in at the appointed time and asked for Brad. He came right out took care of me and I didn’t even have to get out of my car! I received the best customer service from Brad than I have had ANYWHERE in a long time. I will come back and hope that Brad is an appreciated employee at Phil Long Chapel Hills. He should be!!
