Bought a ford truck from flower motors was represented as being in good condition what a lie buy salesman. Ran 1t00 miles and fuel system went out contacted flower motor about making it right we bought the parts at 3000.00 dollars asked them to install them and we would call it even they refused to do anything. Steer clear of this dealer thier a bunch of crocks.

Please save yourself a lot of aggravation and take your vehicle anywhere else BUT the service department at Berthod Motors. The customer service is the worse I have ever experienced at a car dealership. They make it perfectly clear that they really do not care.

Their service manager treated me like a bum that crawled in off the street looking for a handout. I've been one of their customers for nearly 20 years, bought three vehcles from them and have spent thousands there on parts & service. We've sent probably two dozen buyers to them over the years as well. Never again! Service manager refused to help and told me to take my Jeep to another dealer. I did! They were most helpful, performed the service we needed courteously and expeditiously. Without even asking they even offered me a test drive in one of the new JL Wranglers, which is most impressive. So, as a result of Morehart Murphy's discourtesy, when the time comes to buy a new Jeep the other dealer will get my business. Sad to say, Morehart Murphy has lost focus on the value of a customer, and I would note that when I was there at 1:30PM on a Thursday their shop was empty....DUH!!!!!

I wouldn't buy another vehicle from this didn't even inspect it before they sold it to me. I did some research all they did is slap a sticker on the front window and called good, I have a paper trail to prove it to. and I had to fight with them to fix a couple of thing but I had to buy all the parts and there are still parts have to buy and replace.and it a three year old vehicle...they didn't offer me any comp like oil changes stuff like ...pretty much they told to we can't do anything so yea..service ok but I wouldn't let them do anything but oil changes and that about it ....
