about a week and a half ago .we went to this dealership very stressed out from a different dealership trying to find a certified used vehicle for my in-laws. the management and the sales person ( Rocky sorry I don’t remember his last name ) even though it was in the middle of a blizzard and corporate said that they could go home . they stayed for us and we bought them an amazing car . As my in-laws were shopping for their car I kept looking at the niro that was sitting in their show room . I thought about it for a week and a half or so and decided to call on it on Saturday. just to see if they still had it. I got a fantastic sales rep name Nicole she was the sweetest person you would ever meet. She even kept the car inside their building for me so i knew it was the exact one I asked for. She had all the paperwork ready for me to just sign financing was already ready by the time I got up there . Their finance guy I’m sorry I don’t remember his name was amazing. instead of us going to office to office he actually came to the desk that we were working at with Nicole .it was incredibly nice to be in a dealership that actually cares about their people I 100% recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking for a Kia. Thanks you guys so much for everything with the purchase of my in-laws car and the purchase of my new car we both love are new cars 💜

They won't take me off their mailing list, no matter how many times I call, so I opened a BBB case and they won't respond to it!
Clearly, they have so many complaints they can't keep up with them all and they don't care about the customer!
